The Harmony remote was relatively easy to set up, at least that's what I thought. I had all devices connected and even had Alexa turning the TV on and off. Then, after about 2 weeks only some devices would turn on or off using the remote or Alexa. When I checked the app, all devices appear to still be connected, but they would not respond. I tried to reset them and that only seemed to mess things up more. Now it appears that I'll have to delete all devices and start over again. I'm saying below that I would recommend it to a friend, but that may change if this devices dropping issue continues.

This universal remote is fabulous! We have several sources of media, so it's great to get access at anytime to all of these. A definite winner!

We got this remote to replace our old harmony with a screen. This one is nice in that you can use your phone to control the devices; however the box sensor does not always pick up the signal and not all devices turn on properly.

Once my older harmony remote took it's final plunge, I decided to try out the Harmony Home Companion as my next controller. After figuring out the setup, I must say that I truly enjoy using this. I am slowly integrating smart home products into my home and this fits right in with what I already have. Definitely recommend.

Very simple interface that can be pulled up on any mobile device. The IR receiver works to control everything within the closet.

Great not having to be in line with the tv to turn the channel. The RF works without line of sight. Works great with Amazon dot.

System works as described and i am very happy with it so far. It’s great to have the remote duplicate on your iPhone and iPad!

Easy to set up. Have it hooked up to Samsung TV, cable box, Roku, Android TV & a AV receiver. I even have my lights hooked into my harmony. Throw in either Google Home or Alexa and automate everything. All runs fine.

Easy, so simple to set up (well, when a great Geek Squad tech does it, that is!), makes home entertainment system so much smoother to operate and customize. No more futzing with multiple remotes. Only wish we'd bought this gadget months ago.

My girl can now turn on the TV by herself. Mobile app is a plus.

The software could be improved a little but once programmed this is a great product. It is nice that phones and tablets also are controls.

This companion remote is the best Logitech remote control I’ve had and I’ve had a lot of them. It is easy to set up and I really like being able to control my lights and smart plug from the remote. The Alexa compatibility really works great and it was easy to set up. A winner indeed.

This remote is easy to set up and to use. Diverse control device. The only thing I wish it offered was a better selection of home device controls.

My Harmony One remote stopped working (well the LCD did...remote works fine otherwise), can't get it repaired so I picked up this as a less costly replacement. No problems integrating it into the existing Harmony Hub setup.

This product is very efficient and the clarity is amazing.

Great unit - love the tablet design, and the design of the remote. However, it is inconsistent with our system. Not sure if this is an issue with the unit, our WiFi, our other components, or a combination.

This universal remote was everything that I wanted and more. Simple to set up if you take your time and follow the instructions. I eliminated 6 individual remotes control devices and use the Elite remote to smoothly and easily control all home theater components!
