Great all in one remote for controlling my Pioneer AV receiver, Sony TV, Sony DVD player and LuTron Caseta lighting. Allows me to hide all the components in an entertainment center and control even when the doors are closed.

Remote itself is good as it can control many devices. But, the biggest disappointment is the ‘Battery life’. It discharges very quick and I have to recharge it at least 3 times a week provided that I use it for 5-10 mins max. It has been sitting permanently on the charging station since last 6 months as whenever I wanted to use it the battery showed almost nothing. Thought many times about returning it to Logitech but they said this is how the battery life is.

Great remote. Bought to upgrade from a cheaper logitech. Needed smart device integration. Does everything as advertised, but still wish it was more around $250 rather then $350. Only reason to knock off a star.

Great product. It works ALL my home entertainment items. Glad I purchased. It even has a app which lets me work everything on my phone. Just one problem, it needs to be changed every two to three days depending on usage.

I have the Logitech Home remote and thought this might be a nice upgrade because of the Hue buttons, etc. However, the flaw in the design is the touch screen being too close to the edges. When I would put it back in the base, I would often touch the sides along the screen - which would then turn the TV back on. This happened often enough that I took it back.

This remote can do just about anything. Tied in with my smarthub and alexa very easily and now alexa can turn on my tv, adjust volume and can even skip ahead and back. The app interface for customizing this is super easy as well. Had a harmony one that i loved,b ut this upgrade was well worth it!

I completely love this remote and how easy it is to use and setup. Just love how to be able to use just one remote for all my devices including not just my TV but also my sound bar, AC, thermostat, lights and how well it works with Alexa I just love it..HIGHLY RECCOMEND

I've owned serval harmony remote and this one is the best by far. Easy set up and easy operation, even the kids can use it with ease. I love that everybody has to option to work everything from their phone. No more lost remotes.

This remote works well most of the times. Frequently it does not perform the asked for task. You have to push the soft button several times to get it to turn on the requested activity.

I was looking for a universal remote that made life easier. I was getting tired of switching between 3 different remotes when I wanted to watch tv. I found my way to this remote while researching online and it lives up to its reputation. Very user friendly and the remote is completely customizable.

Very difficult to program, this is my 3rd harmony remote, had to get tech support on the line, even then they had to "use" other model devices to get my Panasonic TV, DVD-Blueray, and Verizon Set Top Box to work.

One remote instead five! It is the only way to go! I had the first model that I bought in 2005 and loved it. The new model is way better but I still need to come up to speed with it. I have had it for only a short time but I could not live without it.

Very nice unit, one complaint is the fact if you want to enter a number for the station into the remote this has to be done very carefully. I'm still having trouble doing this.

The product is good but it is priced too high This item should be priced at a lot less I enjoy its performance as it also controls The ring cameras also . I just would like to see the price of the product come down some

Good overall experience, touch screen a bit too sensitive. Set up pretty straight forward if you familiar with programming other harmony remotes

Needed to upgrade my remote when we got some new furniture and was having issues with the signal getting to all of the components. This one has no issues with the signal, once you take the time to set it up (not the easiest) it's pretty good.

Great upgrade from my Harmony One. The on screen display and ability to customize favorite channels makes this a step above. Lightweight, quick charge, simply fantastic remote that turns everything on with one touch and controls everything including my lights!!!

This is an upgrade from the previous logitech I had and I like the app. It's a little cumbersome to get set up, but after that it's good. Wish it had a voice feature built into the remote for so much money.

The remote works as advertised. Sometimes the touch screen is a bit slow to react while other times it's super sensitive. Connectivity is good meaning it hasn't lost wifi signal yet. So far so good. Kind of pricey.

I've had some of the high end remotes in the past and this remote is right up there with some of the best. It's very easy to program, it's does most of the programming for you, just looked it over and save. It took me around 10 minutes and it was ready to use. Also the channel icons was a great addition
