My Logitech-Harmony Elite arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. The Harmony Elite was easy to set up for 5 different activities and works very well. It controls all my devices without difficulty. The Harmony app is easy to use and program.

Having a number of different pieces to go with the TV & cable, the Logitech remote & Smart Hub was the best thing I could have done. Expertly installed by the Geek Squad, it allows easy playback of my TV, DVD, CD player and also my VHS (yes, I still own one...). Great investment.

This remote is a spoiler for me!! I LOVE it. We were use to using about 5 different remote controls. It was a pain in the butt...now I have t this Harmony and we are one happy family!! Wouldn't trade it in for anything !!

This is my 3rd Logitech remote in the last 12-15 years. I love eliminating 3-4 or more remotes and having 1 master remote. I love the new web-based system for programming. I am 60 years old and not hyper techy but was able to do everything on my lap top with this remote. Highly recommend!

I was not sure what rating to give this remote because Iwas unable to set it up. the software would not work on my Mac because it would not let me sign in. The @ symbol on my email address would not register. It kept typing a 2.

I bought this to use in my Media Room. I have multiple devices and now everything works seamlessly. Able to turn on projector/amp/speakers/Apple TV/cable with single command and also set to different channels. Great additional to your entertainment experience.

I bought this to replace a older model which unfortunately Logitech no longer makes. This is very similar to the Harmony and l like it a lot. The RF is nice- you really don't have to point it at the components to have it work. Just have to be careful picking it up when watching something because touch pad is really sensitive.

It's way better than the previous model which was awful. It still has some drawbacks, and it's not nearly as good as the much more expensive URC RF one, which is a little more expensive but is very expensive to program. Also, the Harmony requires your existing, branded handheld from your tv (or stereo system, etc.) in order to properly program. This is a pain because a lot of people lose those once a universal is installed. That said, the iphone app is pretty good, and this is fairly stable. Given the alternatives at the price range, I think it's the best alternative. But it's a C+

The Harmony Elite Remote is an outstanding remote that allows for an almost infinite amount of customization! Programming the remote is very way using the app on a smartphone or using the Harmony software on a computer. I have three of these remotes in my house and have used them for years!

I purchased this for the ability to use one remote for several devices and not have to point the remote directly at whatever I was trying to use. I feel this remote was way over priced. For what I needed it for, (Direct TV, TV, SONOS soundabar, and DVD/BlueRay) I found it wasn't worth the money. It is a "cool" remote and if you needed to operate 15 things it may be worth it but for me the direct TV remote works better as far as changing TV channels from anywhere. Also, this remote is very temperamental with the SONOS system. Sometimes the remote would get "Stuck" on Sony Smart TV. It seems for the week we had it we continuously had to troubleshoot problems with it.

I bought this to replace my professionally installed remote for my theatre room. I have a projector located overhead with overhead lights installed and multi components in a cabinet. Everything now works with this remote and I don't need the professional installer to reprogram any of it. It's probably better than my original.

Had to go to the message boards to get it configured properly. Also required using both the app and a pc but it works as planned. The difficulty I had was using the IR to turn on the tv and having a delay added to switch the hdmi input.

Works perfect. My media room equipment is in a separate closet outside of the media room. We can keep the media room doors and the closet door closed and everything turns on and off and all of the remote functions work great. Well worth the money. Customer service was great helping me get the dish network joey set up.

Setup is a bit tedious , and sometimes finding the right device commands require searching. But after getting setup overall, I've been extremely happy. Works nicely with my Google Home and Alexa devices.

I purchased as a gift for my techie Dad and non-techie Mom. It replaced 4 remotes (DirecTv, TV, Bluray player, and sound bar). If I can talk them into getting updated light switches (Insteon) then it can control all of the lights as well from one remote. I just wish it was a tablet instead. They both LOVE it.

This is my second Harmony remote, but they've come a long way in 7 or 8 years. This remote is very easy to use and set up. All the controls are logically placed, and the touch screen is responsive and customizable. It works great with all my components hidden in another room. I highly recommend this remote!

My system is quite elaborate. It would take 3-4 remotes just to my system on and set everything to the correct inputs. With the Harmony remote you tell it what you want to do. Wanna use an apple tv? Press the apple tv and it turns everything on puts everything on the right inputs! Its perfect!

I needed something to work my components inside a closed cabinet but also line of sight. This does the job flawlessly. The customization is overwhelming at times but that just speaks to the flexibility of this item. This is my first Harmony product so there was a little bit of a learning curve but that did not take long to get over.

This remote will do it all. Fully customizable, intuitive, and allows for control with both a handheld remote or your phone. I had the MX-990 pushed on me by an AV store. Returned it immediately when I compared it with this. Harmony remotes can’t be beat.

This is, by far, the very best way to control all electronic components with just one controller. Unlike any other controller, it allows you to change any component yourself without having to call a service tech. It simply works and with very nice appearance. It completely eliminates the need for two or three different controls.
