I was a little nervous buying this, but thrilled now. Works great. Easy to use and has a very clean look. I like how you can actually program "steps" so as it can actually turn on your device, go down three steps, select Amazon prime or Netflix, open it and launch with one button. Love it.

I've been a fan of Harmony for years. Long before Logitech bought them. The concept was always fantastic. Rather than searching for codes and trying to make a device learn IR blasts, all you need to do is tell it your device's model numbers. Everything was great until Bluetooth came along. For awhile, Harmony was lacking. Now they have the Harmony Hub. It solves all the problems. Well... at least my problems. The Hub connects to your Wifi so that you can either use your mobile device as a remote, or one of their devices. This means you can send commands to any device in the house from anywhere. The Hub can blast out IR signals and has two ports for additional IR blasters (although most configurations only come with one IR blaster). The worst part of setting it up is collecting your device model numbers and verifying what inputs are needed on your TV. The setup software used to be a download for your computer but now that Mac OS requires 64 bit, you have to use your mobile device or a Windows machine. The only "complaint" I have is that I cannot find where I am able to select what commands a device gets. For instance, my parents main TV cable box is always on. We never turn it off. When choosing to Watch TV, I don't want the blaster sending an instruction to turn on the cable box. It needs to know to control it but do not turn it on or off. This ability seems to be lacking in the iOS app. If you have many devices and want to consolidate, this is the way to go. I am adding a second Hub to my upstairs viewing area soon.

A little overwhelming to get started and program all your devices, but once you do, everything runs very smoothly with little to no lag. It is however a little expensive for just a remote, but if you have a decent home theatre a universal remote like this makes a huge difference.

This is a nice remote and the phone app is what I find myself using the most. My only real gripe with the remote is that the number buttons are quite slender making them harder to push. Other than that, setup is explained well and the remote functions as it should.

Simple to setup and easy to operate. My kids can now turn on everything in our media room with one button.

I've used Harmony Remotes for many years. They are easy to setup and easy to customize. The Harmony Companion can also be used with your phone and it integrates with Alexa. Best remote yet!

If the whole line this is my favorite! Super easy to use and can control many smart devices too. Only downfall is no backlighting which stinks.

Was a little tricky to set up, but with excellent assistance from Logitech support, it works like a charm. Much easier to use than pricey controller that this device replaced. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I'm really happy with this purchase. It's streamlined so it fits in your hand comfortably. I am glad i upgraded to this model, but not sure that the top of the line model would have been worth the extra cash. I have not had any issue with this controller.

One of the best purchases I have ever made! It controls EVERYTHING!! MY fan, my TV, Roku streaming stick, sound bar, xbox, playstation… EVERYTHING. I loved it so much I bought my mom one... and programmed it for her which is also very simple!

This is our 4th Harmony Remote product over the last 15 years. Still use 3 of them.

My old harmony remote had seen better days, and needed to be upgraded. Between my dog using it for a chew toy once or twice and my one year old thinking its his favorite toy, I wanted something either cheaper or more durable. This fit the bill. The remote part itself is much simpler with no screen (which is less attractive to my 1 year old. It is also much cheaper to replace just the remote if it gets destroyed again. I wish they shoved better functions on there than the smart home control buttons, though. They can't be used for my TV/entertainment center, so they are essentially dead buttons on the remote.
