I got this thing as a recommendation from a friend who had a similar model. This one is fantastic. It is so easy to use once you get it setup. The setup is a bit quirky, using your phone app. But once it's setup it's a dream. 1 touch activity to turn everything on and go to the channel I love. Favorite channels right on the remote. And more. I love this remote!!!!

I bought this remote to replace 3 others. The basic setup was easy (connected through my Mac) and I've been tinkering with it since to customize it and get it to do more than just simple one/off. I opted for this model because I liked the customizable light and outlet buttons. I can toggle through lights for my living room and surrounding rooms at the touch of a button.

This remote does everything you want it to do and does it well. Reason not 5 stars is controller can be touchy meaning when you pick it up it can change the chanel or turn the tv off if you hit the wrong button while picking it up.

It feel so good in your hand. It supports everything. It learns what it don't support. You don't have to point it at what you're working, but you can. your smartphone can double for the remote if you loose it, or the battery's down. My second harmony. the first one was great, this one is better.

Love my new Harmony Elite Universal Remote. Was tired Of using 3 to 5 remotes for all my electronics. Now one remote does it all effortlessly . Because more involved I had Geek Squad come and set it all up for me (Well worth the money) Now one remote is all i need , Thank goodness !!!

Had an older Harmony remote and was on the fence on as to upgrade or not. Got talked into it buy a Best Buy employee and was still not even that happy about getting it. Once I got home and got it set up I was super impressed. I am a big fan. Tied it into my lights as well as all my home entertainment and it has been a great addition. Would be hard to go back to not having it.

Purchased this remote to replace a 9 year old Logitech. Easy to read screen. Love the infrared and radio frequency combination. Only con is programming the remote during the initial set up. Time consuming even for a techie.

The remote is very functional as long as you do not have a complex setup. Also, the need for a PC computer and absolutely not a MAC is really problematic.

The remote feels solid, and great button placement. The screen has nice capacitive touch, but can actually be TOO sensitive at times. Voice input would make it perfect to go with my Roku. Also, the app for configuring devices is not well made, too complex to use easily.

My wife couldn't deal with the five remotes so I got this primarily for her. I had no idea how much I would LOVE IT!!! Having the features duplicated in my phone is a huge plus. Accomplishing so much with just one touch has spoiled me. I think my wife might use it eventually!

This remote was actually an upgrade from a home theater master mx750 (I think) anyway it had a hub and all that stuff, but the screen had become too dim to be usable.. So anyway an off the shelf solution that can do everything the custom programed remote can do is impressive...

Love, Love, Love my Harmony remote, just need this remote and your remote for the tv. Harmony Elite is what we got, has a hub with it to sync with your iPhone to control the tv, can put your favorite channels into your remote to change channels quickly instead of using the guide, will work your blue ray player, VHS player and everything connected to your tv!!!!

This Logitech remote has a lot of features and it was easy to program with the computer. It handles all of my audio/video equipment without any problems and switches between activities without any problems. I would recommend this remote to anybody. I have three Logitech remotes in my household and have always been satisfied with Logitech products. Thank you.

Not a bad remote for consumer base remote. easy setup, but the IR sensors that come with the unit do not attache to the remote devices but rather sit in front of them, which I consider a poor design.

Expensive but probably the best programable remote ever made. With Logitech droping this product I was finally able to locate one to replace my previous unit. Previous lasted only 4.5 years. Once programed, very simple to use.

We recently picked up the hub to replace a custom system that was broken. We couldn't be happier. It integrates our devices, was easy to set up and works like a charm. The only downside is that it doesn't seem to control my "smart" tv (a Vizio) as well as I'd hoped. It does all the basics well but seems to have trouble accessing the TV's apps. But overall, I love it.

so that I don't have to supplement with any other remotes. It's great! you can select to watch a movie or tv and it turns on all the necessary components. It also is capable of adjusting sound or changing channels or looking at a guide to determine which channel you want to watch. You can also set up a group of your favorite channels to just press and watch. Love this remote!

I love harmony remotes & this is my 2nd one, we just upgraded to it & it works so well. We can be anywhere in the house & it still works. It controls everything, the cable, tv, surround sound, DVD player, Xbox, & it even controls radio stations through the tv. This is the perfect remote for any technologically advanced household. Thanks Logitech!!!

Just got my hands on it. There for sure is a little bit of a learning curve, but I can tell this thing is pretty intelligent and powerful. I would not recommend to anyone that is not tech savvy. If you are a techie, you will have a LOT of fun with this remote!

I am still learning how to set activities, this remote is so robust. Using your phone helps get you started and allows for quick adding of devices. There is a learning curve so be prepared for some trial and error. Once you get control of the system, you will be rewarded with so many features and functionality.
