I had a Logitech remote years ago and had some issues with it but decided to try this out. The set up was fairly simple and I was able to do it on my iPad. It is nice to go from 5 remotes to 1. A great recommendation to those that want to reduce the amount of remotes they have.

Setup was quite difficult. Once it was up and running then the Apple Beta was downloaded it gets the job done.

This remote is super easy to install and set up. It took me 10 minutes to load the app (iOS), connect to my WiFi, sync the TV with my DIRECTV, and amp. The remote works well and I’m overall psyched with the purchase.

however when I hit a particular activity it doesn't do what it is supposed to it hit or miss or maybe its me dunno

It just works. That's it. All you need to know is that it's easy to set up....There really is no "set up" like one would expect. I have probably sold dozens of these for Best Buy as I tell anyone who will listen how much I love this thing. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

This is a really handy remote. It feels good and you can program it to do anything you want. It’s not easy to program but once you program it you’re good. The battery (rechargeable) lasts forever

I bought this for my husband since he is a tech guy. We both like that it connects to our tv, speakers and 2 xboxs. However, we have noticed that the connection between the hub and the xbox one is delayed and sometimes takes multiple attempts to go through. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the hub or the xbox but it can be kind of annoying. The look of the hub and remote are very sleek and clean and set up was rather easy. I just wish it ran smoother with the xbox since this is how we watch live tv.

This is my fourth Companion remote. I prefer this model over the Elite. I like the fact that it has physical buttons to change the channels. Easy to hold and easily pairs with my smart devices.

This remote is comfortable to hold. Easy to reach the buttons and easy to program once you are familiar with the software. One thing it does lack is backlit buttons. If you are in a dark room you may find this challenging until you remember where the buttons are.

I had another universal that required a technician to do the programming for $80 a pop. I spent a little more for the Harmony and now I am in control and can easily program, reprogram and even move reboot the universal if I want to move the remote somewhere else.

Took a little more work to get set up and working correctly with Google Home. The light buttons are easy to set up and work well with Phillips Hues.

Went from 4 remotes to one. Takes a little setting up but now push one button and tv, cable box and stereo come on and to the right inputs

This remote is great. We use it to control all our devices and it works great. It has an app so you can even use your phone

Love everything about this remote. The customization possibilities are endless and super easy to configure from iPad or iPhone. The only thing I would change about it would be to add a backlight! Still, no regrets on purchasing.

I am a Logitech harmony fan. I have used them for several years and have had a Harmony One and a couple of 650s for years. I now own the Harmony Elite and wanted an additional hub based remote for my den. This was an awesome deal. Amazon had it on sale and Best Buy matched the deal! I like it better than the Smart Control because it has the smart home buttons on the remote. The Smart control remote does not. The only function it doesn't have I wished it did was a help button. But I can use my phone app if I have any problems. Would buy it again if it went on sale.

This is a great remote for every use except in a dimly lit room! The remote is easy to use and a super replacement for what came with our new TV. Highly recommend any of the Logitech Harmony remotes -- that is our 3rd!

it does seem to work well with pretty much everything but the setup is somewhat daunting. still making adjustments to get it to work how i want it to.

Easy set up for most components but in order to use remote for spectrum DVR had to customize each button which was very time consuming.

The perfect addition to our home! Has made it much easier to control several devices without the need for individual remotes. Great Christmas gift
