Awesome remote! I love the quick shortcuts. It also looks amazing in the living room! Would reccomend.

The remote itself is great, but the setup was a pain (android user). I had to go through setup 3 x with them to finally get it to work fine. Claimed issue with Sony XBR was a common issue. The app that is used to setup is garbage. They really need to update it. Look at the reviews when downloading it. Once it got fixed, it works great. My concern is the longevity. Logitech will provide support up to 90 days free, after that your on your own. I'd advise getting geek squad protection with it.

This is the best investment I have made !! Had been using 6 remotes before getting the harmony remote but now it's just 1 remote . The best thing is the app which can be downloaded to the phone and operated as a remote. Very satisfied with the product.

I bought this remote to replace my Harmony One, which I had for many years. This remote is much better with many more features. I'm now able to control my Nest Thermostat and my Philips Hue lights along with my home theatre. Very pleased with this device!

Much better than the older one I had and faster to. The only thing I do not like is there is no previous channel button on the remote.

This remote can control the Amazon Fire Stick. Pairing instructions are not clearly stated on the app, but if you choose the Harmony keyboard it will pair and work

Easy to transfer the setup from a previous Harmony remote to this one. Docked 1 star for only a so-so integration with Amazon Alexa. Overall works pretty well.

Very easy to operate all your home theater components. Only minor complaint is the touch screen is very sensitive. If your finger touches the screen accidentally the function will switch. It is very easy to switch back. Just takes a little getting used to.

I had a harmony 900 universal remote before this newer model. This one was much easier to program. I do miss some of the buttons from the 900 that this one doesn't have.

The keys are a little small to see particularly if you are in a dark media room. It is a little challenging to program but you will eventually get it. Otherwise so far so good.

The remote is very good remote...It is not cheap but allows control over all my devices. I have not had the chance to use all the features but so far I have no complaints.

The set up process is not for the typical user. However, if you're willing to do research and have the patience it's definitely worth it! My home theater would be incomplete without it!

This is a replacement for another brand of universal remote (from Universal Remote co) and I would recommend Logitech WAY over the URC. To program Logitech is easy and open. URC requires you to pay someone to use it. Battery life so far has been good.

Overall very satisfied. Impressed by how simple it was to program my components and set up activities. The only thing that I don't care for is the price, it is pretty steep.

This remote is amazing, it works with Google home and gives me the ability to control all my av equipment and my lights with the remote or voice. Good combo

This remote is awesome! Love that it works through a closed door cabinet. You don't need to even aim it at the tv. It allows you to program many of your favorite channels. I highly recommend this product, worth the money!! :)

Software setup runs great - knew all our devices old and new. Needed online help when I upgraded TV. Help resolved issue in minutes - they could see my Harmony system via the net, I should have caught the mistake myself. Strong performance and flexiible.

This is a fantastic addition to our home system. The first one lasted 7+ years --- and this new version is even better. Can't go wrong with purchasing the Remote.

This remote allowed me to hide all of my components behind my TV. The set-up is very easy. The only issue I have experienced is some delay with my Sonos Playbar.

I HAVE HAD A HARMONY REMOTE FOR YEARS. THE ELITE REMOTE IS GOOD FOR MY NEEDS. I ONLY GAVE IT 4 STARS BECAUSE IT IS VERY SENSITIVE.
