Great Upgrade from Harmony One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned two Harmony One remotes for years and loved them. However, I was looking for better integration with internet controlled devices such as networked LED bulbs. The Harmony Elite turned out to be great for this but does a really great job controlling my home theatre as well. Setup of devices is really easy using a smartphone and not needing to point the remote at anything is big plus (remote communicates with the hub wirelessly.) Pricy toy but very pleased.

Great functionality, easy set up
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace my Harmony One remote and was completely up and running in 30-45 minutes. Was able to finally put all components of my home theatre system inside our media center because the hub and IR units allowing signal to be blasted to the components without direct line of sight to their receivers. Battery life is great and mobile phone & Alexa integration are nice as well.

Best for home theater
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely a must have for home theater. Why have all of those remotes? Programming is relatively easy. However, I had to call tech support to help with 30 second skips for DirecTV. They were very helpful and quickly solved my issue.

Easy to program
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased about five of these controls and generally they are a good unit they are fairly easy to program and it's nice having everything I want remote control I have run into a few glitches but overall I'm very satisfied with the product and their technical support line is also very good in case you have any problems programming stuff

Awesome product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been an avid fan of Harmony remotes pretty much since they ht the market. This remote is my favorite by far. Easy to use, very ergonomic layout, back-lit buttons, touch screen for customization, rechargeable, ... what's not to like. The hub is wonderful because it eliminates many functional issues and the programming method is really nice, light years ahead of other remote manufacturers. Just love it and I would absolutely recommend this product!

The best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to upgrade to this remote after using a harmony one remote for about 6 years. The charger quit working and the remote was pretty well used. This harmony Elite is great, uses hub and has IR repaters to help work with all your devices. My only complaint is it does not really do much for the PS4. Otherwise it is a great remote and much improves over older models. Was able to take programs from old remote and pit into new one.

Easy to Program
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I how have 5 logitech remotes. Over the years had the Pronto and multiple other programmable remotes. Logitech figured it out and it works great. The only downside is if using with Samsung Tvs. Directly connecting with an input can be a pain with some of the Samsung Tv inputs. I would go with Lg, or Sony just for that reason, Love my Logitech, works with Hue.

Great Remote, Meh Software
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote works great when it works. The software is pretty slow and difficult to manage sometimes. When you fully configure it, the device works pretty well. I recommend using a pc to set up Harmony, as the mobile app sometimes doesn't register changes correctly.

A Must Have for a Complex System
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have a complex home entertainment system (multiple source devices, many different inputs on your TV, stereo, etc.), then this is a must have. It's much easier to program than its predecessors (although still not exactly FUN to program), and once you have it setup, it's very easy to use. Even when my parents come to visit, they are able to do anything they need (watch TV, watch a movie on my media server, watch Netflix on the XBox) without any trouble.

Solid control.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great remote could use a little more detail in the user manual for the programming side. Its not hard to figure out but make sure you program everything the first go around cause assigning buttons for special tasks is a pain.

Excellent Product - but not easy to set-up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace another Harmony remote. This is a newer version than the one I had. Not easy to set up. Requires the use of a hub to pick up the signal so you better have an open plug. Once you get it set up it's ok but does not seem to be worth the high price. Thank goodness Best Buy had a sale!

Great remote, works almost perfectly
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this remote to control our home theater setup and replace a more expensive version I was sold previously. Setup isn't too bad but can be a little confusing. It works wonderfully to turn everything on. I still have not gotten it to turn the projector off which is a two-step process.

much improved over my old Harmony Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the remote being Wifi connected. Don't have to point it at the TV. IR blaster from hub does that work. Activities are quite flexible and relatively easy to program. Seems to work well with Alexa. Best part for my wife is just saying Alexa: "turn on the TV".

Awesome Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this remote to go from 5 remotes to 1 and control some smart devices. It was fairly easy to set up and setting the activity features makes it very easy to get exactly where you want with the touch of a button. I would highly recommended this remote if you want a top of the line universal remote and can take full advantage of all of its features.

Works Well.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this to control all of our TVs, Lutron lights and thermostat and our Lutron shades. It also controls all of our Sonos, game systems, And dish boxes. It was not easy to set up or program. This remote is for more advanced people to set up. But once you figure it out it is a great remote.

Good but Priced Too High
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new line of Harmony remotes featuring rf communication via a hub are amazing. I can control my devices and home automation with the remote, and I can control the remote with my Amazon Echo. The reason I gave this model only 4 stars is that it does not offer many advantages over the home companion, yet it is more than twice the price.

Better Than My Previous Logitech 900
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote works well with everything but my APPLE TV that it will not recognize. Setup is tedious and the instructions are poor and lacking. But, it did finally work and turns everything on and off. It does not have a physical keypad, but if you scroll to the right on the main screen, it will bring up a digital keypad in 2 or 3 swipes.

Simplify!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote continues the legacy of Harmony remotes. I haven't purchased one for almost 10 years. The software was surprisingly good, and it's easy to make changes to the remote configuration from your computer or phone. The desktop interface for changing button assignments isn't as smooth as it could be, but overall a decent interface. I haven't had any issues so far with connectivity and response delay using Harmony Hub vs. an IR remote is minimal.

Happy to have RF feature!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent performance once we got beyond some setup challenges for RF. Our third LG Universal remote, just wanted to upgrade to RF to hide components in built-ins. Happy with remote. But our 13 yo LG remote is still working fine, if only it were RF, too.

Excellent Remote
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid remote with quick response. I love the fact that it doesn't need line of sight. It's also compatible with a broad array of devices. Physically, it's not quite on par with the Harmony One, but that was the high-water mark for Logitech Harmony devices.
