I love this remote. It combines four of my remotes into one. It is soooooo easy to use. One of the best purchases I have made. If you have multiple devices, DVD, Audo, VCR, Dish, etc, you will love this remote because you can program them into this one remote. If you are not a tech wizard, the Geek Squad will do the programming for you.

I upgraded from the harmony 650...major difference. The touchscreen is awesome! I had to turn the tilt sensor off so it wouldn't come on if I accidentally moved it. It's really easy to accidentally push a button and it happened all the time. Now i just tap the screen and it comes on. The only negative is the price $$$

Works great! Easy to program and was pleased to see that even some of the unique/older devices I owned were already loaded into the device database. Works well with Alexa, Lutron and Insteon when using the two different Harmony apps in combination. Have only been using a few weeks, so far so good! Only con is that at $299 it is too expensive, wait for the $50-$100 off sales if you can, makes it a little more reasonably priced.

Love this remote. Great setup and easy to use. The thing to note is that remote needs to be charge before going through the test. Also there is no indication that remote is charging. Just let it charge for 4 hours and then when the remote gets connect for setup it will finally show that it is good to go.

I purchased the Harmony Elite to replace my previous Harmony remote that was starting to have issues after almost 5 years of use. The remote is great, and it can control just about anything. Switching from my old remote to the new one was quick and easy, using the Harmony app. I really like the ability to customize functions. Overall, I'm very happy with this remote.

I do installations of home theater and for years have been using universal remotes that are difficult to program. I am truly pleased with the ease of programming the Logitech Harmony system. The app + physical remote approach with automatic synching is just perfect. So, so pleased.

Works great with every device i have. Too bad yheh discontinued all Harmony remotes. You can still get the software and newest updates. If you havr a Harmony and remove it from your account yoj can not add ig back or to any othrr account.

I've had maybe 3-4 Logitech universal remotes and so far this one is the best one I've purchased. I love how you don't really need a computer to do all the setup like the previous ones I've owned. You can link it with a smart phone or tablet and control everything and setup everything right from the app. Very nice. The remote has the taptic feedback which is nice as well so you know when you actually pressed the buttons.

We are loving our Harmony Elite Remote. When set up correctly everything can be controlled through this one device. Easy to use. We control receiver, TV, cable, streaming, blue-ray player, laptop connected, Has recharging battery so we just place it in its charger cradle each night before bed. No problem with battery life.

Using the phone app, it was easy to set up the remote. The only issue I have with it is that the touch screen is a bit sensitive. While scrolling through a screen, it is easy to select the wrong feature. Holds a charge well, copied every function of any existing remote I have.

I've been using Harmony universal remotes for nearly 10 years. I have 3 Harmony Ones that are starting to wear out, and the Harmony Elite seemed like the best choice for a replacement although at nearly double the price. But for my uses, the Elite is not a good choice at all and I am returning it. Pros: Build quality is premium. It looks and feels very nice. IR. RF, WiFI, and Bluetooth control. Cons: Works with devices in one room only (wherever the hub is located). Getting it to work with devices in another room, using IR control only, is supposed to be easy but if the handheld unit can't find the hub it constantly complains that it can't find the hub even though it isn't need to operate IR devices. With my old Harmony Ones, I can use the remote in every room of my house without problems. Supposed to work with Sonos and SmartThings home automation. it would control all my Sonos devices (I have 10 zones) but every time it controlled a Sonos device my SmartThings hub would go crazy and start making all my smart lights, switches, and outlets click off and on every few seconds until I rebooted the SmartThings hub. I did not even have the Elite programmed to control the SmartThings devices so what the heck? I have an Eero Pro wifi mesh network with about 70 devices attached, maybe the interaction between all those things is the problem. But it does not work acceptably for me. I think my home setup is more complicated than most people's but the Harmony Elite is aimed at the "power" user. I had high hopes that this would solve all my remote control problems but it is worse than my old setup. I am very disappointed.

It took a while to get everything right and especially the Samsung smart TV input was a challenge to figure out (don't set one) but now the remote actually has replaced every remote for TV, set top box, receiver, blue ray and apple TV. Not a cheap device but I had another harmony remote which lasted 10 years so if this is as reliable it's not too bad. Next I need to remember to charge overnight

I've been real happy with it so far. I moved up from a Harmony 1000 which was a full touchscreen model but from about 2007 that was never any good truth be told. This one almost always gets the commands right and so far the Help hasn't left me completely stranded. I'm not sure what the deal may be but it seems lately it's failing on the 'Off' function more often. Perhaps it's just perception on my part, and I'll watch it.

I use this at my home ALL the time! I first used it at my brother's house and it is great!! The hub allows to be connected to my Amazon Echo and I can voice activate certain activities. The remote is helpful to control several items at my house. I would totally recommend this remote for anybody!

Great remote love the RF capability. Battery life is not that great. But as with previous models they definitely delivered. Side note I Can’t believe Logitech is not going to make any more remotes.

Replaced an older model Logitech. Functionality continues to improve with every model. The only downside is adapting to changes in layout and a somewhat temperamental responsiveness on the button initiating an activity. Unclear if button sensitivity is adjustable, but very functional otherwise.

I bought this remote to enhance my smart home, and because I had an ever growing pile of remotes that constantly get lost. This remote has controls at the bottom to control my smart lights and smart outlets which is helpful. It's great to only have one remote to control my entertainment center.

This is actually the second remote/hub setup I have purchased from Best Buy. I just recently setup a projector/surround sound system and this remote makes it so simple to control all of the equipment with just a single press of the activity you want. Easy integration of my Lutron Caseta lighting and Honeywell thermostat. I also like using IFTTT app to further customize activities to make my house that much 'smarter'.

Went from four remotes to one! This is the best accessory ever! Hooked up my cable, firestick, receiver, blu ray, and CD player and they all work using this one remote!! Flawless and anyone can use it without difficulty! There is even a screen where the TV stations show up so you can pick your station from the remote screen! If I could give this ten stars I would! Worth every dollar I spent!

Purchased a hub a few years ago to build my home automation plan. Worked great. Recently added more gear in a second area and wanted the same freedom of use. Found the hub/remote combo on sale. The hub alone worked great but flexibility of having the dedicated remote has proven to be more useful than I was expecting.
