Remote works as advertised, easy to setup with the software also. Once I got all the components added the activities worked and everything switched to the programmed settings with one press on the touchscreen. Very cool.

It is a very sad day, buy these while you can. Definitely a great product that has quite a bit of potential. Works amazing and is a must for a nice home theater. I'll be really sad when support for these stops.

Excellent remote. It figures as soon as I buy it logitech stops making them. As long as they support the product the way they say they'll do I'll be happy. So far it has been a great buy that I should have made sooner.

Love my harmony elite. Have it working with my google home and makes life convenient when I can control my electronics as well as lights in my home. Will probably get another later on for other rooms. Definitely recommend!

We originally bought this to use in place of the Apple TV remote, which we hate. The Logitech works great for that purpose. We have since connected it to the smartthings hub and Alexa and have really been impressed with the level of functionality!

The RF feature is wonderful. Works perfectly through cabinet doors and aiming the remote at the hub is not necessary at all. The IR from the blasters bounces nicely within the cabinet as well and all components respond well.

I miss the full number pad of the non-touch screen version, slows down operation in some cases where parental controls are enabled - otherwise, another great Harmony remote. Not a huge fan of the latest updates to the app. They have tried to make it simple to use/foolproof, however that comes as the expense of some customizations that are needed in certain scenarios (e.g. when using smart TV with external receiver that has HDMI power controls, need to be able to disable certain toggles and audio selections). Annoying, but does not make it unusable.

All of my gear is in a remote location. Just the TV mounted on the wall makes for a very clean space-saving installation. I did most of the programming myself. Harmony tech support helped get everything working flawlessly. Probably should have got the Geek Squad to come out and do the programming.

Great all in one remote that does everything it says it will. I only have three devices currently attached to it and planning on adding more. Great tool to have for theatre room of any sort.

I spent a little more than I wanted but this is a great remote. It has two sensors so I’m always in range. It feels good when in your hand and responds quickly when a device is selected. The little gear icon in the upper left is always available when you get out of sync!

We just installed the Logitech Harmony Elite. Wow, is it nice having only ONE remote control for all the components in our home theatre. What from I've read this unit can control so much more than just the theatre components and we'll take some time and explore.

I've always had Harmony Remotes for my home entertainment but this might be my last. Logitech wants you to do the setup through the Harmony app which is not designed very well. The first thing you do is pair the hub to your home wifi through the app. Well, my hub did not feel like pairing for over 45 min. Logitech's support page offered little to no help and you can't plug the hub into your computer. After that ordeal was over the app takes you through the arduously slow set up process. Even though I have 150mbps up and down for home internet I found that settings took between 45 to 90 seconds to sync to the hub/remote. For my home theater set up I have a receiver which 8 devices connect to and then display on the TV through HDMI 1. The TV input should ALWAYS be HDMI 1 regardless of the activity. During setup the app wants you to test activities, testing takes about 5 min while the app syncs to the hub etc. Every single time I added a new activity the remote would not keep the TV on HDMI 1 but instead set it to Cable channel 134. I would then have to go in an manually edit the activity and reset the TV input to HDMI 1. Then I would have to wait for it to sync and test again. Over all this made each activity set up painfully 15 min long and I had 15 activities to add. Once you finally get the remote set up its as good as previous generations. I just think Logitech made it needlessly complicated to use.. that's why I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Overall works very well. Only issue is the smaller touchpad for number pad functions when simulating cable remote functions for selecting a channel.

This has proven to be a good universal remote for my surround sound TV. It is a little to sensitive at times and not sensitive enough at others. But I am learning to work with it.

Harmony has a huge database of devices to control. I like that I can control all my entertainment system with one remote, but also all of my smart home. Its expensive but worth it. The setup (adding devices, customizing buttons, etc) can be tricky for some people.

This is my fourth Logitech remote, so I love the product. Took a little bit to get used to. Not a huge fan of the hub as it can be intermittent, so I reverted back to my IR repeater I had in my cabinet and all signals work great. Love the remote and how I can customize it.

This is my fourth Logitech remote. I’ve had one for each room, but this replaces a 700 model I had in our living room. Very pleased so far, but am still learning all the various tricks I can program it for. Will update again once I’ve had more time to learn all the features

Best all purpose remote out. I bought this as a backup since I just learned Logitech decided not to make them anymore. WHY???There are no good alternatives out there please bring it back logitech!

More expensive than most other universal remotes but if you have anything inside cabinets it is totally worth it.Easy set up and the activities buttons dummy proof the whole set up. Wont have to write a novel explaining to house sitters or baby sitters how to use the system.

This remote is perfect. What I like. It is a quality build. It has a touch screen. It consolidated my fire tv, Apple TV, tv, and DVR into one remote. The setup was simple. The remote is logically layed out. The charging cradle is a great setup. Finally a remote that does it all, without limitations!!
