    Takes Getting Use To

A good remote when you have a complicated system to control (receiver for surround sound, cable box, Bluray player, smart TV, etc.). We had to have Best Buy tech come out 2 additional times to tweak because it would not work correctly. There was nothing wrong with the remote, but it is highly reliant on wi fi so you have to have a strong signal in the room you are using it in. Also, if your TV has a power save mode that can cause trouble with the remote being able to turn the tv on when it's in power save mode - that feature in our tv had to be turned off to get the remote to work - kind of a big hassle for the huge price of this remote.

One Remote to Control it All!

Once you get the remote setup it’s the only thing you will need to work your entire home entertainment system. I’ve had a few of these over the years and it’s the only remote I will get because it’s so easy to be used.

    Works well but expensive

This is an expensive remote but it works better than anything else I have used to unify all my remotes. I didn't purchase the extra extender so I can connect my WINK Hub and control other aspects of my automated home (lights, etc) but hoping to explore that later.

    Ok remote.

The remote works ok. It did knock my remote total down to one instead of 4, which is why I bought it. So I am pleased with that. Its not all great. I am able to use it with my Sony Smart TV, Apple TV, Sony AMP, and panasonic blue ray player. It does not turn the Sony AMP on and off with bundled activities. It does not work well with Hulu apps. It only works with certain smart plugs and does not work with Nest thermostat or Chamberlain devices. This is not a remote for someone that doesn't like to tinker with tech stuff. I would recommend the remote for some but not for others. Really depends on what you want it to do.

Don't buy if you only have MACs

The remote is very functional as long as you do not have a complex setup. Also, the need for a PC computer and absolutely not a MAC is really problematic.

While all in one is convenient and you don’t have to deal with multiple remotes, the remote is very touchy! Definitely an adjustment period. Grateful to the geek squad helping us through the transition.

If you are looking for a solution to all your remote controls, this is it. The best thing about the Elite model is that it will work with a media room where the A/V equipment is in another room or closet. It is easy to set up and program with the Logitech app. You won't find a better solution for the price.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Harmony Ultimate - based solely on the location of the pause/play, ff and rewind buttons. I was not disappointed. The build quality is great as usual, and although the windows software is not the best it will do just about anything you need to. Great choice especially if you have lights and other home automation you need to control.

This is a great device if you need to control several pieces of equipment with one remote. It's easy to use and the functions are very clear. However, installation should be done by someone that has experience with these devices because that's the area that isn't easy.

Easy to program and runs my Sonos speakers and TV perfectly. A quick touch of the screen and I’m watching the fire stick. I can get to the TV settings menu to make adjustments if needed too. I don’t use it to control my Hue lights but it will do that too. Easy enough for grandma to use when watching the kids.

This is a replacement for an old Logitech Harmony remote. They have greatly improved the product. It is smaller and the remote goes into a standby mode quickly to save the battery and to avoid any unwanted changes if you touch the screen by accident. My only concern is that you cannot take the battery out. I hope this product lasts a long time.

Expensive but probably the best programable remote ever made. With Logitech droping this product I was finally able to locate one to replace my previous unit. Previous lasted only 4.5 years. Once programed, very simple to use.

Logitech Harmony elite is a little pricey, but allows for easy control through closed cabinet. Easy setup to pair up with tv and iPhone. Remote buttons are very sensitive to touch, so a little learning curve needed for me to get used to using it properly.

Excellent remote, and still easy to program via web. On my third generation of these, wouldn’t use anything else even though expensive. IR blasters ensure that everything works even if you don’t have line of sight, which is key with this level of sequencing in an activity.

This is a versatile remote, and very convenient to turn on the various equipment with one push of a button. I like that you don't have to have "line of sight" for this remote to work. There is a learning curve by the user to get familiar with all of its options, but it's better than trying to use the five remotes that it replaced.

I read reviews stating this remote was difficult to set up. I had all my device model numbers and watched a few YouTube videos before I started. I downloaded their app as instructed and had almost no Issues connecting to my wireless and getting everything running. Has been working great for 2 months now!

I purchased this remote as an upgrade to the already great Harmony 900. Unfortunately the 900 would not connected to my newer smart home devices. The Elite remote was very easy to set up. Works great with my Philips Hue lighting, Roku player, PS4, and various other home theater devices. A must own in my book!

I bought this because our new house has solid wood doors on the A/V Cabinet. Read reviews on line, went to store to buy and asked how easy it was to set up. Best Buy store technician said very easy - and he was exactly right. Love the mobile app, too. Great purchase, works fantastic - even my wife and daughter are using it.

It was pretty good to use but I faced a lot of difficulty with its setup and IR blaster interface. It worked well with hue lights, fans and Alexa but I could not get it to work with my Apple TV 4K. So finally I gave up and returned the unit.

Looking for a remote to handle Home Theater and a separate 2 Channel Audio System. I change components from time to time and did not want to use a remote that required a dealer to reprogram it at an additional charge. Tried the new Savant and it could not handle my system. This is hands down the best remote on the market. Programing a breeze through my IPad.
