Good combo remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the ability to turn on all components at once, and the fact that there are no batteries. I still haven't learned how to completely use it, and will need to go on line or into the store to get some tips. It should be able to fill my needs for the price. Using with TIVO Bolt, Sony TV and Sony soundbar.. Can't seem to figure out how to change the channels easily.

Throw away all those remotes
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Combined several remote controls -samsung tv, cable box, roku. IR can be a little tricky; picks up those on network very well. I wind up using my phone as the remote quite frequently. Takes a little get use to the different buttons or phone screens but relatively intuitive. Wish remote held its charge a little longer Looking for a second one.

Remote control is too small.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this to replace a universal remote. Set up was very easy but, the buttons on the remote or extremely small and difficult to operate compared to the universal. However, one does not have to pay an installer exorbitant fees just to make a small change to the remote like we did with the universal remote.

Good remote with some caveats
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Things I like: Durable Great Quality Textured bottom for grip Good range LCD touch screen Things I don't like: Takes long time to setup activities (sync takes forever) Sometimes if making lots of changes multiple syncs end up occuring Sometimes a lag in sending request from remote to Harmony Hub Have to play around with order of devices in activities as devices may turn on then off when starting activity

Great Product
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote is awesome. It's simple to use once it has been properly programmed (I would recommend having that professionally done). We got is primarily because it works with our components hidden behind a cabinet door; no need for the electronic eye to "see" the component(s). The only issue is that the touch programming takes a little to get use to since it vibrates rather than having a actual button to depress. Not that big of a deal; easy to get used to.

Powerful Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I am happy with this remote. I was able to easily set up all of my devices and get them working properly. I wish that the PC/Mac based software could be used to configure this remote, but you have to use the app. That's the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars

Despite efforts, still the best
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite all of my efforts to replace Harmony Elite remotes with something more modern, that offers a better user experience and updated hardware, I still end up getting another Elite for my home. I own 3 of them. They are not perfect, but they are the best on the market. The user interface and the hardware needs to be modernized badly.

Overall, a very good remote.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 1st remote did not function properly. The 2nd remote has been working very well. This Harmony Elite remote replaced a different universal remote that operated my components, which are located inside a closet. The Harmony remote works very well with the IR emitters located near the components. No unsightly wires or components showing. Very satisfied with Best Buy's customer service.

Excellent - once you get it installed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a replacement for a previous Harmony remote. I thought it would be a simple process to transfer the info from the old one to the new one...it wasn't. I had to fiddle around with it for a couple of frustrating days but, finally got it working and it is fantastic, and does all it's supposed to with ease. You can pay for installation or use the online guide like I did. It helps if you are a little more computer savvy than I am. I'm now going to try to get it to play nice with Alexa, fingers crossed.

Great replacement for an older Harmony remote...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My older Harmony remote had died after many years of wonderful service, and I needed a replacement that was just as easy. I opted for the Harmony Elite due to my previous experience with other Harmony remotes. The software made it a breeze to move all the programming from my previous Harmony remote to the new Elite model. It was an excellent purchase, and I expect many years of service out of it.

Could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using Harmony products for many years now. Out of all the remotes I had from Harmony the Harmony One I feel was the best. Why I bring that up on this review? Because I cannot understand why they went away from the ergonomic feel of the Harmony One and now have a more compact remote. The buttons are closer together and difficult to feel for them. This isn't a phone. Do we really need swipe style gestures on it? A TV remote or any type of remote where you look at something else while you use it to control it needs more of a feel then anything else. The placement of many of the remote buttons moved to a new location which I cannot understand why. Now on to the good, it works with Alex and it control more types of signals then previous generations. Its compatibles with many smart home devices which can be scripted to turn on or off many things in different locations if setup with multiple hubs. Anyway I wish they would have focused on using the remote without looking at it and was more like the harmony one design.

Love this gizmo
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit tricky to get going initially (had to delete and reinstall app), once setup gets going this is quite easy. It suggests "activities" like "Turn on Apple TV" and selects the right components for each with only a little help. It integrated our Sony a/v receiver into the setup with ease. I've now replaced remotes for TV, receiver, cable box, Directv, Apple TV and Xbox One with this single remote. I still get a kick out of saying, "Alexa, turn on the TV"!

Logitech 950 elite user review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once I had the configuration setup and discovered nuances of how to make each of the programs I set up, the remote worked mostly error free. The documentation on setup and troubleshooting could use a significant improvement. Having said that, I am purchasing another remote for my downstairs tv.

Logitech Harmony Elite is the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For many years I had a Sony all in one remote with a wonderful touch screen and was actually easier in some ways to use. The Logitech is very powerful. I've read reviews complaining about this unit but what I've found out is that most everything can be done with a little patience and review on the Logitech website. It is an amazing device. Well made and made by Logitech. I've been a believer in Logitech products for many years and am happy I made this purchase.

All in one
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice device to merge multiple (and different) manufacturers devices using infrared signal into one controller PLUS devices such as ROKU which use a wifi type signal. Still learning all of the nuances. Not the easiest to master, but Im confident that once I figure it all out I will be 100% satisfied.

Great Smart Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for an all around solution for all your entertainment equipment and more, I would recommend this setup. Only reason only 4stars is due to the spotty operation with Alexa. Does everything I need and more! Easy setup and able to customize activity settings makes this a great universal remote with smart phone app operation also.

Excellent Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is AWESOME. It controls our ps4, projector, cable, wii U, the lights, stereo and probably more. I really like the help feature, it automatically attempt to correct and issues that might arise--sometimes without any action (other than pressing help on the remote) There are several other remotes that were more than 3 times the cost of this remote, but our geek squad rep and the magnolia home rep both said this unit performs better. I especially like that it has a recharging base and it looks good with our décor.

Good product, can be a bit clunky to set up.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m enjoying it so far, it took me some time to set it all up but so far so good. It can be hit or miss at times when having it turn off all of my devices, Occasionally the TV will still be on but the sound bar, cable boxes and other devices will go off when asked. Outside of that it’s better than my last Logitech.

Good looking remote, not perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had several Harmony remotes in the past, some professionally installed, some I’ve done myself. They all seem to do 95% of the job 50% of the time. This one is no different, although it works with the Alexa Firestick via bluetooth. Set-up was not as smooth as it should have been. I ended up having to connect it to my PC, and the consult Logitech’s user forum to overcome some issues. Once I was done, I worked. It has several flaws, such as initial “on” switch requires user to press and hold the touchscreen icon until it activates the command. I would prefer a hard button like the “off” button. There is no microphone that would let u speak commands to appleTv or Amazon Alexa. If I spent 6 hours on configuring it, I could probably make it more useful. However even with the simplist of tasks like changing a channel only works correctly the first time about 50% of the time, which is frustrating. Regardless, it is good enough to replace most of my remotes and is a good-looking device to sit on the coffee table.
