I purchased the Harmony Elite remote to replace a high end account unit that required a programmer to come in every time I upgraded my system The Harmony Elite was easy to program and is easy to use. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Awesome remote! I love the quick shortcuts. It also looks amazing in the living room! Would reccomend.

I love this remote. Not sure how I lived without it before. It controls my lights, A/C, and all of my devices. Love that it's touch screen, too, and has a backlit keypad. Will buy more for the rest of my TVs and family members.

This is the best universal remote we have ever had. And I've been buying remotes and TVs with remotes for like at least 25 years. This puppy goes from watching TV to smart TV to our audio system all in this one unit.

Perfect device for controlling all your devices including smart home. Setup instructions are pretty straightforward, but may take a little tweaking to work perfectly. Most home theater devices can be found.

It's more complex than my previous Harmony remote and takes a learning curve for non-techies, but once mastered it does some very convenient things.

I HAVE HAD A HARMONY REMOTE FOR YEARS. THE ELITE REMOTE IS GOOD FOR MY NEEDS. I ONLY GAVE IT 4 STARS BECAUSE IT IS VERY SENSITIVE.

Overall very satisfied. Impressed by how simple it was to program my components and set up activities. The only thing that I don't care for is the price, it is pretty steep.

By far this is the best Harmony remote I have owned to date. I have had a couple of my own and some for friends and family that I have setup. This one allows you to not only use the remote but the app on your phone is just as powerful.

I love having just one device that operates everything! This is so easy to operate and use that I bought a 2nd one for the family room TV!

I have it 4 stars because it's temperamental. It's not always easy to use. But once I figured out how to navigate through the problems, it's definitely a good product to have.

The positive aspects include backlit buttons when the remote is picked up (or moved), touchscreen for activities and devices, and easy set up. Sadly, Logitech is missing features that my LG remote has like: buttons for Netflix, voice activation, and a cursor that I can use to select anything on the TV screen. I tried to use my Google Hub to control Harmony Elite features, but that's a bust, too.

Every Logitech remote I have owned has had quirks. Thankful for the built in “help” button. It would be great if it didnt need the button though.

This can be a bit intimidating to set up so leave yourself some extra time to do it. In theory you might be able to do it all on a phone but I recommend using your computer for the setup. It is worth in the long run. Great remote!

I really don't like that there is physical numbers buttons. I do like that you can program buttons to do 2 actions. Would have been excellent if they didn't remove the numbers.

This is very expensive but the only real option to be able to successfully use alexa to turn on and off my TV. with the included sensors it works great.

This is a fantastic addition to our home system. The first one lasted 7+ years --- and this new version is even better. Can't go wrong with purchasing the Remote.

The elite is a very nice addition to any home Theater. I went from 8 remotes to just the harmony for 95% of everything I need to do. A few rarely used commands I did not bother to teach the harmony and if I find it a problem I will be adding them.

Now this IS a Universal remote control that is easy to set up and easier to operate. This what you expect from Logitech, quality, consumer friendly, reasonbaly priced products.

It is a bit expensive but it replaces my oldest remote control. Very easy to use because of its touch display. Very intuitive and simple to learn. It is a bit harder to program. But once you get hang of it is relatively simple.
