Overall pretty good but a bit of a delay when changing inputs. Works good if you want to keep your stereo equipment hidden in a closet due to the WiFi connectivity.

Seems to be working fine. Was a little overkill for us but everything is working. Digging the charging cradle and never losing the remote again.

This is the first universal I have ever used. I am impressed with that variance of products it works with and how smoothly it works. I have not have one issue and the programming is fairly simple. I am even impressed how well it works with my Apple Tv and other devices that are a little older.

This was the best choice for us with what was out there. - The shape of the remote is weird - the fat part of the remote is where your hand goes. This makes it a bit difficult to hold the remote and press the buttons (on screen) for medium/small hands. - I'm not too keen on the internal rechargeable batteries. Have to remember to put on the cradle every night. - Must set default channel when turning on (if you can change this, I haven't found it) + You can use your mobile devices as a remote as well. + You can set your favorite channels on the favorites screen with logos.

The agent made a video on my iPhone that explained how to use it. I don't need a Roku with my Samsung TV. We get reception over the air, Spectrum TV app, and Amazon Prime video. This was purchased 7/29/20. Installed 9/16/20.

Set up of remote fairly straight forward utilizing the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.Hub connected with ease, and setting up Samsung TV, Direct TV and Bose sound bar went smoothly. Also connected to Smartthings as well as the other smart devices in my home. Had issues with remote locking up and app on phone working for a time but then stopped controlling things. After a factory reset and re-sync seems to be working. Will give it some time before I decide if I'll keep it. Have received a few emails from Harmony offering help etc so actually kind of impressed with that.

This universal remote is very inconsistent, it jumps around due to it's sensitive touch and I still have difficulty accessing my FM toner and a few other devices.

I have this integrated with my google home through ifttt, and it works very well via the phone app as well. Purchased the cables and adapters recommended at http://www.avsforum.com/forum/93-remote-control-area/1734177-extending-harmony-ir-mini-blasters.html to get some additional length

Works well with both IR and IP setup. It would be great if we could customize the start/end commands of an activity. But being discontinued, hopefully they will continue to support these for years to come.

This unit is as advertised. Takes some work to understand how to program - definitely program using your computer, not on the unit itself. Has all the flexibility you could ever want or need. you Tube helps.

Excellent universal remote! I'm controlling my Samsung TV Denon reciever Roku 4 Amazon fire TV Xbox 1 All are in another room. The two IR blasters are routed through a wall for the TV and Xbox1. Works great but the battery is a little small, needs recharging every other day. Love it

Very versatile controller. Easiest item I have ever seen that allows me to control multiple devices with a single unit. Only downside for me is that the buttons are too small - I have very large hands.

The Logitech remote has been a game changer in our home theater. It is able to control the entirety of our tv from Disney+ to Dish. It is even able to control the lighting in the room.

Best remote I ever purchased. I am able to control all my home theater items like amplifier, cable box, CD player and fire stick with one control. It’s going to save me a lot of money on batteries replacement also.

The ability to hit one button to turn on all of your items to the right inputs, is worth the money alone. It was easy to set up using the phone app to program all of the activities. Glad to be rid of 6 remotes. I shouldn't have waited so long to buy. The price is a deterrent, but worth it.

This remote is the brains of the operation. I can't image having all my theater components and not using this one remote to power them. It is easy to use and so intuitive. Don't be intimidated, it's dummy proof. And yes, it is worth the money. Trust me!

This remote was very easy to set up and works great with my components that are located in another room. The IR blasters included work great, and the activity list allows one touch operation of common functions. The ability to create or edit activities on my ipad is a great feature as well.

Cody Smith recommended this remote a few months back for another TV. Itvfc was an excellent suggestion. Liked it so well that we purchased another one for a second TV, and had Cody program it. We're very satisfied.

Before I purchased this Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote, I was using the Harmony One for at least the last 7 years. Logitech has made improvements in the remote's functionality. This Logitech remote performs excellently with all of my Home Theater components. Thank you Logitech.
