I have used the Harmony Elite in the past and even if you don't use the remote and just set up the automation through the app/website, it works great. You can use Alexa to then control the items you set up via the remote. Very happy.

Ties all of my components together seamlessly and works great with Alexa. A few issues with an older Bose system but well put together and fairly easy to set up.

If you have an A/V receiver, with multiple devices (PS4, Roku, Cable Box, etc), then these are a must have. The setup and execution is fairly simple, and the stress it saves you from having to track 4 remotes is priceless.

This is my first Logitech. I grew tired of manually programming remotes and decided to give this a shot. Besides being pretty easy to setup, it works perfectly with my phone app and my Amazon Echo. Definitely consider this one if you're looking for a new remote!

This remote does it all. Works with almost any equipment. Easy to understand programming. Easy to change for new electronics purchases. Even has the ability to input your favorite channels. I do recommend this remote for everyone!!

You must setup online then sync with the remote. It Worked flawlessly and the connection has a very fast response time . I have programed prontos., home theater remotes and old Logitech remotes . Don't pay a professional as this is the easiest best remote out there !

This is the best universal remote you can buy right now. Controls pretty much everything I can think I would need to control with a remote and more. Simple setup on your phone or PC. I found all of my components in the database and was up and running quickly.

I thought it was easy to set up for majority of devices. I bought it to make it easier for my wife and kids to use all the components instead of navigating 4 or 5 remotes

Excellent, currently using with Samsung TV, Roku Stick, and Uverse box in remote location. Needed something because Uverse stopped supporting RF remotes but this works far better and does more.

Overall I like it. I have some equipment that is a little more technical to program to the remote. I am still trying to work out the bugs. Other than that, it is good.

As a longtime Logitec Harmony user, this is a very excellent upgrade and perfect for anyone looking for seamless integration of a remote with a home entertainment system. You can’t go wrong here.

I bought this remote to take the place of 6 other remotes. If you take your time it is pretty easy to setup. I use my iPad now to operate my home theater and even my 5 year old granddaughter can run it.

Takes a little learning curve. Once you learn how to use it, it's so convenient!! I especially like being able to put favorite channel Icons on the remote screen. You can download those icons with simple googling. Highly recommended for somewhat techs savvy people.

I have old movie theater components that would not work with the Harmony 650. Although this unit is more expensive, it is easy to use and one button has all the components working together with ease. No need to point to an infrared sensor on the wall anymore!

I almost went the Control 4 route until I was talked off the ledge and sensibility kicked in. It controls all my devices and it has an app that you can control practically from anywhere! From Lutron to Alexa, it controls it all

Product works great for my needs. It could be improved in a few areas, not as great as my URC RF remote, but d oesnt require paying a professional to install.

This remote can do a lot of things but you must have patience with your Wi-Fi network and the app for this remote. The app for this remote doesn't always work well and the remote itself doesn't always do what it supposed to. When working correctly, this thing is awesome, sadly 60% of the time it doesn't work correctly. I spend more time messing with settings and the app than I do actually using the remote for its intended purpose.

I like this remote it works really good but it is just too touchy compared to my last harmony touch one little button by mistake and sometimes you have to fight with it to get back to whatever you are watching

Bought as a Christmas present for ourselves. Setup was easy, so issues easily handled by tech support. Worked fantastic for months! Then something happened - something changed and it seems to be impossible to straighten out with editing. Tech support is fee based after the first period so I am faced with wiping everything out and trying to redo but this time without tech support. Not exactly as thrilled as I was at first.
