The remote was easy to setup and is easy to use for the most part. The dissapointing thing Is that the remote will not power on the PlayStation, but it does control it after you manually turn it on.

I've had many different universal remotes, including some of the older Harmony remotes, and the Harmony Elite is the best I've ever owned. Very easy to program and customize. Also comfortable to use. And it works as a media remote for my Xbox One! I've been very impressed with the Elite.

... I love this remote, it works as expected, BUT it needed a software update and I couldn't use it until I installed it from a computer. small updates can be done from the phone app, but this required a desktop/laptop. other then that I'd buy it again

I've owned many logitech products over the years and know that they can be fragile. I'm scared to break this one. That said, it's a big improvement over the more basic remote that came with the hub originally.

Mostly we really Ike this remote. It holds its charge well and did replace the 3 remotes we had to use for our TV and sound before. It can be a bit sensitive and some functions aren’t intuitive but we’re learning!

This is an improvement over earlier models of Harmony remotes, but still get some funky results at times. Only way to clear is turn everything off, then turn back on. Good screen clarity and lighted buttons which is a big plus. Easy to program and update.

I was looking for a remote that would allow me to have my components in the basement or hidden between cabinets and this remote does the job! It's simple easy to use interface and setup also go a long way with my support for the product. I was able to have all my components in the basement while having my TV on the first floor. Everything works great!

It so freaking sad that this is going to be the last time I can buy a harmony remote! But they do go out with a Bang! The remote is as intuitive as ever and a nice swan song! Highly recommend! Better get one while you can still get it for retail price!

Remote is easy to setup and works as advertised. It is bit too sensitive to key strokes and frequency overshoots channel selections and other controls. But all in all the best remote Harmony has put out to date. I have owned at least 4 previous generations.

This is my 4th Logitech Universal remote and each one has been better and more user friendly than the last. The staff at Best Buy helped me sort out and select this remote, and I like it a lot. Then when I got it home, the Logitech support helped me with the programming and setup including setting up controls for different speaker zones. It was so easy.

I read a lot of online reviews and did extensive online research before making this purchase. My wife and my mom are not tech savvy like me so when I had 3 remotes for my surround sound, my TV, and my Roku, I decided to go ahead with this decision. WOW, what an amazing product. It's so easy to use that my mom who doesn't really speak English can use it with ease.

Pushing buttons with haptic response is much easier than touching a glass screen. You're also less likely to accidentally start a function when picking up a tablet. It is worth the extra $$ to reduce the aggravation for someone that simply wants to watch TV ...

I brought this for my brother for Christmas. He absolutely love this remote he said this has solved all his problems regarding having multiple remote controls. I absolutely will recommend this to anyone looking for a top of the line universal remote. Thanks logitech

For anyone with a vision problem and has trouble seeing, this produce will make your life better. Also liked that I was able to combine 3 TV controls into this one. The Geek Squad connected my Bose 300 Sound Bar, Bose Base 500, Samsung TV to Alexa. Excellent produce!

I have had several Harmony remotes in the past and I upgraded to this one for the hub / smart home capabilities. As I started converting to a smart home, I wanted a device that could control several devices without going to a dozen apps. This fits the bill for basics like Hue lights, music, and Nest thermostat (not to mention all video). Great job Logitech.

I purchased this remote for my home theater and found I didn’t need it. The Sony A90J TV’s remote was capable of operating all the devices in the theater although harmony remote can do much more. This item was returned.

I have a Denon 4k upscale AVR and a Samsung 65" curved 4k and this cable has brought-out the best in both. Yes, its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm very sanctified with this purchase. So much I've purchase 4 of these cables. It also support HDR when using Apple TV, which further enhances the visual experience.

Great smart remote device for all my smart things. Love being able to control my home from my sofa. Just not very fond of the minor delay from the remote to the device but overall great!

I waited a VERY long time to set this up. I thought it would be very time consuming and difficult but it isn't at all. I highly recommend this remote system. It is seamless. FYI, if you want, you can get the hub without the remote and just control strictly through your app. I like having the actual remote though. Very cool.

This was an upgrade from an older Harmony remote so the improved functionality and the display screen on the remote were a big improvement. Adding more complex activities could be more user-friendly but overall, this is a great remote.
