Remote works as advertised, easy to setup with the software also. Once I got all the components added the activities worked and everything switched to the programmed settings with one press on the touchscreen. Very cool.

Wow, an item that actually works better than expected. Once setup this makes remote control of receiver, TV, cable box, streaming services, lights, exterior speakers and more a piece of cake. We can even connect it to Alexa and control system by oral commands. Would highly recommend.

The RF feature is wonderful. Works perfectly through cabinet doors and aiming the remote at the hub is not necessary at all. The IR from the blasters bounces nicely within the cabinet as well and all components respond well.

This is a great way to combine the entertainment features with home automation. I programmed this remote for the Bose system, TiVo, Apple TV, Blu Ray player, Ecobee thermostats and Hue lights. It's nice to be able to control everything from one device.

I absolutely love the remote. Works with Alexa. The remote is responsive and you don't even have to point at the TV because it works with wi-fi. Also good that you can download the app and control your TV with your phone - great for those times you let the battery die on the remote.

I have the Logitech Home remote and thought this might be a nice upgrade because of the Hue buttons, etc. However, the flaw in the design is the touch screen being too close to the edges. When I would put it back in the base, I would often touch the sides along the screen - which would then turn the TV back on. This happened often enough that I took it back.

Love my harmony elite. Have it working with my google home and makes life convenient when I can control my electronics as well as lights in my home. Will probably get another later on for other rooms. Definitely recommend!

Excellent remote. It figures as soon as I buy it logitech stops making them. As long as they support the product the way they say they'll do I'll be happy. So far it has been a great buy that I should have made sooner.

No more clutter! This remote makes life so much easier. I used to have a harmony 900, while it was great, it was a pain to setup. This one is light years ahead and so much easier to setup. I love it! And my wife doesn’t complain about trying to figure out how to use it lol

Great remote. Bought to upgrade from a cheaper logitech. Needed smart device integration. Does everything as advertised, but still wish it was more around $250 rather then $350. Only reason to knock off a star.

It is a very sad day, buy these while you can. Definitely a great product that has quite a bit of potential. Works amazing and is a must for a nice home theater. I'll be really sad when support for these stops.

Remote itself is good as it can control many devices. But, the biggest disappointment is the ‘Battery life’. It discharges very quick and I have to recharge it at least 3 times a week provided that I use it for 5-10 mins max. It has been sitting permanently on the charging station since last 6 months as whenever I wanted to use it the battery showed almost nothing. Thought many times about returning it to Logitech but they said this is how the battery life is.

This remote can do just about anything. Tied in with my smarthub and alexa very easily and now alexa can turn on my tv, adjust volume and can even skip ahead and back. The app interface for customizing this is super easy as well. Had a harmony one that i loved,b ut this upgrade was well worth it!

Setup went very well. I liked the network scan option that automatically detects devices. The only thing I had to add manually was my cable box. Easy enough. This ONE remote took the place of 5 other remotes. Getting to each device is simple.

I was looking for a universal remote that made life easier. I was getting tired of switching between 3 different remotes when I wanted to watch tv. I found my way to this remote while researching online and it lives up to its reputation. Very user friendly and the remote is completely customizable.

Not a huge fan of these types of remotes, being that it runs everything and if something goes wrong than everything goes wrong. Some signal issues, but besides that it is working just fine

I've owned serval harmony remote and this one is the best by far. Easy set up and easy operation, even the kids can use it with ease. I love that everybody has to option to work everything from their phone. No more lost remotes.

Very difficult to program, this is my 3rd harmony remote, had to get tech support on the line, even then they had to "use" other model devices to get my Panasonic TV, DVD-Blueray, and Verizon Set Top Box to work.

Overall works very well. Only issue is the smaller touchpad for number pad functions when simulating cable remote functions for selecting a channel.

With multiple components to program, this remote made the job quick and easy to do. Set up three different scenes - watch TV, watch movie, watch Roku. Impressed with the touchscreen for the remote providing all of the icons for Roku. Worth every penny.
