We find our Harmony remote to work perfectly and we are pleased with the performance. Our old one was over 2yrs. old, so it reached it's used by date. The technician was very helpful explaining various uses and made sure we understood.

Love it... very much happy to be able to bury cable box in the closet.

I was told by a salesman at Best Buy that this unit would do what I asked for it to do which was mainly to be able to go thru Google voice to turn on my tv and to be able to ask it to change channels. I bought it, brought it home and had the Geek Squad come the next day to set it up for us. The fellow told me that the unit could not do what I was told in the store it could do. He advised me to buy another item so I returned this item back to the store. I understand it is a great unit with good reviews, but just not all of the things I needed it to do..

I was able to take advantage of a trade-in of my old Harmony One that got me $100 off this remote. My family and I are very happy with it. I am not always happy with the Android app to configure as it is not always intuitive. And every little change requires connecting to the Harmony Hub which takes time and is frustrating. Saving a change is also slow. One of the primary reasons for purchasing it was that the hub allows integration with Amazon Alexa which I love. Harmony finally came out with their own Alexa integration which they continue to improve. I was a little concerned that the Hub would not be able to reach the other components in next part of the cabinet but it actually worked very well and I did not need to use the extender. Overall I am very happy with this product. I use it to control my Denon receiver, Samsung TV, Roku 3, Blu-ray player and Google Fiber TV box. I do have the most problems with the Google Fiber TV box not always turning on correctly but sometimes changing the order of when it starts compared to the other components will help.

I M OK WITH THIS, I LIKE IT CAUSE IT CONTROLS MY TV AND RECEIVER AND DISH BOX, SO FAR IS DOING THE JOB I FEEL LIKE TAKING IT BACK BACK BUT I LIKE IT THAT I CAN USE MY IPAD OR IPHONE IT DOES GREAT JOB

This is a keep it simple stupid remote control system that integrates with your Google Home app as long as your setup does not need a hand held remote that throws IR commands at the TV. Other than that is does a great job.

Easy to set up, especially when I was able to import all the settings from my previous Harmony 650 remote. Only had to tweak a few things and I was all set to go. Having the new hub with our Alexa devices really improved the overall usability of everything. Great device!

I have a number of components inside built in cabinets under and around the TV ie. Receiver, Apple TV, Cable box, etc. The Harmony allows us to use the devices without opening cabinets. It’s also great to use phones/iPads as remotes.

I recently purchased the LG OLED tv. I then purchased this remote to go along with it. The remote worked great, it controlled all of my devices without any problems. I did however return it because I learned that my LG remote could do a lot of the things I wanted this remote to do.

Had a lot of trouble bringing my Smartthings in the app, after days of troubleshooting, it works now and it is great.

Controls everything in my home theater! Setup was a breeze using the Harmony app. No need to spend $300 on the touch screen version, only if you want bells and whistles. Feels great in the hand and best of all it uses RF signal so I don't have to point the remote at my devices and my wife loves it!

Works great. Much easier to program from phone than past Harmony remotes. I was able to easily connect o Sonos, Fire TV, etc. One thing to consider is another repeater if you have a cabinet with shelves. I had to put an IR repeater on top of shelf for TV and likely need one in the cabinet for the BluRay player.

I have already recommended this to 2 Friends and My Family. I Purchased the harmony remote along with the Harmony Hub... I replaced 6 remotes and now have it set up on an iPad as well (thanks to the Hub) Very east setup instructions.

Not very user friendly with tasks direct tv is a hassle easily shuts off functions accidentally hope it doesn't get outdated like the monster harmony system we spent a grand on getting all of our lighting tied in only to have updates discontinued

Logitech remotes are mostly intuitive and works. This my 4th Logitech remote and I'm to hear this is one of their best units. The only downside I could think of is battery replacement within the mext three years.

I have loved Harmony remotes for a long time. I struggled with the price being higher than what I had paid in the past. But I needed one that was going work with ALL my devices. This one met that demand and didn't break the bank. Firestick, Apple TV, stereo, projector,... it exceeds by expectations.

I love my Harmony Hub setup. I added a 3rd remote this week as I expanded smart technology out to my garage. We'll be cooking a huge Thanksgiving meal and the garage is the hangout while we smoke turkey. The Harmony remote lets me control all the action inside and out and the setup couldn't be simpler.

Excellent product for home theater enthusiasts that want to hide all of their equipment in a closet.

Lots of options for smart home and TV functions. There was only a couple of times that the remote was not connecting to the hub.

Added Harmony to system to replace failing DirecTV remote that was programed to turn on display simultaneously. Easy to setup with WIFI as not a direct connect. Display, devices, and Harmony need to be connected to same network.
