Great remote....but....
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the features of this remote I replaced an older version the old Harmony One, however the touch screen is way too sensitive and just trying to pick the thing up often results in changing a function or fast forwarding and that can be very annoying.

Great For Most Setups
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the Harmony remotes and have used them for several years however they do not work well with Sonos speakers and will only control volume on 1 Sonos speaker per activity (I have 2 Sonos speakers 1 left and 1 right) Overall I returned the remote because of this and hope they come out with a software update in the future to address the issue.

Buttons Quite Small
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We're having a hard time getting used to the small buttons on this remote. The buttons don't seem to be quite in the right place and they are very hard to see (maybe it's just that we are getting older!). When pushing the channel buttons, it always takes at least two tries as the numbers don't seem to "stick".

Alexa Compatible Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this on sale to replace a Logitech Harmony One, mostly to gain the integration with Alexa. Overall, I love not having to point the remote at the TV (uses IR blaster) and can have Alexa turn the system on. I wish there were physical number buttons, and the touchscreen sometimes gets hit for unwanted results (e.g., turns the tv off).

Almost perfect!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This clicker is pretty close to perfect. So far it has worked with everything remarkably well, from entertainment items to smart home devices, it pretty seamlessly controls everything. The only thing that could make it any better would be voice control, but with a smart home device like an Echo it fills in the gaps just fine!

Harmony Elite
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my husband for Christmas to try and eliminate some of the many remotes. He hasn’t quite figured out the complete set up and on top of the $300 I paid for it, they want an additional $199 to set up for you. We will just continue to try and figure it out and maybe someday get what we paid for.

Pricey remote but gets the job done alright
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive. Relatively easy to program. touchscreen is too touchy - should allow you to scroll and trigger only when truly depress a selection. Instead when trying to scroll, it will trigger on whatever your finger touched to scroll. shouldn't cost as much as it does.

Amazing remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote is amazing it allows you to program many different devices. We got this so that we could put our 5 remotes we had to use up to keep them from getting lost or broken. This really saves on the headache only complaint is you have to switch to each device u want to use on the remote I kind of wish it would turn all them on at once, but we have only had remote for a little while so still a lot of learning

Great. Too bad they are being discontinued.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great remote. Was hoping Harmony would add voice activation compatible with infinity x1 but instead they’re ceasing production so I grabbed the best last unit they make. Too bad they’re no longer gonna be around. Have used Harmony exclusively since 2005 and cant imagine an entertainment center without it

Finally!!!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I finally have one remote that can do everything!! Programing this remote is easy. Having one remote that can control the TV, cable box, and game consoles is invaluable. This remote is very pricey, but well worth it. Even with other Harmony remotes I have found them lacking in one respect or another. This remote work very much as advertised.

Great if you already have a ton of devices.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great product, but unfortunately I ended up returning the device. The technology is changing rapidly right now and CHoIP is most likely going to make all of these hubs useless. I would give it 5 stars but it's soon going to be very outdated.

Might turn out good

Good remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not, again, do not spend a lot of money buying savant remote this one will do more than savant. I am able to control everything in my media room. Lights, projector, Apple TV, golf simulator. Very easy to set up you don’t have to pay someone else , you can do it yourself. Easy to add more equipment if needed. No brain this remote is the only one you need.

Had the 1100 now I have this Elite
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Liked my old 1100 and the battery life was great. The new Elite is very nice and easy to program. battery life is not as good as the 1100 but that's all I can say bad about it but that did not stop me from using the Elite it's very easy to use and program, I just put it on the charger more often than the 1100. Not so bad

Best Harmony Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had several Logitech Harmony remotes over the years. This one is my 4th, and is the best by far. Every shortcoming the other had has been addressed in this one. Is it cheap? No. But Best Buy offered me a $100 voucher to trade in my old harmony remote for this one. Good form factor, not too big or small. Fits well in the hand. The buttons are where you want them to be. Best feature? Wifi connectivity. No longer does the remote need line of sight to do its job.

Works great.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good remote. Has a fast setup. Have your model numbers ready when your ready to start the setup. It will make the set up quicker. If your equipment is in another room, be sure you get the remote that has ir (line of site) the remote is rf ( through walls) the hub itself is what's sending the signal and your tv won't get signal unless you place a remote blaster at the tv. If your running wires from tv to closet. Be sure to take an extra for that blaster.

All-In one remote- the best!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ease of having everything all in one is a much better convenience. If you can’t stand having 15 different remotes the Logitech Harmony is for you. The touchscreen is very responsive. You can have a Phillips light strip, an Apple TV, you’re Hi-Fi system, your 4K blu-ray player and more all connected at the same time with 1 remote. Makes life Logical.

Get 'em while you can.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech has left the building! That is, Logitech has decided to stop making remote controls. Too bad as they made very good units with good customer support. I bought this one as a spare unit for use in the future as a replacement. Sorry to see them leave the market with regards to AV equipment and home automation.

Great universal remote!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get a remote that I could use to send information to a central location while located anywhere in the house. This has the ability to do that. My setup involves all my equipment upstairs in a closet and my TV downstairs. With the ability to control everything anywhere, I dont have to be in the room to work anything. I can simple press the button in the kitchen to control the TV in the living room. Great use for an intermediate or advanced setup.

One remote to rule them all!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote is great. Small setup and learning curve, but after that you can use it to control everything. I have not had anything I could not control with this. The touch screen helps to reduce the amount of buttons that would be needed to control everything, simplify and de-clutter the remote. If you want to get rid of the rest of your remotes can’t go wrong with this.
