Great remote could use a little more detail in the user manual for the programming side. Its not hard to figure out but make sure you program everything the first go around cause assigning buttons for special tasks is a pain.

Solid remote with quick response. I love the fact that it doesn't need line of sight. It's also compatible with a broad array of devices. Physically, it's not quite on par with the Harmony One, but that was the high-water mark for Logitech Harmony devices.

Since we had multiple electronic systems it made sense that we get a universal remote. This one was suggested so we took a chance. We had the installation technician set up the remote and it’s the best thing we ever did. The ease of moving from one piece of equipment to another is just one click away and we don’t have multiple remotes laying around. I would definitely recommend this remote

I love the Harmony Elite remote controls. This is my 5th concurrent remote. I have them set up for various rooms in the house. Sometimes it is touchy with Amazon echo device. Only 1 remote works per Amazon account. The setup of AV equipment is a breeze. The app on iphone is also a great substitute when you don't want to reach for the remote.

I have long been using a Harmony One and I was hesitant to upgrade with an Elite due to the fact that Elite does not have numeric keys. In December 18, I finally decided to buy the Elite. After using Elite for over two months, I can tell you that it is just perfect. The numeric keys on screen just work fine and the hub solves any connection issues that I seemed to encounter with my old IR controllers.

Programming of the Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote is nearly intuitive with the large selection of recognized devices. The user friendly programming interface makes what used to be a complicated process into one that takes merely minutes. The hand-held remote is well built and sturdy and operates flawlessly. The infrared base station has proven to be quite sensitive in picking up signals from the various components of my A/V system

I've owned 2-3 Harmony Remotes & love them to death. This one is the Cream of the Crop. the Touch Screen is a little sensitive, but you just need to get used to it. The Phone App is great & controls my Devices as well, and it's perfect for doing the Updates/Synching. There are so many more features I can add later as well. Excellent Product from an Excellent Company!

Simply the best universal remote out there. With a roku, cable, receiver, Switch, and DVD player, we needed something to reduce the clutter around the house. This was easy to set up with the app and worked flawlessly. Being able to control other smart devices is a nice bonus that we just haven't hooked up yet. Lots of features to still explore!

I have owned several harmony remotes for the past 10 years. This by far is the best one so far. Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this remote. Just push one button and it turns all you components on. Very simple to setup and use. I use it to watch tv, control my hue lights. I also use it with my amazon echo. So I can just tell alexa to watch tv and it will work the same as pushing the button on the remote

It’s a tough one to figure out how to set it up to meet tour needs and has very limited brands of lighting it can control, but one of the best controls overall. The screen to pick my favorite channels is a nice addition. Also, the set up I did was all through my iPad and not the control itself

A very robust remote that gives many options for controlling scenes. Having the option to control av equipment using just the app on a smart phone is excellent. Still learning all of the options available with the remote But I’m sure more discoveries will be good

Have had a Logitech Harmony remote for years. They are great for getting rid of all those remotes. 1st one lasted 15 years so I replaced it with the Harmony Elite. Set up was a breeze. I do think that for the price it could be better, but all in all it is great.

This was to replace the previous Harmony remote in white. The Elite is horrible! Nothing but constant issues with it and the software is not compatible with Mac computers. It will frequently reboot by itself and lately it keeps saying it's synchronizing when you use it. Trying to reset/restore everything via the software is a nightmare as it often will freeze when syncing with the remote.

I currently own the Harmony One and it continues to serve me well. I purchased the Harmony Elite for my mom. With a t.v., satellite and sound bar, it got very confusing for her. Now with this remote she can do it all with a touch of a button. If she chooses to use the app on her phone, she can do that as well!! It's not too bulky and has a very clean design. It feels great in your hand as well. Great purchase!!

Works as need, doesn’t work well with Alexa as it goes into sleep mode quickly

Finally made the move to upgrade my old trusty Harmony 880 since learning the Harmony line was being discontinued. One more for the road, I suppose. A bit pricey, but the Harmony remote line has come a long way since the 880...setup of the Elite/Hub was a breeze and working great so far for my home theater full of equipment.

The first thing I noticed about the remote was how well it sat in my hand. It is slightly heavier than my last Logitech remote, but it is well balanced. I am amazed at the advanced features that have been added, like the gesture commands that are programmed for the various devices. Setting up activities and devices is a breeze. It is a purchase I do not regret. It helps bring peace to the house.

This is a fully functional electronic remote that coordinates the use of all your components into one. A little pricy but worth the money. Battery life between charges is about three days...could be better,otherwise no complaints. Take time to read the online manual for this item and it will cut down any frustration trying to figure out all the function this thing can do.

I had a 128GB SSD that I was using as my boot/OS drive...it was fine for a few years, but it turned out not to be enough space. Got this 1GB SSD on sale and so far it’s been great. I was able to clone my old SSD to this one and everything has been going well since. Maybe not the fastest SSD out there, but I doubt you’ll be able to tell the speed difference between this and a faster (more expensive) drive.

This has exceeded my expectations. Great remote. My first Logitech remote was a Harmony One. It lasted me about 8 years. I did a lot of research and determined that this was what I was replacing it with. I wanted the Alexa interface too. Everything is working great. I’ve had it for over a year and love it. Still getting used to the button layout, but that’s just habit. I love how it works with Alexa.
