It's excellent, only remote that can actually control everything. It does lag a bit but that's expected. The price being so expensive is the only reason it does not get 5 stars

Pretty easy to setup although MAC setup does not work with newest OS. Only difficult was with xfinity 4K box but that’s not a Harmony issue. Condensed 5 remotes into 1 plus door lock.

Remote is fairly advanced and I need to become more versed in its capabilities. It was the perfect solution for our needs, that is we could hide all components and operate everything from single remote

Love the harmony elite. My previous harmony was the home companion. I didn't like the limit of 6 activities on the home companion and absolutely love the added touch screen. The. I vibration feedback from the touchscreen is a nice added feature. The ability to add custom screens to the touchscreen is also very nice. Highly recommend this remote.

All my components are in the close 35 feet away from the wall mounted TV. The Harmon elete allows me to control everything from one remote. Setup with app, very easy to program. you can control lighting , temperature and up to many other applications. i have settings for 4K TV & A amazon Fire Stick so far. Highly recommend this !

I like it (my hubbie, not so much). I does work for MOST of my electronics (I wish it worked with my PS4). I like being able to get rid of 6 other remotes because I can just use this one. It's a little tricky in the beginning but now it's great

You can put away all your device remotes and literally use just this one remote. Setup is software/app driven so you will need a pc. All you need to know is all your device model numbers and Harmony will have every feature of that remote.

This unit replaced replaced the cable box controller, the TV controller, the Apple TV controller, Fire TV controller and the DVD controller. Had the Geek Squad guy install it, works perfectly.

We bought this remote on the recommendation of a consultant from Best Buy. It is the absolute best buy we have made. I can now operate the tv with ease. I had always been remote control challenged with each one being different. Ow we have one easy to use remote for everything.

This was recommended by the Geek Squad specialist. It seems to be a good remote but it is not all intuitive. I guess when you are controlling many devices it does take a while to figure how it works especially since I am not of the younger generations:)

The Harmony Elite brought simplicity to my Denon based audio visual entertainment center. Once there was confusion and frustration, now there is Hahmonh. Thank you Best Buy for the professional installation.

Had my 75" Samsung QLED installed and techs felt that our original universal remote would not be as easy to navigate. Although this remote/smart hub cost 2x as much they were so right. Really appreciate the recommendation to go along with an amazing TV! Thank you, Jay M Kashkin, MD

The remote control with Smart hub has greatly simplified my use of my home theatre. The flexibility to control either an activity or device from one source is great.

I was a little intimidated when I first saw this remote, but Geek Squad did all the programming and took their time to clearly explain everything to me and tested all equipment to insure that this remote was programmed correctly. Everything worked perfectly the first time. This remote is extremely user friendly.

Harmony Elite does everything you'd want. It is much less expensive than other remotes with this capacity. Doesn't require line of sight with remote so you can leave your cabinet closed. Can also be programmed to change lighting when you select an activity (watch a movie etc). if you have smart switches. Very pleased.

Sony 75" 950 TV- great picture. Geek squad was great in setup and instruction. Also purchased Roku package and Logitech channel changer since I wanted to control Blu-Ray and Turntable products. Had a member visit my home to advise on equipment needs.

Not too difficult to set up, limited to 8 devices. Work well with IR extenders. I have two and Alexa cannot handle both even with different names. overall I am happy with my purchase, has made thing easier to manage.

Only thing I was upset about was that the store employee, at Best But, lied or didn't know the product. He told us the battery was replaceable. It isn't. But so far all is good. Takes a bit to get used to it from the old button style remotes. But I really like itñ

I just upgraded to a TiVo Bolt and the compatibility with this remote is weaker compared with my older TiVo. Controls TV and Soundbar faultlessly. Needs upgrade for Bolt. Compatibility with Amazon Echo shows promise but is currently weak.
