Great remote for those who need a little more than the Directv remote to control things. Like the hub a lot and setup was easy.

This remote is one of my best purchases of all time. It is easy to set up with your phone. You can use your phone as a remote. The physical remote control feels great in your hand and the layout of the buttons is very intuitive. Best of all is the customization of the remote. Make the buttons do whatever you want them to. Highly recommended to all!

Love it. Took a frustratingly long time to figure out setup but once I figured it out it was simple and works very well vs the normal remote only setup. Cant wait to keep building the functions.

Got this remote because I needed the hub to connect to my Fire TV (via bluetooth). Works well with all my other home automation devices. Does lose connectivity every once in a while however. Plus the firmware and remote updating can get annoying at times.

Set up was a bit difficult. I had to put the device outside the Uverse firewall to get it logged into wifi. After it was all done, it works as expected, and the IR blaster allows me to control AV receiver behind cabinet doors.

This was pretty easy to set up. The only glitch I had was with the Amazon Firestick. I had to go into the Firestick setting and adjust the Bluetooth connection which was very easy to do. The remote replaced 3 others that I had to use for Samsung Tv, Bose Soundbar and AT&T Uverse . I highly recommend this remote

I think I should have spent more and got the one with LCD screen. Will probably upgrade down the road. Would be nice if it could learn from a previous/oem remote for other items eg fireplace or other non entertainment item. Good for a starter however.

Very nice way to control all of your Home theater devices. The activity buttons are easy to assign. I do wish the home lighting had more settings, like illuminate when pausing.

A great upgrade from my previous harmony. This remote can also control Philips Hue bulbs and nest thermostats. Very cool!

I was very excited to get this remote until I began to set it up. I wanted something that would control what was in my cabinets (with the door closed). Unfortunately this was not the case. Setting up was not easy. It's not a matter of enter a code and it's stored on the remote. It's download the app, connect the hub, test and retest again. I have two shelves in the cabinet with my equipment. The hub connects to your WiFi and sends an IR signal to turn on the equipment. Great idea until the equipment is on the bottom shelf. Now for the TV. A remote IR sensor is included and it is recommended to have it outside of the cabinet. Well, this kinda defeats the purpose really. I would have to run a sensor outside of the cabinet to get the remote to control the TV. I ended up routing it through the wall and put the included IR sensor about an inch from the TV receiving sensor. After about an hour of messing with this thing and calling the customer service line, I finally got it to work. OH, by the way I actually purchased another sensor to control my equipment on the lower shelf in the cabinet. With all this work done, I was ready to enjoy the fruit of my labor. Instead, I get spotty turn ons and normally have to turn the TV on separately or the cable box separately. I still end up using more than one remote. To me this was not worth the money I spent on it. It may work if you want to route sensors all over and see the wires. This defeated the purpose in my application. Waste of money.

the ability to have the app on my phone makes this Logitech Harmony Companion worth it. The setup take a bit and integration with Google Home was rough but works

Easy to program. Not backlight. Do on the dark room, it's a hassle to operate. Buttons are small and not intuitive.

Pretty good for setting up my entertainment system, would be better if IR were included also. Unable to get my TV set up so still need the TV remote for power, but definitely works as advertised. I have not used the smart home features with this remote.

This is the first device that actually did what it advertised. I was able to mothball 4 remotes and simplify the functionality that was offered by the audio and video equipment I had acquired over time. Now my whole family has the ability to easily manage the home theatre set up using their apple devices.

I found this to be very useful with all my devices. What makes it worth more than just a universal remote is the hub, you can place your items anywhere and have other devices talk to it to control your living room. Well worth the setup headache.

Love this remote! I have all of my electronics hidden behind my tv stand and it just makes it look that much better! Sometimes the remote has issues starting it, but the app on my phone works just fine for it. All in all, totally worth the money!
