We were able to put our DVD, DVD player and receiver in a cabinet and we’re still able to control them with this remote. The # buttons on the control are touch screen and a little touchy.

Really like it in general - main downside is that it's a bit cumbersome to set up and doesn't really have a convenient keyboard function like some other remotes.

I loved my first Harmony so much (still in use) that when I heard these were starting to be phased out I wanted to make sure I got a new one. This is an amazing component for our main home viewing area. Highly recommended

This is hands down the best remote on the market for the money. Properly programmed it can do amazing things. I have been using these remotes (same brand) professionally and personally for over 20 years now.

The remote was recommended by the geek squad home adviser but when the installers/techs came we decided we didn't need it. The techs from geek squad took it back with them and started the credit process. That was over two weeks ago and it is still stuck in a pending status. Multiple attempts to get this resolved with online chat reps have gone nowhere. yesterday I was told the process take a while and when I asked for an estimated compeltion date I was told they couldn't give one. Not a very satifying customer experience.

I have about eight devices programmed. With the exception of powering off the TV, it works well. Sometimes there is a slight delay when using the Bluetooth connection for Apple TV. There is no user manual so you have to learn that there is a long press and a short press available for many buttons on the remote. I like the fact that the remote is backlit and that the IOS app is relatively easy to use. It is best for someone who is willing to go through a learning curve and do some customization. It works best by keeping other remotes in the drawer and using the Harmony remote or app exclusively

I own two Harmony 1100's, Harmony1 and the 880. I purchased this remote because I needed a RF remote. I am pleasantly surprised how easy this remote was to program and how well it works. I originally DID NOT want to spend the money it took to purchase but now that I have and using it, I feel it was well worth the price.

This is a nice system, but the set up is not as simple as implied, be patient. Once it is set up, it is extremely flexible and reliable. It is over kill if you have “simple” needs though.

Had the Harmony Ultimate and just recently upgraded to the Elite. Slightly faster process and set is about the same. Switching from one program to another has a little lag time (e.g switching from Apple or Roku to cable box, etc). Buttons have been rearranged compared to previous..... better positioning.

To program this remote well, you practically need Computer Science degree. Fortunately, I have one! I'd suggest you get a techie friend to help you, if you are trying to do anything complex... It is worth the effort to plan how you want your devices to interact before you get started programming it!

This product is easy to use and works well with my system. We had it installed by the Geek Squad and were very glad we did. It does things that we did not know it did which were very well explained by the installer. I would urge you to have it professionally installed if you have a complicated system

Had the Harmony 900 and loved it. Quit working after 6 years. It is no longer available so we had to settle for something that would control components in a closet. Not quite the same but works as advertised.

I had a Harmony One for 12 years and the only reason I replaced it was I because stepped on it late at night and really messed up the screen. I replaced it with the Harmony Elite and like it just as much. Logitech make quality products.

Works great and was easy to set up. Has an IR transmitter on the remote as well as RF functionality so I can keep the hub in another room and still control the projector in my theatre without having to run an IR blaster from the hub.

I really like the ability to use voice control through Amazon Alexa enabled devices. Another bonus is that you no longer have to plug the remote in to your computer to update it. The app and wireless updates/control is very convenient.

Bought this for my new home theater system. I run tv, dvd blueray, apple tv, amazon fire stick; I love the touch screen and scroll function. My cable tv menu pops up when I watch tv, Apple tv and Sony dvd work flawless. This device is truly a one shop wonder. Highly recommend it

Purchased to replace older Logitech. Setup was a snap. Logged in and let app do the rest, almost plug and play easy. Programming favs was a breeze. Truly a one click unit w/o any co fusion. Very glad I spent $$ for the extra features. RF is immensely useful with our furniture and cabinetry.

Installed several of these remotes for customers that have a lot of devices and don't want to mess around with 2 dozen remotes. Once setup, very easy to operate. One great feature of this particular model is the separate module to remotely control devices inside a cabinet or furniture.

Easy to program, easy to use, all my electronics have profiles which is in itself hard to find these days. Also, I bought an off the shelf 40 dollar MCM line level controller with IR remote control and yep a driver for that exists as well. Impressive. Also, I had this remote programmed in about 15 minutes.

I've had 3 harmony remotes before and this was the hardest to set up. Fortunately, Logitech gives you 90 free support, otherwise I would have returned it. Once I finally got it set up properly, I am fairly happy with it, especially since it works with Alexa. I use Alexa to turn things on and off and then use the much easier to use Xfinity voice activated remote to do the rest. So was it worth the money? Yes and no. The Xfinity remote could not change my TVs inputs. Since I can use Alexa's voice activation the system works for me. Without the Alexa activation, I would have returned it.
