Great device, wish i had known about it years ago. HOWEVER, after purchasing it, i found out Logitech has discontinued it and only ones crrently in supply chain are available. Logitech claims they will continue to support it; (again) however, they didn't say for how long. No regrest buying it so far.

Got this to replace another Harmony remote. This is a newer version than the one I had. Not easy to set up. Requires the use of a hub to pick up the signal so you better have an open plug. Once you get it set up it's ok but does not seem to be worth the high price. Thank goodness Best Buy had a sale!

This remote is great. Small setup and learning curve, but after that you can use it to control everything. I have not had anything I could not control with this. The touch screen helps to reduce the amount of buttons that would be needed to control everything, simplify and de-clutter the remote. If you want to get rid of the rest of your remotes can’t go wrong with this.

I finally have one remote that can do everything!! Programing this remote is easy. Having one remote that can control the TV, cable box, and game consoles is invaluable. This remote is very pricey, but well worth it. Even with other Harmony remotes I have found them lacking in one respect or another. This remote work very much as advertised.

Do not, again, do not spend a lot of money buying savant remote this one will do more than savant. I am able to control everything in my media room. Lights, projector, Apple TV, golf simulator. Very easy to set up you don’t have to pay someone else , you can do it yourself. Easy to add more equipment if needed. No brain this remote is the only one you need.

This remote is nice but I am so used to the 700 and 650 button configuration. I use Alexa with it and can control a couple lights. Be prepared for setup time for everything to work correctly, it can take awhile. Having to wait for it to charge can be no fun when it dies while you're using it. It's cool you don't have to aim it.

I got this remote to control our home theater setup and replace a more expensive version I was sold previously. Setup isn't too bad but can be a little confusing. It works wonderfully to turn everything on. I still have not gotten it to turn the projector off which is a two-step process.

The ease of having everything all in one is a much better convenience. If you can’t stand having 15 different remotes the Logitech Harmony is for you. The touchscreen is very responsive. You can have a Phillips light strip, an Apple TV, you’re Hi-Fi system, your 4K blu-ray player and more all connected at the same time with 1 remote. Makes life Logical.

We purchased this to control all of our TVs, Lutron lights and thermostat and our Lutron shades. It also controls all of our Sonos, game systems, And dish boxes. It was not easy to set up or program. This remote is for more advanced people to set up. But once you figure it out it is a great remote.

It's a great product, but unfortunately I ended up returning the device. The technology is changing rapidly right now and CHoIP is most likely going to make all of these hubs useless. I would give it 5 stars but it's soon going to be very outdated.

I how have 5 logitech remotes. Over the years had the Pronto and multiple other programmable remotes. Logitech figured it out and it works great. The only downside is if using with Samsung Tvs. Directly connecting with an input can be a pain with some of the Samsung Tv inputs. I would go with Lg, or Sony just for that reason, Love my Logitech, works with Hue.

The hub integrates nicely with Alexa. The only downside to this remote is that there are no physical numerical buttons, so if you want to jump to a specific channel directly you have to swipe through the touch screen to get to the numbers pad. The number pad itself isn't very responsive, which translates to lots of errors.

This remote works great when it works. The software is pretty slow and difficult to manage sometimes. When you fully configure it, the device works pretty well. I recommend using a pc to set up Harmony, as the mobile app sometimes doesn't register changes correctly.

This is the third Logitech remote control that I have purchased. The Harmony Elite is easier to set up than the Harmony One units. The only issue I have with this remote is that it does not have a channel keypad built into the unit. You have to swipe the screen to get to a keypad. Probably just a learning curve issue.

We love our Harmony remote. The fact that all our devices are in one remote, and all of our streaming channels also makes it so easy for us to use. This is our second Harmony, our dog liked our first one more than we did. She chewed it so bad that we had to put it down. The remote not our basset hound.

I really like the remote being Wifi connected. Don't have to point it at the TV. IR blaster from hub does that work. Activities are quite flexible and relatively easy to program. Seems to work well with Alexa. Best part for my wife is just saying Alexa: "turn on the TV".

Programming of the Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote is nearly intuitive with the large selection of recognized devices. The user friendly programming interface makes what used to be a complicated process into one that takes merely minutes. The hand-held remote is well built and sturdy and operates flawlessly. The infrared base station has proven to be quite sensitive in picking up signals from the various components of my A/V system

Great remote. Was hoping Harmony would add voice activation compatible with infinity x1 but instead they’re ceasing production so I grabbed the best last unit they make. Too bad they’re no longer gonna be around. Have used Harmony exclusively since 2005 and cant imagine an entertainment center without it

I have long been using a Harmony One and I was hesitant to upgrade with an Elite due to the fact that Elite does not have numeric keys. In December 18, I finally decided to buy the Elite. After using Elite for over two months, I can tell you that it is just perfect. The numeric keys on screen just work fine and the hub solves any connection issues that I seemed to encounter with my old IR controllers.

Definitely a must have for home theater. Why have all of those remotes? Programming is relatively easy. However, I had to call tech support to help with 30 second skips for DirecTV. They were very helpful and quickly solved my issue.
