Works as need, doesn’t work well with Alexa as it goes into sleep mode quickly

I had a 128GB SSD that I was using as my boot/OS drive...it was fine for a few years, but it turned out not to be enough space. Got this 1GB SSD on sale and so far it’s been great. I was able to clone my old SSD to this one and everything has been going well since. Maybe not the fastest SSD out there, but I doubt you’ll be able to tell the speed difference between this and a faster (more expensive) drive.

This has exceeded my expectations. Great remote. My first Logitech remote was a Harmony One. It lasted me about 8 years. I did a lot of research and determined that this was what I was replacing it with. I wanted the Alexa interface too. Everything is working great. I’ve had it for over a year and love it. Still getting used to the button layout, but that’s just habit. I love how it works with Alexa.

This works perfectly for my needs. Our TV is in one room, all components in another. I have IR, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, and this controls them all. The one challenge for me is finding a place for the IR repeater where it won't get knocked away, but that's a small price to pay for having one remote that does it all.

This is my third Harmony remote. Started with the Harmony One, which was great, then the 950 that added the capability of hiding my stuff in the closet and still controlling it. and now the elite that takes it the next step being able to control my complete home theater via Amazon Echo and Google home. It does take a bit of work to set up and tune everything but even that has been streamlined.

I had 5 different remotes for my tv and sound system. Since all the stuff was in the cabinet, likelihood of all turning on with my UVerse remote is impossible. It will on tv, but everything else still off. Then I have to find others and turn them on individual. Until now, I got the harmony elite, it’s one remote and had the GeekSquad set it up for me. This product is amazing.

Works great with every device i have. Too bad yheh discontinued all Harmony remotes. You can still get the software and newest updates. If you havr a Harmony and remove it from your account yoj can not add ig back or to any othrr account.

I had the older style Harmony remote when it first came out. I use the older remotes with the small LCD screen. I had them for years and it was about time for an upgrade. I bought the Logitech Harmony remote when it was on sale with the hub. It does what it has to just like all the older remotes but is touchscreen, rechargeable and can be paired with Alexa to expand its capabilities.

Sad to see these haven't gotten an updated model with modern features but nonetheless it works with 99% of things I have with no issue, I love when it can turn off my PS4, flip TV input to Series X and boots the X to the login screen. Impressive to have the remote vs having to reach for a tablet or phone as well.

Have used numerous remotes from Logitech before - never thought I’d splurge on this model but I’m so glad I did. The Initial setup was a little tricky and took some patience even with a Harmony account And all devices already set up. Still totally worth it. The touchscreen is awesome Got a price match to save some $ and don’t regret the purchase at all

I'm happy with this remote after I was able to work through some issues. My Samsung TV would randomly change the HDMI input to 3. Contacted Logitech and they were no help. Contacted Samsung and they had me turn off Anynet+. Ever since no issues. Also, really like the ability to control the system through my phone or tablet.

We like this remote. It does pretty much everything. We like the favorite channels option. It does take awhile to set it all up but once it's done, it's great. It is sensitive to touch on the touch screen so accidentally hitting it or dog stepping on it, you never know what the remote is going to do. Very versatile. Works with several things at once. Single click can turn on tv, xbox, dish box, and audio receiver all at once.

Best remote on the market. I've used and installed dozens of these. Sadly Logitech is discontinuing all of their remotes. Hopefully they will bring them back. This one is unique as it has both RF and IR frequencies so you are able to hide the hub in the cabinet and still trigger the TV to turn on without ugly wires.

The remote syncs well into all of your systems - I have a 4k player, Echo, thermostat, tv, sound bar and cable box all connected into it. After learning how the commands work it's great and not too difficult to setup. Best thing is that it removes all the clutter from various remotes because it's all inclusive - very happy w/the purchase.

I was able to retire six remote controls with this one. It was easy to set up and easy to operate. I'm looking forward to adding Phillips Hue lights to my home for the total effect. The only issue I've had is when I attempted to change the background picture with color swatches I uploaded. The computer program just thinks & thinks without producing the change. I finally gave up, but that's just aesthetics. The remote is still great.

Love this remote. Great setup and easy to use. The thing to note is that remote needs to be charge before going through the test. Also there is no indication that remote is charging. Just let it charge for 4 hours and then when the remote gets connect for setup it will finally show that it is good to go.

Upgraded to the Elite after having the 880 for 9 years (Using the trade in promotion at Best Buy). The addition of the Logitech Hub allows control over PlayStation and Wii U systems, which is awesome. Added a Bluetooth adapter to my Media Center PC so the Elite now controls that as well. Easy to setup and the remote also automatically updates itself over the WiFi. Charging cradle looks great. Remote feels very solid and is very responsive.

I love this remote. It combines four of my remotes into one. It is soooooo easy to use. One of the best purchases I have made. If you have multiple devices, DVD, Audo, VCR, Dish, etc, you will love this remote because you can program them into this one remote. If you are not a tech wizard, the Geek Squad will do the programming for you.

I had my remote programmed by Geeksquad and so far so good. This might explain why I have not had the problems some others have had that tried doing it themselves. I was even shown how to download the Harmony app to my IPad in case the remote needs charging. This way I always have a back-up to change channels when I want.

I love this item. I have many items programed in the remote. The first go around, bestbuy hooked the remote up for me. When I changed internet providers for some reason I had to reprogram the remote again. I didn't know how to do so the set up for me was kinda hard. I went back to bestbuy and they told me what to do. After I did that, and youtubed it as while, I was able to reprogram it.
