I had an older version of this product which over time was more hit and miss if it were to work. Finally updated to this version and it is 100 percent better then the original. it even is able to get my Apple TV out of sleep mode which my original one was not capable of doing. It’s an expensive investment, but it’s the only game in town for a remote that goes thru closets. This one lives up to the hype.

I was concerned that I would not be able to program all of my electronic gadgets to my TV as they are currently bundled. Well, the Logitech Harmony Elite made that job so easy, I really couldn't believe how easy it was. The new remote asked if I wanted to transfer all of my already pre-programmed information to the Harmony Elite. I said "Yes" and in just a minute or two everything was transferred to the Elite. It is a remarkable remote.

Overall, it's a good product but has a few glitches. When you charge it the display still shows a low battery for a little while but eventually shows a full charge. Other than that it is very customizable and very easy to use.

Home Services, Joe was great helping us get everything set up , we have an open concept room and he was able to help us figure out the best route to run the wires and get the best sound set up. This remote does it all & quite simply. Easy set up and very easy to use. Best of all the wifi hub allows you to hide the equipment and still control everything. You don't even have to point the remote in the direction of the hub....only thing I would complain about is the virtually buttons sometimes have to be pushed a few times to change to a specific channel

This is a good product but is constantly taking time to load my activities needs to be better for 350 ...

I spent HOW MUCH for a remote??? Its pretty cool though..Works great with Alexa. I am able to walk in and tell Alexa to turn on the TV to Sportsnet to watch the Dodger game!.. It takes some time to get the remote perfect. I like the screen that changes with the activity you are doing.. but take the time to get the right functions on it. Even my VCR that is over 15 years old works with this remote, and I did not need to use the blasters.. The hub really is amazing!

I added an Harmony Elite to my Smart Home and could not be happier. The remote controls nearly everything in my living room including my Nest. I then added the Harmony Skill to my Echo and now have the ability to control my home theater with my voice. The future is now. If you need a remote and system that controls nearly everything in your living room, this is the remote for you.

OUR FIRST TRUE UNIVERSAL REMOTE - its' very, very good , but because it's so sensitive to the touch, it takes awhile to adjust. It's features are easy enough to learn, adapt and employ. One note- there's no voice command feature - so we sometimes still use our Xfinity Remote when searching kids movies, etc. Works with commands from ALEXA - ECHO too!

I have a rather complicated AV systems that functions as state of the art home theater and as audiophile quality stereo for listening to music. 3 amps Marantz pre/pro 3 Panamax rack units plus various players. Works seamlessly with all components. If a portion of a complicated command is partially missed the on screen help button rectifies the problem. Note: seems to work best with strong charge.

I bought this to control a new LG OLED tv along with my other HT components including a Yamaha receiver, a Tivo, a Philips 4k Blu-ray player, and an Xbox One. It was very easy to set up and automate and also integrated with our Lutron Casseta home bridge so we can control the lights too. It's now simple to turn on everything and get all of the inputs set where they need to be. I'm very happy with how well it worked for our situation.

We have owned 2 of these remotes. While it has great features and options, both had hardware failure where the screen freezes shortly within the 1 year warranty expiring. Support services, although had a ticket opened on the second remote, before the warranty ended, were not flexible with replacing the remote beyond the warranty date despite the fact that it still did not work properly. I was told they had to stick to the policy. It's very disappointing. I would recommend buying an extended warranty on this product as it seems to fail within a year of purchase.

This is a very high tech device. It is very sensitive to the the touch. It needs to be charged about every 4 days. Even though these seem like negative comments, I would recommend it. If one of my many components doesn't turn on or off when I touch the on/off button, there is a help button. If you touch that button, it will "fix" the problem. Amazing!

the remote is really cool. relatively easy to set up and lots of options. my only negative is that i thought it would work if the sensor was inside the cabinet. unfortunately it only works if the sensor is outside the cabinet and in direct line with the remote control. otherwise it's great. battery lasts a long time.

I have been a harmony hater for years, they simply didn't have the build quality or functionality...that's changed now, I still would like a little more customization, but I've replaced my 1000 dollar URC remote with this thing and couldn't be happier. wifi, bluetooth, keyboard emulation (via app), charging cradle, backlight, capacitive touchscreen. I bought one for livingroom, and one for master bedroom. Sold my old URC remote/RF base for as much as the elite cost

Very happy with the remote. We like using Alexa to turn the TV on and off as well as pausing and playing shows. Nice to have iPad and iPhone app access if you don't have the remote in front of you. Miss the number keypad that was on my previous Harmony remote but the many features on this unit make up for it. Glad we upgraded!!

This is my third Harmony remote and this is the best one so far. Simple setup controls my Hue lighting and Nest thermostat, the only let down is it does not power on the PS4, but that is probably a Sony issue and not Logitech, it also does not work with the HBO Now app in the PS4. Love the favorite channel page. Get one now, you won't regret it.

I needed to replace my old remote because my IR over Coax system stopped working. This remote uses RF signals instead so it could access and control all my components(which are in a closet in another room). You can also program it to send an IR signal to a device if you have line-of-sight to it. It is easy to use and by connecting to Logitech and using set up instructions its also easy to program for different activities. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

The screen is so sensitive that if you pick it up wrong it changes something on the television. Also, even if I move the IR Blaster to different places around the room it still only turns on the DVR about half the time. Returned it and bought the Logitech Companion. The Companion was a hundred dollars cheaper and works better - so far.

This is my third one so yes I really like these remotes. It’s fantastic to eliminate several remotes. It works flawlessly with the Apple TV, Denon Receiver, Sonos and PS4. The only device it has issues with is Directv’s newer Genie 2. The remote worked great with the Genie 1. It takes several button pushes sometimes to get a command completed. It’s really a Directv issue and not the remotes. Hopefully Directv future firmware updates will fix it.
