Does everything that it is advertised it will do. It is hard to get to the number screen sometimes when you want to change stations. It is very sensitive to touch,as a result, funny things happen when a part of your hand gets to close to the screen.

For $300 this better work with everything I own but I could not get it to work with my ROKU. I tried everything. I went on line and read all of the blogs as it seems like I am not the only one who couldn't get it to work with my ROKU. I spent several hours trying to get it to work then said at this price I shouldn't have to spend this much time trying to get it to work with my ROKU so I returned it for a refund. Other then it not working with ROKU I thought it was a great remote but I'll just have to use my ROKU remote for now.

The best universal remote available. Works over wifi so line of site is not needed. Also uses bluetooth to pair and control Amazon Fire TV. Easy to program for multiple devices and events. Also manages lights and thermostats. Alexa enabled as well.

Add your equipment, and set up multiple activities and routines to control multiple equipment. With one button turn on your projector, Amp/receiver, lower the shades, lower the lights and start up a movie on your bluray. Love this remote and a much lower alternative to systems like Control 4.

Love this remote system, but very disappointed it is discontinued. Will have to switch eventually, but bought this one on sale as a backup to our current remote.

Combines 6 of my remotes into 1. Also controls my thermostat and lights. The setup is time consuming but once done its perfect and settings are backed up to the cloud. The batteries are surprisingly weak. If I keep the remote off of the cradle for more than 4-5 days with normal use its dead. At least theres a iOS app that mimics the remote.

I use to have 5-6 remote controls on my coffee table... Now I'm happy with just one. Very handy, but need some improvement for battery life. Also programming this remote for beginners is quite difficult, but check YouTube and you'll learn how to do it.

Remote was easy to set-up and troubleshoot. Works great in large room with components in a closet. Only reason not a 5-star review is the number buttons are on a touch-screen and can be difficult to accurately activate.

This is great for combining remote controls from multiple devices. I use this to control TV, AppleTV, directv, audio receiver, projector and screen. Can also be used set up macros with the delays, turning devices on and off in sequence, such as turning on the projector and having the screen lower a moment later.

Good remote, may take a bit to learn what this remote can do with all your equipment you have it programmed to. Once figured out it is great ! especially not having multiple remotes for each component

This has been a life saver since getting my home theater setup going. Its so great having one device that can control my tv, apple tv, xbox one, receiver, etc. I set it up for one touch to turn on all devices and go to the proper input on tv and receiver. I'm very impressed with the capabilities.

Initially ordered the Harmony 950 becasue my components are in an open shelf, but discovered that because TV and components are in different locations the RF blasters were absolutely necessary for seamless operation. Once I swapped them out, it worked beautifully. Easy to program this is the best remote I've ever owned. Highly recommend it.

This is my first universal remote and I must say I am very pleased with its performance. I would recommend this remote to any one looking for an all in one remote control. The downside is the price. It is over priced for being a remote but it does work great in controlling many different products.

I was losing my mind with all the remotes. I was leery about this product but couldn’t be happier! Easy to setup and works with all my devices. Ordering from Best Buy as usual was a breeze...actually came the day I ordered!! Happy with the product and would recommend to everyone.

Owned one of these in our previous home in PA. Moved here and installed a choice surround system that really needed the 'brains' behind this remote. Initially elected to do without, then realized how much better off we would be with the remote. My wife retains the use of the Comcast remote (happy wife!), so that's a definite plus!

Forced to replace non functioning Harmony remote. Con- not enough ports, had to buy different splitters to control three devices located on different shelves. Sometimes locks up. Battery life subpar. Works ok, does the job most of the time

Pricey but works well for my system. It was recommended by my Geek Squad pro during installation of TV and other home entertainment components vs. another brand recommended by a store sales associate. I’m happy with this remote with my set up.

I've always owned Harmony remotes since they've been around. Until the Elite was introduced, I wouldn't let go of my 1100, which to me was their best remote to date...Until the Elite came around. Very simple, basic, and easy to use. My kids have no issues using the remote as it's easier to use than the remotes it replaced.

Great remote system although couldn’t set up with their app. Got set up software from their web site and it was a snap. Very happy with Best Buy staff who honored a $40 price drop a week after I purchased my remote. I have been a fan of Best Buy for 25 years and will continue to be one

Easy setup and a sleek look. Initially setup with my DirecTV, Samsung 82" TV, Sheila TV and DVD player. Still cannot get the Harmony remote to sync or pair with Shield TV. Otherwise one of the best remotes available that you do not have to pay a technician to setup.
