I feel it was a bit expensive, but like it better than any previous remotes. Took a little longer to setup as they changed the interface and I had to re-enter my devices. Supposed to work with Echo, I have not tried yet.

This is a awesome remote that was set up by geeks for me. Switches tv to blue ray every time. Easy so switch sound modes/fields. Controls all my components with the touch of a button. Great touch screen. 100 percent better then the more expensive savant! Buy this one and save yourself the frustration and restock fee!

One of the best gadgets I've bought yet. The versatility and different capablities on this remote are amazing and can just about control anything smart in your home. Def a little pricey however I think you will be pleased with the purchase.

Controls all my devices (with some in a closet) and all of the activities are such that my wife can even use the system. The software to set it up is not the best, but you really only do this once, so I still think the overall product is deserving of high marks for its day-to-day use.

This thing controls anything you want. Anything! If they don't have built in programming for your device, it can learn the commands just like the old programmable remotes. However, chances are it's already compatible. I won't give it up for anything. Well, maybe their next model. If only it had voice recognition.

The logitech universal remote is awesome. The only issue I've had is during an auto update process it failed and froze. The geek squad tech fixed it and provided us with information to fix it in the future if it happens again.

This little guy is controlling EVERYTHING from my hue lights to my amplifier. Yes you need to spend a little time to teach him how to control your devices but afterwards is working perfectly. You just need to touch one button and your TV amplifier satellite will switch on and go to the correct out put

The remote does a great job, most of the codes are available to be added. I only rates this four star since logitech stopped producing it.

The Logitech Harmony Elite remote has enabled me to use it instead of remotes for the TV, the smart TV, the external sound system, the DVD player and the Apple TV. It lights up so that it is easy to use in a dark room. It is a pleasure to grab one control and be able to control a multitude of devices.

One of the best universal remotes you can buy. Love all the features that you can set up. Replaced all of my remotes and also controls all of my smart home devices. It's cheesy, but it certainly is the remote that rules them all.

Easy to setup, feels more substantial than other harmony remotes. Cost is a bit much setup software can still give issues on IOS. No hard buttons for numbers but that’s pretty standard I guess.

Do your homework. This isn't a plug and play remote. I knew that going in. Most things went smooth. Some major issues with my tv and roku. Otherwise once sorted, this thing is awesome.

Wow! This system is the best on the market. I was able to integrate all my components and now have a “one remote” setup. It’s unfortunate the company has discontinued the product line. Grab them while you can!

This was a replacement for a very old, expensive unit that was having issues. I does everything the old one does and allows me to make changes instead of paying the tech company who can only make changes. Great price and great device.

Works great once you get it set up. The setup process takes patience and you jave to keep adjusting thibgs to make it right but once you have done that its great

The Logitech - Harmony Elite (Remote Control and Smart Hub) is an excellent solution to control multiple electronic devices with one unit. The miniature video screen is a real plus. The only count is that it is very very slick and easy to drop.

Responsive remote. The only problem is that if I have my list of channels and want to go from CH 378 to C6 I have to toggle all the way. Wish it had numbers.

Put away all of your remotes, this is the only one to use! I not no longer need to use separate remotes for my LG TV, Xfinity, Bose Sound Bar, and my DVD player. All controls are handled by my Logitech Harmony Elite. Nothing else to say.

Once it was setup properly it is very easy to use, but until it is it can be very frustrating. After the Best Buy home installer came back and did some reprogramming, the system became fully integrated. I wanted a remote that took the place of numerous remotes. The Harmony Elite remote delivers on this promise.

These are great remotes for home integration. The programming can be tricky and a little bit confusing for people who don’t do this for a living, but when programmed correctly they’re excellent.
