Purchased to replace an older version. Ability to copy settings from older unit makes set up a breeze. Harmony universal remotes are the only brand I would ever consider buying.

We recently had Best Buy install surround sound and outdoor speakers and also purchased this to have only ONE remote instead of the multiple ones we had. This one does it all and recharges itself.

We upgraded our Harmony remote and this is wonderful. Works well in controlling a variety of devices (surround sound, DVD, DIRECTV) and providing one touch control. It is VERY responsive and at times too sensitive so should be handled carefully.

Works great for me, but my wife has a lot of problems operating it as she is quite spastic with smaller remotes.

Love, love, love this system. I’ve had harmonies for couple years now and this one is top-of-the-line. Slightly more customizable with the touch screen then the next step down (only six macro on the lesser). Not much else to say.

This unit replaced an older one that was worn down from use after almost ten years. This one’s even better, easier to use, and easy to program. It works both RF and infra red devices. Highly recommended.

The remote is very good but all you really need is the hub. If I did it again,I’d buy just the hub.

We used the Logitech-Harmony Elite remote to clean up the multiple remotes we had laying around the house. This device is amazing and it is very user friendly. I wish we had upgraded to the Logitech a long time ago.

I replaced a much more expensive Control4 remote to control my home theater gear, which is all wired to the basement. Very easy to setup and the pre-pregrammed activities make it very easy for visiting parents to press one button such as "Watch TV"

I had the old Harmony top of the line remote and loved it but since Logitech slimmed it down and made setup extremely simple to setup this remote exceeds the old one by a wide margin

Is handy, especially with ARC compatibility between all major manufacturers of TVs and Home Entertainment devices below par. Remote gets tripped up a lot with syncing.

This is my second Harmony product I have owned. This remote is very easy to set up. A must have if you have more than one remote for your entertainment center.

This is not my first Harmony but definitely the bes i have had. I love i can use it with Amazon's Alexa, also, its very easy to configure. I couldn't connect to my Roku3 but everything else was very easy. Now is connected even with my Nest

Cool to control everything with my voice. Buuuuut, I wish PC support was better. I want to be able to control the mouse with the remote. But no. You can't do that.

If you want to hide cable boxes and DVD players..this is your product! The radio signals instead of infrared signals work perfectly. I have 2 different harmony elite remotes for 2 different rooms. Completely worth the money.

Takes some time to set up but the app to do so is definitely getting better since my first Harmony seven years ago. A good unit.

I purchased this to replace the Harmony remote which broke. The screen size is small compared to the Harmony. I have yet to get this remote to work with my Amazon dot.

Great remote. Geek Squad programmed the remote. The remote is the best that I have had in 20 years. It is one touch operation for most functions and controls DirecTV and all my other components for home theater. I would buy this remote again.

Took the plunge and purchased the more expensive universal remote...glad I did. Once one figures it out, this is pretty easy to work with, radio controlled, and a reasonably intuitive touch screen.

Works great and the IR blasters are super powerful. Gave 4 stars because I think there should always be a number pad that isn’t just touch screen.
