The harmony hub is hidden away inside my entertainment cabinet controlling a Yamaha receiver, a TiVo box, PS4, and a Samsung TV. It was relatively easy to integrate with SmartThings home automation, Alexa voice control, and the Elite remote. Yes, a bit expensive but everything works seamlessly together. Well worth the price. I can tell Alexa or use the thoughtfully designed remote to turn on TiVo, the PlayStation or listen to Pandora. It has exceeded my expectations.

This product exceeded my expectations in how easy it was to set up and how simple it is to operate. I had 3 different remotes for a received, TV and AppleTV. This remote now manages all 3 devices and turns on the settings flawlessly. My mother in law always struggled when visiting to use the TV, but now she just pushes one button and everything turns on.

I love my new control, one little problem I have when trying to change channels it is hard to select a three digit number without it taking either the first one & going to that channel or taking the first & second one & going to that one. Other than that I have enjoyed having one control so much that it out weighs the other.

How do I say simplified. With so much technology where would we be in life without a remote that simplifies all of that. This is it. This will not only turn on the tv but the lights, Xbox, ps4, computer. You name it and it will do it. Can be taken from room to room as well. Only need one remote.

Was looking for a universal remote that my non tech-savvy parents could operate without having to call me in every 5 minutes- this is it! Absolutely love the touch screen, the pre-programming capabilites, the button size, the screen size. It was expensive but definitely worth it. And the upgrade possibilites are almost endless. Right now I just have the stereo and tv hooked up to it but it will be so easy to add devices later on. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt, the best, most feature deep Smart Home Remote created too date. Not only controls entertainment system seamlessly/effortlessly, but also in addition adds the ability to control most Smart Home items that one could possibly think of. It is worth the Premium Increase in Price

I was looking for a remote that had the capacity to work across multiple devices and that could work with my concealed equipment while working with the equipment in the room too. The Logitech - Harmony Elite has done just that and was a breeze to setup! I still need to ready up on setting up my favorites and utilizing the guide function but that's on my to complete. Great buy and would definitely recommend!

Could be better but they have no competition pushing them to do better and fix the details. Touchscreen is a little sensitive and can inadvertently start an input/setup change by just picking up the remote from the cradle. I think most would want a “page up/page down” rocker, and it is located at bottom and in center, pretty ackward to use that rocker. Numeric entry buttons would be nice, maybe add it on the back to keep screen size larger? The hardest problem with this universal remote, is that, it is great to initially startup your activity or change to a different activity. But any usage of any device is more time consuming and troublesome using a universal remote versus the device’s own remote. And at the very high price point for the Elite remote, not sure it’s worth it (only if you need to control devices inside cabinets without direct sight for other remotes to work).

Had a previous version and upgraded... only thing the old had that the new one doesn’t... You could shake old version and keys would light up... this one doesn’t do that but I can connect to devices thru my iPhone ... if not for the backlight I would have given it a 5 ...

I love my Logitech remote control. I have owned several throughout the years. The only thing I don’t like about this one is that it doesn’t update to the newest Mac other than that it’s pretty good and if it does glitch just press help it fixes itself usually and if for some chance it doesn’t Then it asks you questions answer the questions and it fixes itself again.

Great device, wish i had known about it years ago. HOWEVER, after purchasing it, i found out Logitech has discontinued it and only ones crrently in supply chain are available. Logitech claims they will continue to support it; (again) however, they didn't say for how long. No regrest buying it so far.

Good functionality but takes some getting used to. It’s rechargeable so no need for batteries. The buttons are very sensitive to touch so if you accidentally bump it, the buttons respond. Set-up went well with the Geek Squad tech aa well. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do.

Upgraded from a Harmony 900 and I couldn't be more pleased! I hated the reluctance of the 900 to transmit signals to the repeater and constantly dropping commands over RF but because the elite piggybacks on my wi-fi this hasn't happened even once! Also love the expanded compatibility with things like my Honeywell thermostat and Lutron Caseta lights! I don't deny it is a more expensive remote but for the price and the things it does I can't recommend this remote enough.

Purchased a BraviaTV, Blu-ray,and harmony and had Geek Squad install it all. Went from 7 remotes to one-Yay ! Harmony very good once properly set up and user training completed. That took 3servicecalls from the squad. Still recommend Harmony Elite, just ask lots of questions of Geek Squad, especially how to receive the updates.

This is an expensive remote, however it is worth it. It is easy to program once you get a hang of it. There are apps for smart phones and tablets, this is handy since one doesn't have to use the remote. A very neat feature is, I can use the App remotely to start/stop etc when a family member is not too familiar and I am out or we have guests.

This remote is wonderful. It combines up to 15 remotes in one, has a touch screen, and is so easy to use. You enter your product into the setup, and it automatically scans for the code to set it up. No more having to hunt for those annoying codes! The remote has smart commands, such as “watch tv”, watch Apple TV, watch a movie, and so much more. Well worth the money spent!

This was to replace the previous Harmony remote in white. The Elite is horrible! Nothing but constant issues with it and the software is not compatible with Mac computers. It will frequently reboot by itself and lately it keeps saying it's synchronizing when you use it. Trying to reset/restore everything via the software is a nightmare as it often will freeze when syncing with the remote.

The remote is very good for what it does. Sometimes the "on/off" positions for equipment get out of sync. Wish the remote had a "hard" keypad so i could direct tune channels without having to look at the remote. I ended up purchasing the small companion remote which i use most of the time because it has "hard" buttons as well as the basic functions.

It is much better than Savant and the tv no on her turns off on its own. It much simpler to use as an end user and can manipulate Apple TV as well all on one remote. We really like it far better than the Savant system which is very complicated to use.

We love our Harmony remote. The fact that all our devices are in one remote, and all of our streaming channels also makes it so easy for us to use. This is our second Harmony, our dog liked our first one more than we did. She chewed it so bad that we had to put it down. The remote not our basset hound.
