I have a home theater system with that requires a remote that will function behind cabinet doors. This one works perfectly. I am able control all functions of my AV receiver, smart TV and DVD with one device. I had previous model Harmony and was easily able to copy the setting to his one and was up and running in less than a minute. I do wish it was a little less expensive, but I am willing to pay to for the ease of setup and function of this remote.

I have owned different remote controls over the years and Logitech has always come out on top. I recently purchased this remote and I must say it is even better than my older Logitech 900 Remote. The set up was very easy. I was up and running in about 15 minutes. I have made adjustments to buttons but nothing big. Great product and ease of set up. Amazing. The only negative I an think of is button placement. It could have been a little better. This is by no means enough to take one star.

I have this. Integrated wit Alexa. It is a pain to set up, and it’s not intuitive. It does what it’s supposed to do for the most part.

If you have multiple sources connected to your television, then you need one of these remotes. It makes life so much easier. I have put away 5 remotes and consolidated to this remote. I prefer the remote over the app. btw app needs to be updated Apple TV LG Projector Amazon Fire TV Sony TV Sonos Not only that but I have cut down the amount of time I spent opening app, I have set up activities for most of my routines, Like Playing Music, open Netflix, open Disney+ on Apple TV

I bought this as a replacement for my Harmony 1100 that was pushed off the table one too many times. While migrating was pretty painless and there is some cool new functionality, other areas are not as usable. Pros: * There is an App for my phone. * Don't have to worry about pointing the remote at the devices. * Broad device support. Cons: * Screen is too small. * Battery life sucks! 2-3 days. The 1100 lasted WEEKS. * Battery does not appear to be user replaceable. * Pressing numbers on the screen is awkward -- vibrates when you lift your finger instead of when you press it down. * No dedicated page up/page down keys. * Requires two outlets. One to charge the remote and one for the hub. A better design would be for the hub to have a USB output that could be used for powering the charging stand. * PS4 support should have an asterisk. It is VERY limited. Can't turn PS4 on. Media keys don't work. The point of controlling the PS4 with a non-game controller would be most likely to watch media. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many alternatives in this space so this product ends up with my recommendation because there aren't any better current alternatives.

Expensive but worth it. Luckily, i got it before the price went from $250 to $380. While i wish the Harmony One was still available, this unit does have one advantage. It supports Bluetooth. Sadly, Logitech has announced the discontinuation of their Harmony line, which means there will be no viable universal remotes any more.

This is by far the best remote from Logitech. Setup was easy using my smartphone. Having the ability to use the app on my phone to control everything is super convenient and easy to use. I really like being able to hide certain devices inside a cabinet and use the IR blasters to control them keeps the entertainment console from being to crowded in the section behind the glass doors. Also love the rechargeable remote and the charging base that holds the remote. Bought this to replace the 650 model and it is well worth the price. Just make sure to get it when it is on sale to save a little money.

I was very hesitant about purchasing a remote at this price point even when it was on-sale. However, with the current setup that I have, 4k TV, AV Stereo System, Blue Ray Player, and several other devices, this is the only remote that can handle everything that I throw at it. The interface to add new devices is simple and intuitive. I would recommend this remote to anyone who has a multitude of devices to setup on their home AV system. The best part is that the unit can be installed inside of a cabinet and the remote still functions perfectly.

This remote is relatively easy to setup. I have an amplifier, blu ray player and a cable box in a wood console. I placed the main hub on one shelf and one of the mini repeaters on another shelf inside the console. The other mini repeater I placed outside of the console near the TV. I downloaded the remote's iPhone app from the Apple app store and used it to quickly connect the TV, cable box, amplifier and blu ray player. I setup up a scenario for watching cable TV and another for watching blu ray discs. The remote feels very solid in your hand and has a nice screen.

I upgraded from a very old Harmony 890 Pro and I am very happy with the new Elite. I like the ability to use my Android phone for set-up. My only concern is I miss the Help function in my old remote that would reset things in an activity when something is not working quite right. I am still playing with remote to see how I can get similar functions in the Elite.

I am pleased with this remote from Logitech. My wife can use it and it is pretty intuitive. It took me a little bit of time to optimize initially, but it has been a big improvement over my previous Harmony remote. While this is a fairly pricy remote, it has flipped what has been an ongoing frustration to a win in my home. Again, I'm pleased.

Product In use close to 1 month. Excellent Tech support 24/7 My son has this Harmony Elite and installed it himself. My Harmony Product professionally installed by Magnolia. Smart Hub Infra red a plus. Operates very smoothly. Transitions to all my devises seamlessly. Whenever i mistake, I go to "settings" and use "help "button and thinks and solves and corrects my mistake. Just amazing. Worth every penny. I gave Harmony Elite by Logitech 5 stars because "ease of use"

using this as central hub is not doing much good for me. waste for 350$ for me as all these features were already built in my systems

This thing operates all my devices and was not difficult for me to set up but for the average person set up could be a challenge. It works well and I have had it for quite awhile. Occasionally something doesn't come on when it is supposed to but trouble shooting and correcting the issue is not that difficult if you have an aptitude for setting up such devices.

The but is minor I guess as there no way I can give this remote anything other than 5 stars. It’s beautiful. It control everything. It’s a masterpiece in itself. It’s only akin to the remote from the movie Click. The app to program the remote though, is a nightmare. Not intuitive at all. Clunky. But I guess once you figure it out (and you’ll be spending a lot of time figuring it out), it’s amazing. Just remember. It can do almost anything your mind can think of if you program it right.

Got many recommendations for this remote from several Home Theater groups on Facebook. Well, it was really easy to follow setup directions on IPhone and create my viewing and listening windows on remote. It Totally lives up to its reputation. Yes it’s a bit sensitive to use, but upside is getting 4 remotes off coffee table, and everything is on my Harmony Elite Remote. Was difficult to locate one, had to drive 3 hours round trip, but totally worth it

Granted, I have a pretty complex set up, but I had to have the Geek Squad come out twice to program. Did not even think about doing this on my own.

If you've ever owned a Logitech Harmony remote of some sort, you know they can do everything. This remote takes that to the next level with the touch screen and app capabilities. My only complaint is that sometimes the "activities" concept doesn't always seem to work; this has a lot to do with the end devices themselves, that they don't necessarily respond as quickly as they should. However, the remote touchscreen menu and the mobile app you can have on your phone or tablet make it easy enough to correct something if it goes wrong.

The remote is very good. I have Comcast Xfinity. Their format and remote is pretty good, including a very accurate voice control. The transition to Harmony was very easy because the keys were very similar. The one feature that we miss is the voice control. With a few command words, you go through several key strokes and pauses to a particular show.

To be honest, I purchased this remote to replace an existing Harmony remote which is about 7 or 8 years old, but is having some issues. I frankly like the older remote better for it's layout, but, since the battery isn't replaceable and only last about 4-5 hours after charging, it won't be long before I have to set up and use the new one. "OK", the new one is still in the box!
