Remote is easy to setup and works as advertised. It is bit too sensitive to key strokes and frequency overshoots channel selections and other controls. But all in all the best remote Harmony has put out to date. I have owned at least 4 previous generations.

This is my 4th Logitech Universal remote and each one has been better and more user friendly than the last. The staff at Best Buy helped me sort out and select this remote, and I like it a lot. Then when I got it home, the Logitech support helped me with the programming and setup including setting up controls for different speaker zones. It was so easy.

I read a lot of online reviews and did extensive online research before making this purchase. My wife and my mom are not tech savvy like me so when I had 3 remotes for my surround sound, my TV, and my Roku, I decided to go ahead with this decision. WOW, what an amazing product. It's so easy to use that my mom who doesn't really speak English can use it with ease.

Great remote! Easy to use once programmed. Glad I got the Harmony Elite and had the Geek Squad program it for me. I am a Tech Support member. It has come in very handy with all the products I buy at Best Buy.

I wish it supported multiple rooms, other than that it’s perfect. My 3 year old did manage to throw it on the floor and crack the screen. It still works perfectly fine.

Mostly we really Ike this remote. It holds its charge well and did replace the 3 remotes we had to use for our TV and sound before. It can be a bit sensitive and some functions aren’t intuitive but we’re learning!

I've owned many logitech products over the years and know that they can be fragile. I'm scared to break this one. That said, it's a big improvement over the more basic remote that came with the hub originally.

Very nice smart remote. If you have a home theater this is a must have. I do like how it has a fix it feature so if something doesn't do what it's supposed to do it will fix it.

This remote works all of my many devices behind closed doors. I'm not sure why Logitech is no longer making it. I would buy before it's too late. It's worth every penny I purchased it for. I did pay an a/v company to hook up the remote for me.

I love these remotes. I have three of them. It is simple to set up. You can control the devices with a smart phone or tablet. The macros are great. It is a shame Logitech discontinued these.

I have had several Harmony remotes in the past and I upgraded to this one for the hub / smart home capabilities. As I started converting to a smart home, I wanted a device that could control several devices without going to a dozen apps. This fits the bill for basics like Hue lights, music, and Nest thermostat (not to mention all video). Great job Logitech.

It so freaking sad that this is going to be the last time I can buy a harmony remote! But they do go out with a Bang! The remote is as intuitive as ever and a nice swan song! Highly recommend! Better get one while you can still get it for retail price!

I have a Denon 4k upscale AVR and a Samsung 65" curved 4k and this cable has brought-out the best in both. Yes, its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm very sanctified with this purchase. So much I've purchase 4 of these cables. It also support HDR when using Apple TV, which further enhances the visual experience.

Logitech has really improved the ease of programming and ease of performing the connectivity. I have amplifiers, a preamp, HD player, Xbox, and a Blu-Ray player connected to my TV. The Harmony unit turns each of the components on or off as required for the activity w/exception to the amplifiers which are activated by a trigger. Glad I purchased ...

I waited a VERY long time to set this up. I thought it would be very time consuming and difficult but it isn't at all. I highly recommend this remote system. It is seamless. FYI, if you want, you can get the hub without the remote and just control strictly through your app. I like having the actual remote though. Very cool.

Pushing buttons with haptic response is much easier than touching a glass screen. You're also less likely to accidentally start a function when picking up a tablet. It is worth the extra $$ to reduce the aggravation for someone that simply wants to watch TV ...

I was happy this did turn on all my gear. I figured the projector would be tough. I'm having trouble getting he input on my audio processor to select the right input. It isn't simple to just add that I guess. I'm still working on echo integration.

I can't be happier, easy smart phone app setup and this remote has no limitations. Totally customize the button as you like, as well as the activities. Enter your devices, setup your activities and you are on your way. Once you are familiar with the remote you can dig in and start customizing the buttons and fine tuning the controls as you like.

This was an upgrade from an older Harmony remote so the improved functionality and the display screen on the remote were a big improvement. Adding more complex activities could be more user-friendly but overall, this is a great remote.

I brought this for my brother for Christmas. He absolutely love this remote he said this has solved all his problems regarding having multiple remote controls. I absolutely will recommend this to anyone looking for a top of the line universal remote. Thanks logitech
