This remote allows for ease of use with a multitude of devices. Makes life less difficult without having to switch or losing remotes. Downside is that it is dependent on your network.

This little guy is controlling EVERYTHING from my hue lights to my amplifier. Yes you need to spend a little time to teach him how to control your devices but afterwards is working perfectly. You just need to touch one button and your TV amplifier satellite will switch on and go to the correct out put

This new harmony remote was so easy to setup compared to my old version. Everything works great but the text on the buttons is very hard to see for someone like me in their late 50’s.

Controls all my devices (with some in a closet) and all of the activities are such that my wife can even use the system. The software to set it up is not the best, but you really only do this once, so I still think the overall product is deserving of high marks for its day-to-day use.

The Logitech Harmony Elite remote has enabled me to use it instead of remotes for the TV, the smart TV, the external sound system, the DVD player and the Apple TV. It lights up so that it is easy to use in a dark room. It is a pleasure to grab one control and be able to control a multitude of devices.

My wife purchased for as a Christmas gift and I couldn't be happier. Took a little time to go through trying to get my ATT STB/DVR to but I did manage to get it working. I would definitely recommend this product

Once it was setup properly it is very easy to use, but until it is it can be very frustrating. After the Best Buy home installer came back and did some reprogramming, the system became fully integrated. I wanted a remote that took the place of numerous remotes. The Harmony Elite remote delivers on this promise.

Bought this because it can talk to the hub (in a closet with all of my component) AND send the IR signal to the TV in front of me. Touch screen is a huge upgrade from previous models. Battery lasts days on a charge. It's comfortable in the hand.

It expensive but I always wanted a very intuitive one remote to control all devices in my living room. I am still exploring and playing with it. So far, I found it very useful. Configured to control tv, xbox, chromecast and Amazon tv. I am yet to find it useful with the home automation devices such as Nest products.

This is an excellent remote. Not for everyone due to the cost of the product pause the set up which shoukd be done professionally. As with any computer generated equipment, it sometimes has to be rebooted, otherwise only complaint is that it is a touch pad for the channels and does not always work the first time

Easy to setup, feels more substantial than other harmony remotes. Cost is a bit much setup software can still give issues on IOS. No hard buttons for numbers but that’s pretty standard I guess.

The price might seem steep, but it raised my quality of life. No more searching for the right remote! This remote will change the way you enjoy content. From doing away with multiple remotes to turning off the lights when you watch a movie.

I have a lot of equipment in my house, 3 different surround sound setups all with their own unique equipment and this remote has been a lifesaver! I have one remote for every room and it even controls my Philips hue bulbs. I want to also add that setup and needed changes on this one, is way easier than the older models!

Do your homework. This isn't a plug and play remote. I knew that going in. Most things went smooth. Some major issues with my tv and roku. Otherwise once sorted, this thing is awesome.

One of the best gadgets I've bought yet. The versatility and different capablities on this remote are amazing and can just about control anything smart in your home. Def a little pricey however I think you will be pleased with the purchase.

This remote is a nice upgrade from the old 9000 we had. So much easier to program and use. Fairly intuitive. Works great with our Amazon Echo which was a major reason for our upgrade. Love to just ask Alexa to turn the TV on and off.

These are great remotes for home integration. The programming can be tricky and a little bit confusing for people who don’t do this for a living, but when programmed correctly they’re excellent.

Thsi is my 4th harmony remote, and it is by far the best in terms of controlling connected home devices. The set-up software takes a little getting used to copmated to the previous versions, but it works great once it is set-up. The only thing that is not as good is the battery life.

The Logitech - Harmony Elite (Remote Control and Smart Hub) is an excellent solution to control multiple electronic devices with one unit. The miniature video screen is a real plus. The only count is that it is very very slick and easy to drop.

It is probably the best smart remote in this price range. The programming interface is not the best and is using a couple of half baked technologies but you can generally get it done. I still think with all the programming interface problems is worth buying.
