Need better connection to parts inside a cabinet. Not always turns the pieces on an off. The keypad is too sensitive. Otherwise, good.

about two weeks ago, the Geek Squard sent a contractor to solve my isssue--no sound on Netflick and prime. Recomended a new receiver Ron solved the issue with an optical cable. He then reprogramed the Harmony A first class job

Great device if you are controlling multiple devices and some of those items are hidden. Helps with no line of sight. Digital remote could be more advanced.

I have had several Harmony remotes in the past with pretty good success but there were some limitations. I was hesitant to purchase the harmony Elite due to the price difference but the purchase was worth every penny as it solved virtually all the limitations of the previous models.

This is a great system - allowed us to park 4 separate remote controls and consolidate all into this simple to use device. We had help programming it from the Geek Squad but it seemed pretty straight forward. Love it!

Best remote that you can program yourself! Very disappointed that Logitech are discontinuing their harmony remotes,but I guess that's what happens when kids only watch on their phones.

We like the remote but we had several connection issues. It freezes a lot also. We like that it eliminates having tons of controls.

Functions well and controls all my devices as advertised. Pricy but well worth it if you have a coffee table with 10 remotes on it!

Love this remote. Only problem was a older Sony DVD recorder had to be manually entered for all buttons.

I've been through many universal remotes and I've gotten all the Logitech remotes. This one by far is the best! I used to have problems with certain devices but not anymore. This remote handles all my components and even my smart home devices like a dream. Couldn't be happier.

Using this remote to control numerous devices makes life so much easier. This remote allow you to program activities like, "watch a movie." With one tap on the screen, the remote turns on the TV, turns on the Blue Ray, turns on the sound system and starts the movie! Easy. Love it!

Very easy to setup if you follow directions. Alexa integrates flawlessly. My family loves not having5 remotes to run the tv and etc. Follow the instructions and do not rush setup and you will be pleased! Make sure to use both if blasters.

Over all this unit performs as advertised. Activity and Device buttons would have been better off as hard buttons to avoid inadvertent presses. Would have preferred the remote to be both RF and IR.

Nice remote. You can have all your other remotes programmed onto this remote. This consolidation makes for ease of use. It takes a little getting use to for all the functions on this remote.

Interface is good. Nice to be able to only have one remote. A lot of features on this remote. I’m happy.

I can turn on multipe devices with the push of a single button. There is a slight delay but not too bad that I would return the product. Works great with my google home.

I love Logitech remotes. I bought this one to replace another one from Logitech. This remote was super easy to set up. It works like a charm & with the Harmony Hub I can control other smart devices including Hue lights & Ecobee thermostat. Highly recommended!

The only remote to get. It works with almost all equipment and does everything a custom install would - without the hassle of dealing with a third party. Very reliable and consistent operation.

When we purchased our surround sound system we had so many remotes so we had to consolidate. We weren’t sure which remote we were going to end up with so I decided to get the Harmony elite, by far the best remote that’s out on the market today

A good remote, but not perfect. A bit slow in the automated routines, and very finicky charging stand. Does the job for a LOT of $$$
