This is an excellent remote. Not for everyone due to the cost of the product pause the set up which shoukd be done professionally. As with any computer generated equipment, it sometimes has to be rebooted, otherwise only complaint is that it is a touch pad for the channels and does not always work the first time

Bought this because it can talk to the hub (in a closet with all of my component) AND send the IR signal to the TV in front of me. Touch screen is a huge upgrade from previous models. Battery lasts days on a charge. It's comfortable in the hand.

It expensive but I always wanted a very intuitive one remote to control all devices in my living room. I am still exploring and playing with it. So far, I found it very useful. Configured to control tv, xbox, chromecast and Amazon tv. I am yet to find it useful with the home automation devices such as Nest products.

Works great. I like being able to control my entertainment center from my iPad and iPhone. The battery in the handheld unit last much longer between charges the previous Logitech remote(about a week) The set up was very easy.

It is probably the best smart remote in this price range. The programming interface is not the best and is using a couple of half baked technologies but you can generally get it done. I still think with all the programming interface problems is worth buying.

This is the best universal remote ever. I have used all the major universal remote brands, and this is the easiest to program and most user friendly. It is a shame Logitech decided to discontinue their universal remote lineup.

I have a lot of equipment in my house, 3 different surround sound setups all with their own unique equipment and this remote has been a lifesaver! I have one remote for every room and it even controls my Philips hue bulbs. I want to also add that setup and needed changes on this one, is way easier than the older models!

Thsi is my 4th harmony remote, and it is by far the best in terms of controlling connected home devices. The set-up software takes a little getting used to copmated to the previous versions, but it works great once it is set-up. The only thing that is not as good is the battery life.

This remote is a nice upgrade from the old 9000 we had. So much easier to program and use. Fairly intuitive. Works great with our Amazon Echo which was a major reason for our upgrade. Love to just ask Alexa to turn the TV on and off.

This remote is slightly different than my old direct tv remote. Being similar makes it easy to use with a short learning curve. Love the recording capabilities to your library. Unlimited recording and automatic deletes after several months.

Product is not bad but freezes at times. Doesn't come with voice commands built in. For the price that I paid I would expect a little better. Overall though it's a good product but has the potential to be an excellent product.

it doesn't control all the functions of your devices, its connected with my tv, receiver, blue ray, if I want surround sound or stereo you can't do it from this remote and a lot of other this, you 've to ve smart bulbs to dim the light , it does not detect my smart plugs in the house

This one replaced my harmony 890. The new config process is easier except for remotes not in the database. Range is good, andriod app is decent... If you haven't had a harmony remote before you don't know what you are missing!!

I love Harmony remotes. The ease of setting up and use is amazing. I like changing buttons to the way I like and use, plus being able to have a hard button for the hue lights is great. Anybody can set this up. One remote to rule them all.

Great smart hub system. Was easy to setup and works for the most part ok. The app could use some updating to work better with Alexa but using the old version give full control of my TV and AV system

I’ve been using these Logitech remotes for years now and glad they finally fixed the button placement and made them more ergonomic. Pretty easy to use the app on you’re smart phone. The old way of hooking it up to a cable and syncing to a computer was cumbersome. Highly recommend this product.

Very user friendly once it is set-up. Had difficulty downloading the requisite software update that was required for successful operation of the remote. Had to resort to PC only to successfully download the update.

Older tech that’s at end of life. However still a very good option for those who need universal control over their home entertainment system.

If you are looking to get into home automation or just want a great home entertainment hub look no further. The support for products that can be used with this is outstanding. the app will even let you lock your front door if you have a schladge or kwikset smart lock. 10/10 would recommend

Set-up could not have been easier. Creating the activities was fun. I still need to tweak them so that equipment doesn't turn off when executing. Computer and smart phone interface is very user friendly. It easily connected to Phillips Hue, Ecobee, Sony soundbars and all the rest of the equipment we have
