Works as advertised: one remote that works for everything.

I have 4 of the more basic Harmony Hub /remote combos...each limited 8 devices. I needed to be able to handle more devices on the same remote...this one allows 15. I love how the Elite is more customizable with respect to how it let you label and customize activity. It very responsive. The app for iOS can be a bit buggy/temperamental, but I’ve used it for a few years now, so I know how to deal with it.

If you are tired of the remote clutter then this is the remote for you. Works very well and is easy to setup too. You don't need to know codes - all you need to know is the model number and make of an appliance. Works well! It can control your Nest thermostat, Philips lights, Tv, Bose, PlayStation, Xbox, Apple TV, smart Tv etc.. One remote does it all and it has a very good touch screen display on it. My favorite thing is building activities on it Now anyone can use it. Want to watch Apple TV? Just create an activity that does it all with one click and save it. When you want to watch Apple tv in the future you just hit one button on the touch screen and Bam! Sit back And it does it for ya! love it!

Does a very good job of controlling all my AV equipment.

I already had a Logitech ONE remote which still works. Replaced it so that I could add the hub and use voice commands. The new remote is smaller and at first problematic. They use one button for FF and RWD that doubles as Skip FWD and SkipBack by using short and long presses. It took a bit of programming to get it to do what i want, but now am used to it and like it. Very similar in function as the ONE remote; so if you are looking to save some money, juts get the hub and use the ONE remote instead... :-)

Product doesn't always respond to commands. Sometimes 5 choices on screen are too close for pin point selection. Geek squad set it up and did not set up all features. I had to call manufacturer to install. I had asked geek squad to install ability to retrieve my recording and person told me that this remote can not do this. This function was one of the corrections mentioned above by manufacturer.

I’ve had Hermony remotes for more than a decade. I like the current remote but miss having number buttons versus the touch screen numbers on the new product. Also, Harmony has gone from a removable battery configuration to one that is not removable. The battery on my older remote was changed two times over the lifetime of the remote. I also found it convenient to remove the battery whenever I wanted to clean the remote of dirt and fingerprints.

We had too many remotes - fire stick, sound bar, cable box and tv. This took care of all of them, no problem. At first we considered only the hub and use our phones to control it, but we decided that we wanted a physical dedicated device and glad we did. This all works wonderfully..I especially like the touch screen on the remote. I gave only 4 stars because of price..a tad bit more than we wanted to spend, but we found it hard to find one system to control all of our devices.

Easy to set up and use. I wished I'd bought it sooner.

There's a little prep work you need to do before starting the programming process, but not difficult. It just requires a basic understanding of how your components interconnect and basic computer skills. It's all about answering questions to determine the programming functions. A certain amount a patience is also a good thing. Don't start this if you can't devote a couple of hours without interruption. There is phone help if you get stuck. Once the programming is complete and downloaded to the hand control you will be guided through some test procedures and asked what worked and didn't work. Adjustments are made to the program automatically and retested. You don't need to be a computer whiz to do this.

Great product with relatively straightforward setup and many customization options. The only negative I have found is that the remote is unable to learn certain remote control functions from other remote controllers, such as a Netflix button on a Panasonic UHD Blu-Ray player. But overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have been using a Harmony remote for years, but it was limited because it only worked with IR devices. I bought the Harmony Elite with base station and it works with bluetooth, IR and RF devices. Finally one remote for everything. I was able to transfer the settings from the old harmony to the new without any problems. I have configured the following devices, direct tv DVR, PS3, apple tv, Bose surround sound system and my tv. I then configured activities and favorite tv channels. Once it was all configured I added the Echo dot and it can run any of the activities. This is a great remote system that could use some tweaking on the Echo part, but by itself, it is a solid remote system that works well.

I can control all my devices with only one remote now.

I loved my first Harmony remote, I hated my second one so I upgrade to this and so far it is much better. Everyone complained about the mobile app but I didn't have any issues with it. Got it $100 off on black Friday and 18 month interest free or I would not have spent full price. Activity and device buttons and the screen are a little too sensitive though. So easy to activate on accident. Otherwise I like the button placement and feel of the remote. Mini blasters and hub are nice so I don't have to try and point the remote at all devices.

Since this is likely the last Harmony remote, it was a risk to buy it, but I've always wanted one. Setup takes a long time, but it works well overall. It doesn't have any form of two-way communication, so things can get confusing if power or inputs are changed without the Harmony. The best part is being able to control the Hue Sync Box and lights from the custom buttons.

Best Universal Remote that I have ever used. Works with IR and RF devices (so works with Fire TV and NVIDIA Shield Pro). Button mapping and touchscreen mapping allow flexible customization. Logitech device database has every device that I have ever tried to add including HDMI switches. Setup is very straight forward and editing can be done via laptop, tablet or cell phone. Help function on remote usually resolves any connection issues quickly and easily. Remote buttons are laid out well and with backlighting are easy to use in a dark room

I have heard great things about Logitech Harmony remotes for years, but I always resisted them because of the price, etc. But now that I bought this one, specifically, to help control entertainment with Amazon Alexa, I absolutely love it! I'm amazed at how much it does. I walk in the room and say "Alexa, turn on TV" and it powers on the TV, the satellite receiver and the Audio receiver. Additionally it changes all of the inputs to the correct input settings. I then say "Alexa, turn on DVD" and it will turn off the satellite receiver, turn on the DVD player and again switch all to the correct inputs. Alexa, pause, and it pauses, etc. I love it.

I purchased the Amazon Echo, and the Harmony Elite remote control as part of my new automated smart home devices. I love being able to control my TV and Entertainment system simply by asking Alexa. However, It is my opinion that the harmony elite remote control is not completely bug free and will probably be improved over time. In addition, setting up can be time consuming if you are not technologically inclined. Overall, the Harmony Elite has replaced all my remotes and is truly a smart home dream come true.
