Works with many devices. Just wish i could decide the order of the different devices to an order that i choose so i would not have to scroll through the list to select the device i want to control

It was pretty good to use but I faced a lot of difficulty with its setup and IR blaster interface. It worked well with hue lights, fans and Alexa but I could not get it to work with my Apple TV 4K. So finally I gave up and returned the unit.

Hi was originally skeptical about purchasing a universal remote but with all of the devices in my home that can run off of this remote, it has simplified my technology into one remote. Very pleased with this technology.

We were able to hook up all our family A/V equipment with this and we haven't had to use another remote control since. This works great and we highly recommend the Logitech Harmony Elite! I do wish that it would take easy replaceable AA rechargeable batteries.

This thing is full of one thing....magic! It is so easy to program and use. I've combined mine with the app on my phone and they just worked together effortlessly and seamlessly! Added a new piece of equipment, set it up on my phone in about 1.5 minutes, gave it a name and like magic, it appears on the remote and works!

I wish it supported multiple rooms, other than that it’s perfect. My 3 year old did manage to throw it on the floor and crack the screen. It still works perfectly fine.

Looking for a remote to handle Home Theater and a separate 2 Channel Audio System. I change components from time to time and did not want to use a remote that required a dealer to reprogram it at an additional charge. Tried the new Savant and it could not handle my system. This is hands down the best remote on the market. Programing a breeze through my IPad.

This remote does a pretty good job, its not perfect though. It has a hard time turning on my projector and will not hook up to my Bali curtains that use a smart things hub. Was hoping it would integrate better.

If you have a lot of remotes and can't keep track, I recommend this product. You can program multiple devices as well as program activities to have different devices to switch to inputs like DVD or blu ray, or video games. It will even turn on video game systems.

Had difficulty getting the remote to work but they have live customer service until 6pm pst during the week and my representative was very helpful and polite to get me up and running. Set up of remote devices was pretty simple.

The remote has been difficult to deal with. I have programmed it three times with Geek Squad assistance. It continues to revert back to first turning on the TV, amp, and cable box as desired but after 5 seconds also turns on the DVD player. I have to turn everything off and restart the "watch TV function" to make it work properly. Normally this will work but occasionally i have to turn everything off and on 4-5 times before it works correctly. Once it starts the right equipment everything works OK but not all functions operate such as page up and page down on the remote.

I cannot say enough great things about this remote. For me it was a game changer! I will say that it does take a little to set up, but that was half the fun! Once you really get to know it and how the software works, there are endless things that you can do. If you are tired of having multiple remotes around, then this is the remote for you!

Very nice smart remote. If you have a home theater this is a must have. I do like how it has a fix it feature so if something doesn't do what it's supposed to do it will fix it.

This Harmony Elite remote is their most advanced yet, and like their others is very user friendly and easy to setup. Everything can be done using the app using your phone or tablet. It's ability to integrate with smart home devices such as Amazon Echo and Philips Hue lights was its selling point for me. It truly is a great remote and I'm very happy I got it.

Amazing remote!!! Have my system in a cabinet with wires running from tv through the wall and into a closed door cabinet. Running cable, blue ray, PS4, Wii, nest thermostat through the remote today but possibilities and settings are limitless and can all be set up yourself rather than having a pro have to come out. Prefer this over my old URC brand remote. A+++

Been a Harmony remote user for a long time. Upgraded to this one to be able to include my theater components into smart routines with my home automation system. Still easy enough to use for babysitters, grandparents, etc... when they are over the house. Great for tying into Smartthings, use with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

This universal remote fuses all of your audio and video equipment, along with video game consoles, into one intuitive and easy to use rechargeable remote. The remote is back lit for ease of use in low light and comes with a table top charger that now only looks appealing but provides a fantastic and quick charge. Bottom line, this is a fantastic product.

Great remote! Easy to use once programmed. Glad I got the Harmony Elite and had the Geek Squad program it for me. I am a Tech Support member. It has come in very handy with all the products I buy at Best Buy.

This remote works all of my many devices behind closed doors. I'm not sure why Logitech is no longer making it. I would buy before it's too late. It's worth every penny I purchased it for. I did pay an a/v company to hook up the remote for me.

The space between buttons is a little tight. Therefore, it's altogether too easy to press the wrong button. The directional (up, down, left, right) button is in an awkward location. Because the unit responds to gestures, you have to be really careful how you hold the device Otherwise, you have to correct the unintended action in order to get to where you want to be. Keeping the menu where you want it to be is difficult. I DVR a lot so use the fast forward function frequently. A lot of corrections are required. I think the focus on this version was to make the remote more feature rich and ease of use suffers.
