Outstanding product. My second unit purchased for my home. However, getting the Geek Squad out to your home for installation is another story. Very poor scheduling, follow-up, showing up for the scheduled appointment.

This is my second Harmony remote, but they've come a long way in 7 or 8 years. This remote is very easy to use and set up. All the controls are logically placed, and the touch screen is responsive and customizable. It works great with all my components hidden in another room. I highly recommend this remote!

A good solution for the endless number of remote controls our lives hace become entangled with. The remote is responsive and smooth. It is smaller than my old Harmony 900, which it is still my favorite.

After years of suffering thru a box of remotes and contortion-type movements to hit just the right spot to make the remotes function, Geek Squad helped us find the perfect remote to work all of equipment we use in our family room. Worth every penny to simplify our untechylives!

I needed something to work my components inside a closed cabinet but also line of sight. This does the job flawlessly. The customization is overwhelming at times but that just speaks to the flexibility of this item. This is my first Harmony product so there was a little bit of a learning curve but that did not take long to get over.

My wife purchased for as a Christmas gift and I couldn't be happier. Took a little time to go through trying to get my ATT STB/DVR to but I did manage to get it working. I would definitely recommend this product

This is the remote you need if you have a smart home. The interface works great with Amazon Alexa allowing you to operate all of your entertainment devices either by verbal commands, or the remote. Sounds redundant, but the remote is always nice to have for adjusting commands, or adding additional devices.

This is, by far, the very best way to control all electronic components with just one controller. Unlike any other controller, it allows you to change any component yourself without having to call a service tech. It simply works and with very nice appearance. It completely eliminates the need for two or three different controls.

The remote works fine for me. I have a TV,tuner,sound bar and cable box. All turn on and off with the push of one button. That is what I wanted. To play Netflix just push another button and there its is.

This remote does it all! After syncing all devices, you can set up "Activities" like "watch TV". The remote will turn on everything you need to watch tv. If you sync devices like a Roku, this remote controls the Roku also, no need for a second remote! Needless to say we love this remote and it's worth every penny!

I liken this remote once it was set up correctly. There was a problem at installation as there was a blockage to the RFID transmission. After many phone calls and having Best Buy come back out it was resolved. One slight drawback is that the remote is very sensitive to the touch. Other than that I love it.

Very nice remote. Only issue I have is that the 'Watch Smart TV' activity does cycle a few times through the menu but it eventually settles. Setup was very easy/painless. Now I need to find a way to have my ceiling fan see commands from my remote. Overall, nice to have if you're currently fiddling with a lot of remotes.

The remote control can do almost anything. It has so many features and functions that it can be complicated if you are not a techie. If you are a techie, it is a dream to work with. It also works well with Amazon Alexa.

This remote allows for ease of use with a multitude of devices. Makes life less difficult without having to switch or losing remotes. Downside is that it is dependent on your network.

Enjoyed using the touch screen to select activity. Has huge range of options. I had a earlier model Harmony. This is much easier to use the controls. We had the Geek squad setup the remote. Excellent service. It is a very good product.

Bought this remote to replace my Harmony 900. I like the new features especially the favorites option. This remote is great if you have your components behind cabinet doors as we do. Would buy again, especially since Best Buy stood behind their price guarantee & refunded the $50.00 price decline after I bought mine.

This new harmony remote was so easy to setup compared to my old version. Everything works great but the text on the buttons is very hard to see for someone like me in their late 50’s.

I had limited time with the Geek Squad to review product operation with techs and a couple of additional features need to be set up. Maunul provided with product is limited so I will have to go to web to obtain more information.

The price might seem steep, but it raised my quality of life. No more searching for the right remote! This remote will change the way you enjoy content. From doing away with multiple remotes to turning off the lights when you watch a movie.

Bought remote as I was setting up a media closet in my basement and wanted the automation this provided. Took me a little bit of time working with app then logged in on laptop and was allot easier to set up. Overall easy to set up and usability is off the charts great. Liked it enough to buy a second one for living room.
