We upgraded to this remote so that we did not need to have wires outside of our cabinets. Now our remote is able to see the receiver/cable box through the cabinets, which is great since we have a baby in the house that loves to play with wires.

Best Harmony remote yet. Redesigned layout makes more sense and is comfortable to use. Easily set up - but can also spend time and truly customize it to your needs. Also does well with home automation items (I controls some lights with it). My only complaints: it's too expensive (!!) and the iOS apps are a bit clunky and buggy. But I really use just the remote and not the apps 99% of the time.

Was easy to setup. Had separate remotes for the TV, Comcast, Roku, Amazon Fire, and sound system. My wife hated the mess of remotes in the living room, and didn’t like trying to figure which one(s) to use either. Having one remote is a huge improvement and my wife is happy, so it was well worth the hefty price tag. And functionally the remote is very easy to use.

I wanted to mount a new TV above my fireplace but had nowhere to place the set top top box without wires showing. The Logitech remote control allowed me to gain acces to my TV after having the set top box placed in the basement. It all worked out great!

This remote does have a lot of nice features,starting with being easy to set up and program. Also being RF capable makes changing channels a lot easier as you don't need to point the remote at the cable box! NOW an even bigger plus is that this is also compatible with Alexa,so now I can turn on & off my TV and switch channels with voice command , Very happy with this remote !

Touch screen does not work well, and app for phone is very glitchy.

This remote was purchased to replace another of the same make purchased about 8-10 years ago. For me, a non-techie, it required the Geek Squad to set it up which they did in an excellent manner. Because the operation was different from the original remote, it took a while to get comfortable with using the remote, but after a week, it became old hat. I really like the new unit.

Ihave had many harmony products overtime starting with the 650. This is is the only product that allows me to program all of the activities of my system, It is not the least expensive harmony however to get this functionality you would have to speed much more.

The App is glitchy and can be difficult to use depending on the complexity of your application. Dont use the remote as the Hub and phone app is all that is needed. Wish they would update the app - its old and clunky.

I've had many programmable remotes. This is the best and easiest to setup. I had a Pronto, which need a Phd to program. This one is easy. Simply tell it the unit you have (TV, AVR, etc) by manufacture and model to set up the device. Then run the sequence to create an activity (watch cable box, watch Roko, etc) and answer the connection questions, and you are done. Really really great.

Interesting concept, very little documentation. Tech support is under-staffed, slow to respond. Capable of a wide range of control, but illustrations and instructions leave many questions unanswered. Relying on YouTube to explain everything is a mistake. You have to live with this technology to fully understand it...it is not intuitive nor is it immediately user friendly. For the money, Logitech should do better for their customers. Recommended for only those technically savvy with a good deal of patience.

At first, I was unfamiliar with it. It is not easy to set up. We had to have the Geek Squald come out a second time to reconnect. However, not that I am familiar with the programming I love it. It works with my Google assistant and is voice activated. Awex=some.

I had an earlier version of the Harmony remote but for some reason it would not work properly with all of my devices. This solved that problem. Runs everything I have perfectly (even my Sonos speaker). Activities are great, being able to turn on my TV, Surround sound, Apple TV all at once. Very easy to use, easy to setup and the touch screen is nice, clear, crisp and very responsive.

Only complaint is that my Google TV streamer has to be accessed via "devices" when I want to use it. A little annoying to toggle back and forth, but still only one remote is nice even with the toggling.

Went from older Logitech, to high end Savant, only to end up with this one...Highly recommend. Savant loses connectivity to much, overcomplicated, never performed to expectations. Anyhow, this one, simple to program, do it yourself...works with ease and would recommend this to anyone looking for a step up from a basic universal remote.

I have been using these remotes since they came out and this is the best one yet! I love all the options I have to control my devices.The remotes software will auto update so the firmware is always up to date. The remote activities make it easy for the whole family to use.

Works good controlling my smart TV, surround sound, 4k movie player and several other smart devices. Have had small issues sometimes with it not turning a device on or off but fixes on the spot. Got it on sale for black Friday so was happy about that.

I urged from a previous model Logitech (ultimate home) to the elite, mostly for the touch screen. Additionally, BB will occasionally run a promo that gets $100-$150 off when you trade in your old Logitech remotes. So the setup Is easy, using it is self explanatory, and love that I can control other smart home items on the remote. Feedback from the remote is great plus as well.

Very easy to set up. The app lets you add your products and after a short delay in updating works flawlessly. I have used it for my entertainment room set up for a projector/Apple TV/4K DVD player/atmos system. Worked first time.

The remote control itself works flawlessly, and the hub allows for smartphone control of your devices via the app - comes in handy. Also compatible with Alexa and the Google Assistant, but I've found that I use voice controls sparingly for some reason.
