Once you use the Harmony + Hub, I guarantee you will never use any other remotes! We all have so many devices connected to the TV - your home theater receiver, Blu-ray player, Xbox, Apple TV, Dish it DirecTV receiver, soundbar, etc. Programming the remote is extremely easy using the Harmony App. If you add or remove devices, just a few taps on the app will reprogram your remote! The remote itself communicates with the hub via RF, and the Hub has built in IR emitters. You also get two additional outlets for more RF eyes, and one additional RF emitter eye is included. With this all my electronic equipment is hidden away, and I am able to achieve a wire free living room! This is a must for convenience as well as looks!!

It actually works, easy to setup. It responds quickly and you can use your smart fone as a remote. It's like having multiple remote when you can't find one.

I purchased this unit so I could connect it to my Echo. Works great. Programing was very easy. Only confusion was that I had to load 2 skills into the Echo, Harmony and Harmony smart home. I have it programed to turn on, off, set channel/volume and mute. Which is all I really wanted it to do.

I was originally waiting to buy the new Harmony Elite, but I never got comfortable spending $350 on a remote. This product is a great option for the money. Easy to setup. Macros work great.

I find this is actually better than the touch screen model of the Logitech Harmony. Easy to set up and works great. My wife loves the simplicity of one remote that works with all of devices, particularly the Apple TV

We had initially decided on the less expensive Logitech device. When the Geek Squad came to set up the system they recommended the better unit. We are so glad we did as they suggested. It works great and even allows the use of an ipad to control the system functionality.

This is the second Harmony companion I have purchased for my home (one for TV room one for home office). The system is extremely flexible, easy to set up (with the smartphone app), and I have never come a cross a device that was not supported.

Very robust and reliable remote. I'd recommend. Just one small comment. For night use, have a light system to see the keys would be very beneficial.

This remote is the answer! App and setup take time but once completed correctly you can get rid of all of your remotes. My harmony replaced Directv, Appletv, Samsung TV and Denon recevier. One touch switches inputs to Directv or AppleTV!

I use this with my Google assistant and smart phone to turn on and off my entire media center TV DVD VCR Cable box receiver. this works with Alexa also if u prefer that over Google . You can use your smart phone as a remote to control your entire media center.

Great Product! Only downside is that the remote isn’t backlit. Using this remote does take some acclaimation

The remote is great! It performs functions well and the IR blasters make it easy to use. The only thing that I would change is to add a backlight to be able to use it in the dark.

I just had it installed today, so I need to get used to it. I love not having to have the cabinet doors open to change the channel.

This is a great remote. The only reason for 4 stars is that thhe buttons are a but small for someone with larger fingers.

It took me a little getting used to using a "blaster". But once set-up with the blaster located correctly this remote is very useful, both for out TV and our Phillips Hue bulbs. We also can control our Roku.

I love this remote! I refer all of my customers in my home theater business to buy this remote. It is better then most expensive custom remotes and is user friendly for programming and use. Don't forget the App, it also uses the Harmony app turning your phone/tablet into a remote as well. Awesome!

Helpful in controlling multiple devices. I like the higher end remote better that Logitech makes but this is good for a bedroom.

This remote and the app are incredibly user friendly. There is no shortage to the things you can control with the Harmony app. I definitely recommend getting one! You should not shy away if you feel you aren't technical enough because the app walks you through every step of the set up.

One of the best all in one remotes yet. Key is that it doesn't need to be pointed at the tv and has great images for m each command. So easy to use even my 4 year old figures it out.

Product works great and as advertised. However the manufacturer does not include information or devices for cable boxes (e.g., in my case Verizon boxes and remotes). You to Google to find that from a computer you can download software that will allow you to add other devices. Once you find and crack the code, so to speak, you can get everything to work from the hand held remote. By the way, a small matter but it wasn't obvious to me immediately but there is no power "on" button, only "off". The picture of the TV screen is the "on" button, nothing says that you have to figure it out.
