I have 2 of theses and they are the best that i have had. Very customizable and can work with almost everything! The only con is the battery life could be better but just make sure to keep it on the charging stand when not using. They are pricey but well worth the price

    Blown Away! Powerful Device

This is Amazing! After setup, which wasn’t difficult, controlling each device works perfectly. Think about this, you have one device that controls everything and activates them in the order of your preference. Example: Power on the TV, Input [a streaming service], Power On Audio Receiver, Input Video 1 All of that is now controlled by ONE BUTTON!! Again, This Thing Is AMAZING!!

Excellent universal remote once it is up and running. Somewhat difficult to set up but I called Logitech tech support and they walked me through the setup process. Now that it is working it functions seamlessly. The only downside is that if you are using it with Apple TV, the Harmony doesn't have all the functions on it. You still have to use the Apple TV remote for certain functions.

This is a great product that is discontinued. The demand is down since a lot of people have smart televisions with remotes that can access online services. On the other hand, if you have an AV receiver, you need a multi-function remote like this or have to use multiple remotes for the TV and any other components that are part of the system.

The harmony remote line is great. Recently purchased the harmony elite remote and am very impressed. Coming from a harmony one, the RF and Bluetooth capabilities make it a must have to control all devices. Only con is it does not have a voice component to control fire tv/apple tv but does integrate with Alexa for activity launch control. I would buy this item again !!

After previously using the harmony one remote, I found this to do everything that remote could do and more, but it's far from perfect. I would have given it 4 stars if it were in the ~$150 range.. That's about what it should be selling for in my opinion. Pros: Holds charge better than Harmony One Works through walls and without having to point at devices due to it's RF design and included IR blasters Works with my Nest thermostat Basic setup is pretty simple Phone app doubles as a second remote! Lots of customization options (can be a con too) Cons Expensive.. Not as many physical buttons means you have to wade through the touch screen to find some functions Easy to accidentally hit the wrong space on the touchscreen - Handing it to another person or bumping it can lead to inadvertently changing channels, functions, etc.,which always seems to happen at a crucial time of a movie or game. Advanced setup is more challenging - Customization can be intimidating and time consuming.

Hub is Horrible, Remote is Great

Way overpriced for an All-in-One, but you get what you pay for.. it is probably the most intuitive of the Logitech remotes, but finding commands on the LCD screen can sometimes be a challenge for the more obscure commands... The worse thing is the hub... it is a pain to find where to put it.. and it looses network connections and/or connections to the remote frequently, but its a one button push to reconnect. This is my 3rd Harmony Elite and the hub has been substandard for all of them. The smarthome connectivity is OK, but overkill and too easy to inadvertantly hit the wrong button on the remote and do something you didn't want to do and turn on/off a light. If you are willing to put up with the hub, this is a great remote...

Cumbersome legacy interface, but second to none

The added ability to handle home automation control as well sets this remote apart. There is almost nothing it can't handle. Using both the base as well as IR built into the remote itself, it's a one stop stop for all of your control needs. The only downside is the interface to configure the remote is cumbersome, and the system takes a long time to sync and configure.

I previously had an older model Elite Remote but wanted to add a few new components like the Roku 4 so I thought I would upgrade to the newer Elite Remote. The programing was far easier than my older model, battery life seems to be much improved, all in all very pleased with this remote. The mini blaster system which comes with it means using the unit behind cabinet doors is no problem. Best all.purpose remote for the money on the market. I purchased on sale at Best Buy which was an even better deal.

I have had previous Logitech systems and can say I like this remote better once I got used to button placement. The Home system allowed me to connect to Alexa and turn my entertainment system on and off by voice. The setup on an iPhone App was different than I was used to with Logitech, previously using a computer for setup. But it worked great, just had to get past the learning curve.

Logitech Harmony has built solid universal remotes for several years. This version is so easy to set up and use. Easily controls all our AV equipment which is stored in the basement. Love that it also allows us to control other smart devices in our home like the thermostats, blinds, lights, etc etc etc.

Can manage all of our devices. Set up was pretty easy for someone who is good with those types of things. Not always as quick as I would like, but not sure if that is our internet connection or the remote. Happy with the remote and the features it provides. You can easily navigate through all devices that are set up.

Before purchasing this remote, I contemplated, do I really want to spend over $300 on a remote. Turns out I made the right decision. Makes life so much easier. By the press of a button I can start various tasks, like turn my tv on, set top box on, and media player, all do the input of my choosing. It also integrates well with my Amazon Echo. This allows me to turn everything on by voice command.

I started with he hub as it is much easier to use an App on my iPhone than search for the remote. I followed the programming directions closely and some of the pathways were accepted and others weren't with spontaneous sequence changing when testing. 2 hours later I returned the hub and bought the hub and remote combo. This had the exact same errors that programming the app did and after 2 more hours I gave up. When I went back to pic up the remote it appeared that it had programmed actions and I tried them and they mostly worked. The one glitch is that it struggles with turning off Apple TV and has some strange messaging that you need to become accustomed to. Too expensive to have all of these issues.

I have messed around with universal remotes before but this is by far the best. And you don't have to hire a professional to set up . The set up walks you through the whole process. If you have time to set it up you can make this do whatever you want from lights to music to ceiling fans to whatever. Great product wish I had more time to mess add lights and stuff

I like this remote but wouldn't say it's a huge upgrade from Harmony one. The hub can be buggy at time and the screen can be super sensitive (either that or I need to adjust the level of sensitivity). If you like to control your equipment via phone or tablet this remote is for you. But then again you can do the same with cheaper Harmony remote for the same function

New home with all my audio/visual toys needed a remote that would take command and be able to put all other individual remotes in the storage room. Log onto Logitech website and program was seamless and smooth. Broad reach in applying the various electronic devices to the various activities. Once done just a matter of pushing the button for the activity and then reaching for the beverage of choice to enjoy with the activity.

Great product, I have two of these in my home. I enjoy the option of being able to run my system(s) with my mobile devices as well. It was a bit pricey as I hoped the Samsung remote could be used to control the downstairs system, the upstairs system had too many options not to use this remote, i.e DVD, CD, Apple music, I-pod dock, etc. However this closed the gap and removed the connectivity issues we were having downstairs. good purchase overall
