This thing is AWESOME. It controls our ps4, projector, cable, wii U, the lights, stereo and probably more. I really like the help feature, it automatically attempt to correct and issues that might arise--sometimes without any action (other than pressing help on the remote) There are several other remotes that were more than 3 times the cost of this remote, but our geek squad rep and the magnolia home rep both said this unit performs better. I especially like that it has a recharging base and it looks good with our décor.

Great remote. Been using harmony remotes for over a decade. This is a spruced up version of my last harmony, the 890. Pretty easy to set up and use. I would recommend it except harmony has left the remote business and who knows what kind of support you’ll get in the future.

I’ve had several Harmony remotes in the past, some professionally installed, some I’ve done myself. They all seem to do 95% of the job 50% of the time. This one is no different, although it works with the Alexa Firestick via bluetooth. Set-up was not as smooth as it should have been. I ended up having to connect it to my PC, and the consult Logitech’s user forum to overcome some issues. Once I was done, I worked. It has several flaws, such as initial “on” switch requires user to press and hold the touchscreen icon until it activates the command. I would prefer a hard button like the “off” button. There is no microphone that would let u speak commands to appleTv or Amazon Alexa. If I spent 6 hours on configuring it, I could probably make it more useful. However even with the simplist of tasks like changing a channel only works correctly the first time about 50% of the time, which is frustrating. Regardless, it is good enough to replace most of my remotes and is a good-looking device to sit on the coffee table.

I spent a lot of time searching for a good all-in-one remote that would also control hidden devices. A salesperson recommended this one to me and I have been very pleased. Set up with the app was very easy, intuitive, easy and quick. Functionality is great and the backlighting is a nice touch since I like to keep the room lighting very low. The only thing that I would criticize is that the letters on the remote are very small.

Touch screen sensitivity requires too heavy pressure for the screen with numbers, but other screens are very responsive. Customer service said it was not adjustable. Otherwise, this is a nearly perfect remote, although a bit difficult to program. Bottom line is that it does what it says it will do instantly.

Takes some patience and some electronic knowledge to set up, but once you get it, is relatively easy and works well. Was worth the price as other comparable programmable remotes usually require a technician to set up and again every time you need to change or add a piece of equipment they need to do it at another labor charge

Hub drops offline often...screen is overly sensitive and programming has a steep learning curve...but when you get it all working incredible remote! NOT as comfortable in your hand as the version without the touch screen (which to me is the PERFECT fit, might go back to that one)!

I like this remote. It is a good size, easy to hold, looks nice, works well. I only wish it had two buttons each for fast forward and rewind since TiVo has that. You can manage without it but would be better with 4 total. Ability to control Hue lights is nice but don't use it that much. Battery life is pretty weak but the charging stand is great. Overall, very nice remote.

Connects everything in the house in one spot. Perfect size and feels good in your hand. Very intuitive. I guess my only complaint is some of the fuction buttons are on the small side. Wanted backlit and it is but the small buttons make it hard to figure out in the dark. Dont have to use those buttons that much so its not a deal breaker.

Recommended by Geek Squad member who installed my TV and bracket. Since FIOS equipment is inside a cabinet door to cabinet must be opened for equipment to receive signal from remote. He told me this product would eliminate this requirement and that he would come back to complete the installation at no additional cost to me. Will not be permanently residing in house until next week after which I will contact Geek Squad to return and meet their promise. If it works well i will certainly recommend it.

It took over a month (4/28/2020), to get customer support to get the unit working. I'm sure part of this was due to the Covid 19 virus we are all experiencing but all of that time the remote just sat there as it had a software issue that wouldn't allow me to use it and of course i paid for it on 3/23/2020.

This is a terrific way to have a true universal remote, but the set up is not at all easy. There are products that aren't easily auto-programmed, and at the end of the day, it is not very user friendly. Basically, this is worth the investment if your priority if finding a solution toward one remote; however, you have to put in the time and energy to get the pay off.

The Elite Works well once you get everything programmed correctly. I had GEEK Squad do it, and it still can be a bit sensitive with the touch screen. All in all, it does what it says on the box. If you have a lot of devices, it's nice to press one activity button and have the remote do ALL of the work to get all sources line up for my viewing or listing pleasure.

This remote was difficult to set up, but once it is set up it works well. There are so many settings to tweak that it takes a while to get everything just right. I had the Harmony 900 for years, it was easier to set up and operate. Hopefully this ones lasts for years to come. It's integration with SmartThings is also really easy and cool. The Alexa interface is really nice!

I upgraded to the Harmony Elite from my 12 year old Harmony One remote. Really the only new features added in 12 years is the ability to control some smart home devices like lights, and smartphone control. I haven't found anything else different other than the horrible battery life. My old Harmony One had amazing battery life. It had a replaceable battery, but I still had the original from 12 years ago, which only had to be charged about once a month. The new Harmony Elite has to be charged about twice a week. I am disappointed with how bad the battery life is on this remote. With all the advances in battery life in the last decade, Logitech has gone backwards. If I used the remote heavily, it would probably need to be charged every day or two. Overall it does what it's supposed to do, just with horrible battery life.

This is our second one. We love the ability to combine different activities in one remote. This one has three activities - watch TV, watch a Movie (Blue Ray), and watch smart TV. We also have it programmed to display our favorite channels to watch on TV. You absolutely can not go wrong with this unit. We had the Geek Squad install it and then I was able to add our favorites.

Works very good at controlling all my devices with the exception of my Direct TV satellite box. At times I have to turn it on manually and press the remote several times when trying to change channels or scroll through the guide. Touch screen should have come with a keypad option. Other than that I’m satisfied.

This is our second Logitech Remote. There are some features we like and others we aren't happy with. For example, the volume control and channel control are more difficult to locate than on our older model and some of the functions are less intuitive than on the older model. And when we switch from cable to Netflix or Hulu it's a bear to get back to normal broadcasting on Comcast.

Purchased this as a gift and help set up. It was easy to configure this remote through the app versus the older method of using the web site. All components were recognized and all processes worked as intended. Adding this to Alexa was a little challenging but we were able to accomplish. Only complaint is that the keypad (numeric input) is a screen swipe and the numbers are small so you have to be careful to hit the correct numbers and you cannot pause.

OMG, this is the most amazing remote you can get! we had a harmony one remote that was starting to die, wife was not sure of purchasing this due to the price. but after a few weeks of using the new remote, she loves it and does not understand why we waited so long to purchase it. if you have the Harmony software you can very easily transfer your settings from one remote to this one so easy.
