Functions well and controls all my devices as advertised. Pricy but well worth it if you have a coffee table with 10 remotes on it!

I had a bit of a difficult time setting this one up. I generally consider myself to be somewhat handy. Needed some help. But once "set up", it has worked well so far. There are so many features that you can spend days customizing.

I think that you get a lot of remote for the money. Color touch screen and free app, and it is very easy to program. However, I have often had to call tech support more than once to get everything working properly. They will upon request just complete the programming for me. :)

Best remote that you can program yourself! Very disappointed that Logitech are discontinuing their harmony remotes,but I guess that's what happens when kids only watch on their phones.

I have several remotes. This one went back. Too convoluted to set up. Constantly failed to setup properly. Too many different products and it’s not possible to buy the one you need.

I had an older Harmony remote which was much more difficult to program and use. Additionally, the ability to use a cell phone to control my entertainment system is very handy. It handles everything I have thrown at it so far.

This remote is great. I can control all if my devices in my home theater from the remote as well as the Harmony app. Setup was easy and fast. The only thing I can hope for with an update is a better app to control the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Other than that, I love it.

Nice remote. You can have all your other remotes programmed onto this remote. This consolidation makes for ease of use. It takes a little getting use to for all the functions on this remote.

A good remote, but not perfect. A bit slow in the automated routines, and very finicky charging stand. Does the job for a LOT of $$$

Have had problems since it was installed. It working at the WiFi 2.4 band is a problem with band contention. It should never be used in an Apartment building. Frustrating dropouts can occur do to band crowding. Changing 2.4 channels will not solve the problem. It also needs to be simplified from a programing and operational standpoint. Switching on its own from an Activity mode to a device Mode is frustrating. When it works it is excellent.

The only remote to get. It works with almost all equipment and does everything a custom install would - without the hassle of dealing with a third party. Very reliable and consistent operation.

If you want to combine all of your remotes, this is the thing you want. However, be prepared to tinker with the UI until you get everything exactly how you want

This is a great remote for using with devices behind cabinets. Sometimes it doesn't always work with my TV and I have to manually fix it. Overall I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

Really like this remote , had a different remote that I returned , this remote I like , always liked Logitech products , easy to use , and easy to program , they do have a newer remote available, but I will stick with this one for now

I originally bought this to replace the first all in one remote that we got. However the wife didn't like only for the fact that some thing changed. She has later loved the remote since she got used to it. Fun to connect and what it can do!

I love this system! I have one set in my living room & another in the TV room. Switching between them is easy & quick, and I have full control over everything. Setup was simple & easily configurable.

Love this remote. Only problem was a older Sony DVD recorder had to be manually entered for all buttons.

Powerful, configurable, and a pleasure to use. I can now control my Hue Lighting, Nest thermostat and home theater from one place. The hub allows me to use my Amazon Echo to control my tv, blue ray, and streaming devices. Not that easy to set up but worth the effort.

This remote is my second one. My first one finally wore out after Nearly 10 years . I love being able to operate multiple devices with one remote and also one that it is capable of radiating through wood, because our components are in a cabinet. It is the best remote ever.

Great product. Not that hard to setup, but does take a little bit of time. Makes using all of your devices very easy. A little pricey.
