This was overall relatively easy to set up, and does a decent job. We do have some issues, but overall it works fine.

We have this paired with an Amazon Echo and it makes it really easy to turn on/off the TV. Additionally, the IR responders make it the harmony activities work the first time (we have had issues in the past due to devices being in a cabinet). Highly recommend.

The Harmony was simple to setup and connected to everything I needed it to with very little work on my part. The Hub and app did most of the work itself.

Had to buy this to replace the standard remotes my TV came with. Remote comes with the basic bells and whistles of a remote. Didn't much care for touch interfaces, as those can break with a child running in the house, and this was the best option. Buttons feel solid, and button to TV is pretty good. Setup through the phone app is a bit weird, but easy. Could have better interface when trying to use the phone as a backup remote, but that defeats the purpose of the actual remote.

Got this on sale or I likely wouldn't have purchased it. One of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Reduced from 5 remotes to just this one and using the app to setup each device is super easy. Definitely recommend.

Liked the remote and functionality but it seemed to cause interference with the internet signal to the TV.

I had a more simple Harmony Remote I liked very much. Only got this one because I like to tell Alexa to do things. Now I can have her turn my TV off and on. You have to be patient to hook these remotes up, but it’s worth it.

Make sure you place the hub in a good place! Otherwise you may get spotty results. Setup was a little challenging, but with patience it is not too bad

Fantastic remote! Set up took some time but if you follow the instructions its well worth the pay off. Having Alexa compatibility has made life for the family very simple. The remote is simple to use and the Iphone compatibility is very easy to use.

This is the best remote that I've used to this point. It's super easy to setup and program. I really like being able to power on multiple devices at the same time like my TV, Sound bar, cable with the touch of one button.

I have a smart TV connected to a cable box and AV receiver. My last Harmony remote disappeared one day. This remote set up using all of my settings from the old remote. I didnt have to enter the info all over again. The remote itself uses RF, so you don't have to point it. The hub has a second blaster which works well if all your components aren't in the same spot. You can control the system using your Google Home or the app on your phone or Tablet. Hey Google, turn on the TV, Hey Google, tune to Channel 2. Works like a charm. Even controls Hue light bulbs.

Best remote control available, still a few bugs with controlling YouTube TV and Netflix etc.

This did not work on my TCL 6 Roku TV. Check forums for your equip compatibility. It would not turn the TV on through either wifi or IR. Also, setting it up requires time and patience. This is not a plug an play. You will need a phone or computer and then set everything up. U will spend some time of your life setting this up. Good luck..

Alexa integration with this device is very clunky. While a good bit of the functions work with voice control, Alexa really doesn't understand the incremental settings for things like volume control. For example, if you have a sound bar with 30 increments of volume, Alexa has absolutely no idea, you can ask her to turn up the TV volume, or turn down the TV volume, or mute. You can't ask her to "Set TV volume to 50%" or "Set TV volume to 15". You also have a very limited vocabulary when it comes to changing channels, if you don't use the right key words, she doesn't understand. One other flaw seems to be the inability to control individual components. When you set up your TV, STB and Sound Bar, they are all treated as "TV". This may be my lack of experience however, but that seems to be how it's working right now. In general I'd have to say that unless you really enjoy tinkering endlessly to get the integration set up properly you're going to get frustrated by this pretty quickly. I don't use this set up as a universal remote, I bought it expressly for integration with Alexa, which I must say, leaves me wanting more.

Not as intuitive to set up. You need to connect the hub to WiFi and then set up other devices to the hub. Also the remote is not very straight forward on what it can do. For example, there is no button for me to switch from different HDMI inputs on my TV. But it can power on and power off my TV, so I guess it works, sort of.

One remote, easy to use. Geek Squad programmed it for us. A professional was needed given all of our components. We hid all of the individual remotes, and what a relief to manage our system with just one, simple device.

Finally a unit that will control the Dish Network Hopper, Samsung TV, Denon AV Receiver, and Fire TV. What more can you ask for? Easy to program and use.......and it was on sale!!

It’s our third one. We use them until they wear our every 5-6 years.
