When it works correctly it can be great by controlling all components of a home theatre system from one remote. However, if frequently fails to connect all devices which require you to go into the system diagnostic functions to correct the problem. If that doesn't work you can try turning the remote off and then on. For the price you would expect a better product and the end user documentation is extremely limited.

Really like this remote , had a different remote that I returned , this remote I like , always liked Logitech products , easy to use , and easy to program , they do have a newer remote available, but I will stick with this one for now

This remote is great. I can control all if my devices in my home theater from the remote as well as the Harmony app. Setup was easy and fast. The only thing I can hope for with an update is a better app to control the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Other than that, I love it.

I originally bought this to replace the first all in one remote that we got. However the wife didn't like only for the fact that some thing changed. She has later loved the remote since she got used to it. Fun to connect and what it can do!

This does exactly what I needed. I was searching for a remote that could control all of my smart devices and this was it. I would buy again.

Works great for my AV equipment behind cabinet doors. Four stars due to I could not get it to program to my thermostat like it is supposed to do.

This is a great remote for using with devices behind cabinets. Sometimes it doesn't always work with my TV and I have to manually fix it. Overall I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

I was so sick of multiple remotes--this replaces EVERYTHING works the dvd, tv, blue ray player, music, Netflix, amazon, sound bar--EVERYTHING--and it works through the doors where we have the electronics stored-- best thing ever!

Product would receive 5 stars if the battery lasted longer, I have 3 of these and it seems like I’m always using the phone app because these things are always charging

Powerful, configurable, and a pleasure to use. I can now control my Hue Lighting, Nest thermostat and home theater from one place. The hub allows me to use my Amazon Echo to control my tv, blue ray, and streaming devices. Not that easy to set up but worth the effort.

This remote is my second one. My first one finally wore out after Nearly 10 years . I love being able to operate multiple devices with one remote and also one that it is capable of radiating through wood, because our components are in a cabinet. It is the best remote ever.

Great product, but make sure if you have an older product that you know the codes or have the original remote, particularly for stacks.

I have used Harmony for years. A few weeks ago I tried out the Savant which was absolutely HORRIBLE. I returned it to Best Buy and bough this Harmony Elite. Harmony is simply the best out their and their database of products is amazing. Keep up the great work, Logitech.

The remote has been working ok having to get use to it I lift for the weekend and I think my little one might have messed something up about to call and find out

Setup and use is so simple, my preteen set up our remote in less than 15 minutes. One button to push enables just the components I need and sets them to the right mode. Makes using my complex home theater a breeze for all in our household, even visitors!

Quality made, easy to hold, tons of features. No batteries we don’t mind the charger cradle. No doubt there is much it can do we are unaware of as its pretty fancy -

The Harmony Elite remote has been a great addition to my home theater system. Initial Setup was easy and quick. Remote works with all my AV system components, Alexa, and Lutron dimmers. My wife is happy that one remote controls everything and she is able to work it.

it takes time and patience to figure out all the details and options, but rf is way more responsive than the ir remote, especially when using your phone or tablet.

I bought this to replace my harmony one. This is a great remote. Not only can you use the remote itself, but also your phone or tablet. Setup was a little hard, I was used to the old software. After about 30 minutes everything worked great. I even have it control my lights.

I have yet to throw a task at the Elite that it can’t handle. The software is easy to use, and every situation is addressed. I’ve used Logitech for 10 years now and the evolution is striking. It’s idiot proof. I can’t say enough good about it.
