I have owned several Harmony Remotes. This one is the best by far. Easy to program and use. Very convenient and durable. I am pleased with the purchase. The Geek Squad did a wonderful job.

Short answer: me. This is the third Harmony remote I've had in the past 12 years or so. Every one has been solid and gotten easier to use and configure over the years. Even with a ton of remote apps between phones and tablets, you still can't beat the experience with this ideal form factor.

had to use 3 remotes at times to watch movies. decided to get on black Friday sale. it was tedious to set up and learn how to use. did not come with much assistance, but was able to get assistance online. was able to get alexa to control it as well, but it took time.

Needed to upgrade my remote when we got some new furniture and was having issues with the signal getting to all of the components. This one has no issues with the signal, once you take the time to set it up (not the easiest) it's pretty good.

Very responsive for the most part, controls many brands devices which is also a major plus. User friendly interface as well as a great feel in hand. Would recommend as your main remote if you have a smart home and don’t want to use an iPad for control.

In one control device performs all the functions related to watching TV - channel control, volume control, access to recorded programs, streaming services, bose sound system, etc. Has a help system to get all devices operating together, if needed.

The product is good but it is priced too high This item should be priced at a lot less I enjoy its performance as it also controls The ring cameras also . I just would like to see the price of the product come down some

I have had this for six months now. Once had to reset as the little monitor on the remote was not responding to touch, but other than that, have not had any issues.

Good overall experience, touch screen a bit too sensitive. Set up pretty straight forward if you familiar with programming other harmony remotes

Very easy to get setup, configuration from the phone was a handy versus the old way where you had to hook it up to your computer to set it up. Like the repeaters to allow for better signal in cabinets.

Not so easy to program, but easier than most universal remotes. A little buggy in that sometimes buttons work, sometimes they don't. But certainly better than multiple remotes.

Really like the item. Nice features to go along with high-end TV purchase. Item is pricey, but needed a good quality remote control for something that is used everyday.

This is the first universal I have ever used. I am impressed with that variance of products it works with and how smoothly it works. I have not have one issue and the programming is fairly simple. I am even impressed how well it works with my Apple Tv and other devices that are a little older.

Not a fan of the touch screen. It is far to sensitive. But, it is nice to have just 1 remote control every device. All my other remotes are in a drawer. Just this one is out.

Harmony program works when it feels like.. sometimes the remote cable works and there’s no way to buy another one.. but when it works I love the remote!

My home is a smart house that was done 2002. The AMX system controlled all entertainment, when I started having issues someone suggested the Logitech controller and it has worked well!!

These remove devices are amazingly convenient and provide excellent access to all the electronics in the room from your armchair. Only downside is I've only owned them for a month and, as with all electronics, time will tell. But so far so good

This was the best choice for us with what was out there. - The shape of the remote is weird - the fat part of the remote is where your hand goes. This makes it a bit difficult to hold the remote and press the buttons (on screen) for medium/small hands. - I'm not too keen on the internal rechargeable batteries. Have to remember to put on the cradle every night. - Must set default channel when turning on (if you can change this, I haven't found it) + You can use your mobile devices as a remote as well. + You can set your favorite channels on the favorites screen with logos.

I have a large home theater system with many components, some of the a little obscure. Now i have one controller that controls everything. Super easy to set up, took less than an hour and worked from the beginning with no tweaking! Highly recommended.

We lost our TV remote and also have multiple components in the living room, this remote was easy to set up and works with everything flawlessly. The bonus was that teaching my wife and kids to use it was very easy and they have had no issues.
