If you are looking to combine all your remotes into one, there is no better remote on the market!! It's costly but worth it!! I recommend getting the Geek the Squad to install and program all your favorite channels. Remember a smart remote is only as smart as you make it. Plus you don't have to have to point it at the TV to change channels and you never have to replace the batteries because of the remote charger

I had the previous generation Harmony & also had the giant Scarface Edition 3300 (that will always be my personal favorite!). So far, this is working out great - much stronger range, touch screen accuracy, & functionality than the last version. Installation & setup remain a key component to Logitechs ease of doing it yourself. If you want to splurge on the best universal / smart remote out there, this is it! Have not used the iOS application yet, but the IR extender / hub that came with it is FANTASTIC! Great that they give you that vs. $99+ on the old ugly egg one.

Setup was fairly easy, you will need the model numbers of your devices. Remote ergonomics are great, nice weight and shape. Backlit keys are awesome. Vibration confirmation of button press. Rechargeable battery is a great feature. Charger base makes for a nice place to store remote and not loose it in the couch. Lots of options for devices and smart home accessories. A bit pricey, but the quality and features make it worth it.

I've used Harmony remotes for a while (last 1 was the 700) and this one is great. It's the first one that has IR, Bluetooth, RF and WIFI and I truly love it. Currently it controls my TV, LG 4K player, ROKU, Pioneer AVR and my cable box. Love responsiveness as well. The battery life could be a bit better though although the cradle makes it easy to charge.

I am giving only 4 stars as we needed to replace it because was not operating the TV & there is no voice operation, still need to use the cable remote for that. Geek squad has replaced both the remote and TV after 4 visits and now it is not operating the sound bar? unless you use the auto correct. Next visit they are relocating the sound bar, hopefully it will solve it?

Been using Harmony remotes for 15+ years. Really simplifies turning on/off and operating all of your home theater equipment. (TV, Apple TV, Direct TV, receiver, DVR, CD player etc...) Set up on the new model is really easy using the phone app or you can go on-line to initially set up your all your equipment. Also will control some smart home devices. This remote will also work with Alexa. Expensive but when you want to simplify to using only 1 remote it,s great!

I've been using Harmony remotes for the better part of 15 years now. This remote is definitely the smartest of the bunch, especially thanks to the Harmony Hub. It controls everything flawlessly, even my Phillips Hue lights. My biggest gripe is the removal of the number keys, since I still have satellite, and the relatively uncomfortable placement of some of the more useful buttons. Regardless of those "flaws", I can't find it in myself to remove a star, and I still highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remote to replace all remotes.

My first try at getting things set up on the new remote was a little difficult since the devices I was controlling were out of range from the hub and blaster (they were in a room separate from where the hub was). Once I found out from Tech Support that I could set up devices to just be controlled by the remote that made setting up activities a lot easier. I have been satisfied with this remote so far.

Bought this universal remote after discussing with a Best Buy associate and a little online research. Mainly just wanted something to not have to use a tv, home theater, and fire stick remote all separately. Bought this unit over the cheaper version mainly because i liked the touch screen and button layout better on this unit, plus having the hub you can control more things such as smart dimmer, smart on/off switches, etc. The remote was also very easy to program, only thing i regret is not buying one sooner!!

When i was upgrading my home system, i initially balked at the price of this remote. But my Geek Squad mentor talked me into it - very glad he did. Works flawlessly across multiple platforms and eliminated the mulitple-remote-mess that formerly accompanied TV viewing. The only downside is that it can't turn on the PS4 - so if you are doing things on that system, you still need the controller. Just a small nuisance - everything else is perfect.

This remote is actually much better than i imagined, though it took me quite some time to figure how to create complex "recipes". I liked that actions can be timed. I also like a lot the possibility to connect the device to Amazon Echo through IFTTT. I use that to start devices or switch everything off through voice control. The one thing i don't like about the remote is that the screen is very sensitive. It would be good to be able to "lock the" touch screen, maybe with a physical switch on the side of the remote.

The remote works well and is quite easy to set up with one exception. The Harmony remote treats Netflix as a input which make setting up a single button macro simple; Amazon however is not treated as an input-I had to use a multiple button system to access it.

    A DREAM REMOTE

Were in our seventies and have 5 different remotes . We decided to get the Harmony Elite . It's simple to program . Our 5 pieces of equipment was listed on Harmony's web site . Equipment that we use are a Pioneer A/V receiver, Verizon video box, Sony Blue RAY Player ,RCA over the air TV receiver box and our Dell computer .It works … The only thing that could be improved are the buttons on the remote , there on the small side and we use a stylist on the screen which makes it easier for us.

I recently setup my new Logitech Harmony Elite. Great functionality and easy to setup. Operates flawlessly. HOWEVER, the remote buttons are too small and dimly lit even with the back display turned up to maximum. I really don't like to have to wear my glasses in order to operate a remote control. Logitech - make this longer and make the keys larger and add better backlighting!

The Logitech Harmony Elite once set up works well. However, the setup process is slow and needs a lot of trial and error. The setup app is rather confusing with poor organization. Many of the options are scattered among many menus. Integration with smart home devices is very limited. Only works with a few smart home companies.

Overall this is an excellent product with a few minor issues. The keys for Activities and Devices are extremely sensitive resulting in false triggers. The keys do not have a distinct range of motion when pressed sometimes resulting in an incorrect or multiple commands being sent. Programming was relative easy to complete and sure enough multiple remotes were eliminated

At $300+, I expected more. It's just a remote and still tiny little buttons that are incompatible with my husband's big fingers.

The Bluetooth feature makes this remote superior to most remotes. It’s actually easier to use the app then the remote. But either makes turning on or transitioning from one activity to another or channel to another channel fast and simple. The only issue is the touch for individual channels is too sensitive making it difficult to use but easily solved by using the favorites feature.

I had a different universal remote that a different company had installed in my home. It never worked correctly and they refunded me $2100 for the remote and processor. I never realized it cost that much. I went to Best Buy and purchased the Harmony remote which only cost $225 and it works flawlessly. It controls my entire home theater which includes my TV, surround sound speakers, Sonos amp, DVR, and CD player. I’m very satisfied.

I am coming for a Harmony One. I will there was a way to interface that to RF and smart home. The button placement and ergonomics is a step backwards IMO. Very tempted to to return this and continue to use my smart phone with the much cheaper hub. Now the hub is great as it works as it should. There is a bit of a lag due to requiring an internet connection but it does work without an issue.
