Love my Harmony remotes! I'm very sad that they are no longer making these remotes going forward. It's a space that does not have many companies that put much effort into creating user friendly products.

I have a TV stereo cabinet that contains numerous separate A/V devices (Blu-Ray player, receiver, DVR, Roku, etc.). I wanted a remote that would control them all, whether they be infra-red or RF operated. I also wanted something where I did not have to worry too much about being near the equipment (a problem with my old Logitech remote).

I was very hesitant to spend this kind of money on what I initially just thought was a run of the mill universal remote. After installing my surround sound and new TV, this remote is the crown jewel. It works through my cabinets, more user friendly than I originally thought, and open for expansion. I'm gonna get a Nest thermostat soon and it can connect to that as well. Great buy.

I had used a previous remote for many years: the Harmony 700. I now use that one for our bedroom tv. It just wasn't able to do what the Harmony Elite can. I hated having to point directly at all of the devices to get them to read the remote. Works great. So many customizations that I can make on-the-fly from my phone too.

I bought this to replace a 10+ year old Harmony remote. The keys on the remote are more responsive than the older remote, but sometimes it seems like I press an activity button but it does not respond. Having options to use my smartphone too is handy.

I bought this remote to combine 4 remotes I was using to view cable tv, play dvds, control AVR and my Apple TV. It might be my lack of knowledge, but I can’t get it to work with Apple TV. Hope you have better luck if you have this same issue.

Product works well overall but has issues with my Sony Blyray surround sound system in the main set up (it wont select the right input). But other than that problem it works very well with my other electronics.

This is a very well built remote. Although it's a little pricey, it works very well. I use mine to go between a closed cabinet entertainment console. I would have given it 5 starts, but sometimes it freezes up when trying to use it. It doesn't happen very often, but it does happen.

Easy to set and it works. I had older high end Harmony remotes in the past and there were plenty of issues. I have had this remote for a couple months now and had only a couple of issues that were easily fixed with the remotes help functions. I had gone to apps for my electronics previously but this remote is a big improvement over the apps and is a single button push to turn on 4 devices.

The ability to reduce my remote control count from 5 to 1 is worth the price alone. I will admit, this device does take some patience and testing and revising in order to get each function working the way you want. However, the time spent to set everything up properly is well worth it in the end.

The Logitech Remote and Smart Hub make controlling your surround sound components easy once you get the hang of how it works. Take time to go over each component with your Tech, i.e TV, CD player, Music etc.

The remote is not configurable as it needs to be. Too much effort to try to make it work. I wanted to control my tv cable and Apple TV only. I could not get the unit to ignore my other HomeKit products...like my garage opener and outside lights...before executing a function.

Setting up the Logitech - Harmony Elite (Remote Control and Smart Hub) was a breeze. I have it programed to control 7 devices in my media room and my wife loves the ease of use. We are moving from from Control 4 to Logitech and the transition has gone without a problem. What else is there to say. It works and it was easy to configure. Buying two more.

Love this remote...It does take some effort to program, but once you understand the concept it is very simple. YouTube has several videos that help you. It can manage/run many components...latest technology stuff I don’t have. A great item for a techno geek. I am buying another for my second home.

This remote is excellent, I love the ease of use and how well it works with all my equipment. Love how you don't have to point anymore at the device in order to work it. And also the ability to use your phone as a remote is great. And let's not forget Amazon's Alexa can operate it as well. Simply put the best remote ever and the only one you'll ever need PERIOD!!!!!!

Makes entertainment area so much easier to manage. Love the feel of the remote and the backlight it possesses. Touch screen is responsive and the programming/customization of the remote commands is second to none. Remote is used to control TV, Receiver, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, & 4K blu-ray player.

Had to get a new one after the old one got accidentally waterlogged (don't ask how :) ). This remote works with pretty much every remote controlled device in my house including my home automation system. And once you have it, you can then use Alexa to control your AV devices as well. So amazing!

This is the ultimate remote for anyone who needs total control of their devices with just one control. The added hub allows you to control the devices with your phone, reach beyond cabinets and communicate with bluetooth only devices like the PS4 and Amazon Fire TV. This is my fourth Harmony remote and I am very happy with it. It also allows for a great amount of personalization, which I love.

My 3rd Logitech Harmony remote. This one is a little more difficult to select TV channels using the touch screen number pad, compared to the Harmony One that it replaced. Still, it is better than all other remotes I researched.

I bought this to replace my 10 year old harmony 550 that finally died on me. It was a welcomed upgrade that still has the feel of a solid remote. The addition of the hub means that I can control virtually everything else in my house with just my voice. Very similar to how Siri works but now with the addition of an echo dot I can tell alexa to turn on my tv, xbox, Blu-ray player, etc...
