Great wireless Remote and Smart HUB. The keyboard back lighting is very nice and the LCD Display is an excellent way to select channels. Highly recommend this product

I have older Harmony 700 that was showing its age AND I am so glad I spent more money to get a great remote paired with the Smart Home hub. Was easy to transfer my old detail into new remote, so got up and running flawlessly. My wife and I both love this Elite remote

I had a bit of a difficult time setting this one up. I generally consider myself to be somewhat handy. Needed some help. But once "set up", it has worked well so far. There are so many features that you can spend days customizing.

Remote is awesome. Having a smart remote controller makes watching tv an idle experience. Having all your device connected to one remote is easier and hassle free. Setup is pretty ease as well and controller is rechargable (no more batteries). Overall get device to purchase.

...but definitely devote a day's worth of time to setting it up. Installation is relatively straightforward, but spend the time doing it right and it can be done without a professional setup.

I have used many high end universal remotes where i have spent thousands on the unit and then thousands in configuration. This unit is so easy to setup and works flawlessly. I will never buy those ridiculous thousand dollar remotes ever again.

This is a welcome change to prior urniversal remotes. It is easy to set up saved me 150bucks. The whole process was maybe 40 minutes. The toughest part was getting behind my TV to find where all the devices were plugged in and to get the model numbers for the devices.

Have had problems since it was installed. It working at the WiFi 2.4 band is a problem with band contention. It should never be used in an Apartment building. Frustrating dropouts can occur do to band crowding. Changing 2.4 channels will not solve the problem. It also needs to be simplified from a programing and operational standpoint. Switching on its own from an Activity mode to a device Mode is frustrating. When it works it is excellent.

Love this remote, sadly it is being discontinued and it is expensive. We have replaced several of these and each one has been improved but price is out of line with no other options.

I love this system! I have one set in my living room & another in the TV room. Switching between them is easy & quick, and I have full control over everything. Setup was simple & easily configurable.

I had an older Harmony remote which was much more difficult to program and use. Additionally, the ability to use a cell phone to control my entertainment system is very handy. It handles everything I have thrown at it so far.

This universal remote works better than my last one in that the TV always comes on when I turn it in. The problem is that sometimes it is hard to get to the appropriate screen to turn it on.

Great product. Not that hard to setup, but does take a little bit of time. Makes using all of your devices very easy. A little pricey.

Works well in replacing most functions of a number of remotes, but without numbers it makes selecting channels more difficult than necessary.

Bought this as a backup to my harmony 950 once I heard logitech wasn’t making these remotes anymore. Easy to setup, control lights, audio and video equipment. Even programmed my robot vacuum.

I think that you get a lot of remote for the money. Color touch screen and free app, and it is very easy to program. However, I have often had to call tech support more than once to get everything working properly. They will upon request just complete the programming for me. :)

I have several remotes. This one went back. Too convoluted to set up. Constantly failed to setup properly. Too many different products and it’s not possible to buy the one you need.

I had some issues with connectivity for setup which eventually resolved after numerous attempts of doing the same thing. Once it was set up it works great ! And able to control devices I wasn’t able to before.

This has been my go-to remote and even my parents can use it. It takes some getting used to but I love only having 1 remote and it is compatible with Alexa--"Alexa turn on the TV". It doesn't get any easier!

If you want to combine all of your remotes, this is the thing you want. However, be prepared to tinker with the UI until you get everything exactly how you want
