I bought the Harmony Elite to replace a 14 year old Harmony One. The Elite was easy to setup The configuration choices had all my equipment. After using it for a while I glad I went with the Harmony Elite.

Love this remote! Replaced my old Harmony One. I thought I would miss the buttons to choose channels, but because I linked it to Alexa, now I just use voice commands. So much better!

It is a bit expensive but it replaces my oldest remote control. Very easy to use because of its touch display. Very intuitive and simple to learn. It is a bit harder to program. But once you get hang of it is relatively simple.

The elite is a very nice addition to any home Theater. I went from 8 remotes to just the harmony for 95% of everything I need to do. A few rarely used commands I did not bother to teach the harmony and if I find it a problem I will be adding them.

I bought this for a family member. I spent thousands on a Control4 system for my home and this does everything that that does for a fraction of the cost. I wish I would have done this before I got my system.

Best all in one remote . Easy to use Netflix is a dedicated selection , easy to use . Connect everything up and works with Samsung SmartThings

Had the 3350 and it was showing signs of it's age; decided to upgrade and have been pleasantly surprised! The Hub's range is great and setup is ridiculously easy!

Easy to set up many different entertainment items. Anything linked to your WiFi is automatically added to the remote. Love the ability to program all my favorite channels so I don’t have to go through the guide.

Not completely sold on it. The touch screen on it is slow and weirdly sensitive to the touch. Usually takes three or four tries to tap in four numbers to change a channel. The touch screen is not like a smart phone screen that works rapidly and takes no “special touch” to make it work. A “input fix” had to be put into ours by Geek squad as sometimes the Tab picture doesn’t come on, only sound. Weird tech stuff.

I bought this for the family and they all love it!! Easy to set up but does take some time and tweaking. Does not work on PS4 but you can buy an add on to power it up. Otherwise just use the controller to turn on your ps4.

I switched from a "professional" system to this and couldn't be happier. Setup was a breeze. The remote and app provide both simple yet complete control of all devices. I even connected several of my smart home devices with ease.

This is excellent to control all devices. Can be a bit challenging learning all it can do and setting it up properly. We are still working on it but it beats having several remotes

Great remote. This replaced a old Harmany one (That I loved). easy to set up. once logging into account is brought my previous setting right into it.

I've had a basic harmony remote for years now - this one blows it out of the water! It's so nice to have one controller, and to have this awesome touch-screen. Before I'd have to use the App if I wanted something this easy.

One of the best universal remote controls I have ever used. Logitech makes it extremely easy to program the remote and set up different activities. The remote also controls my Nest thermostats and monitors my Nest smoke detectors. Well worth the money.

I have had my Harmony remote now for about two weeks. For $350...ehhh. Would I buy another? Maybe/maybe not.

I purchased this controller based on the advice of the system designer. My wife needs something to make it easier to play movies and switch back to TV. This should do it but I won't know until next month when it gets installed along with the TV.

I bought this remote because it works with Alexa and liked the features it has. Its nice not having to get up to switch each dvd box, cable , game console and fire tv. Put all remotes in a drawer just in case needed.

These remotes are great. Was able to set up custom functions to control my GE light strips when TV turns on/off. Nice to be able to control sound/cable/and lights with one touch.
