Not as intuitive to set up. You need to connect the hub to WiFi and then set up other devices to the hub. Also the remote is not very straight forward on what it can do. For example, there is no button for me to switch from different HDMI inputs on my TV. But it can power on and power off my TV, so I guess it works, sort of.

Finally a unit that will control the Dish Network Hopper, Samsung TV, Denon AV Receiver, and Fire TV. What more can you ask for? Easy to program and use.......and it was on sale!!

This is my second harmony remote. First one had the touch screan which was nice But it was the 900 series and their $ 300.00 So this time I chose the Home Companion for half the price. And it is awesome. Really don't need the touch screen.

This unit is replacing an older Harmony unit and it was easy to set up and use

The remote works perfectly with all my system, can be a bit hard to program once the preset buttons are taken. Had to YouTube the directions

This is a nice upgrade from the previous remote. Wish you could purchase only remote since I already had the hub. Easy change over though.

I've always enjoyed using Logitech remotes and had one last 8 years. I bought this one expecting the same quality but the volume buttons are already beginning to stop working.

Great replacement for an old harmony 650. Only complaint is the buttons were not back lit. I Perka great with Roku and an older plasma TVs and old Panasonic stereo system.

A home run by logitech. Battery last a year plus, controls smart home devices, and smart phone control too. Kids watching TV too loud or video games when you are trying to sleep in... whip out the smart phone and put it on mute hahaha.

Replaced older Harmony remote due to the keys not working anymore on often-used functions (like off), although 10 years is a pretty good service life for daily use. New version of the remote has a new section for home automation (lights, outlets) that may be used with devices that are compatible with Logitech - somewhat limited selection. Phone app for setup is fairly user friendly although the remote control UI on the phone app is not awesome.

I love this new remote! Very user friendly. Vast improvement over the older version. Absolutely no comparison. Love having buttons to select and no more swiping the screen!

If you pair this up with Alexa, you can now control your TV like in the movie Back to the Future. It holds up to 8 devices on the remote. No more searching for remotes. This is probably the best universal remote on the market.

I bought this to make a complicated system much simpler. It worked with my tv, DVD player, lights, cable box, and even stereo system from over 15 years ago. Extra features such as preset channels are awsome.Highly recommend it.

This remote makes it simple for my and take the stress of her not being able to find the different remotes controls. Also, have two other of this family of remotes in family room and theater room too.

This harmony remote does work and can be programmed to do multiple functions. I still cannot do certain functions

I had an older harmony remote with a touch screen that was annoying to use. This remote with the hub has none of those problems. It was easy to set up and it works very well with all of my equipment.

Worked get from the initial setup. Setup was easy once the harmony software was installed on my computer.

I have a number of Harmony remotes and this remote does an excellent job controlling all of my stereo system. Turns components on/off and sets inputs/sequences etc.with ease. My problems with this remote is the home control functions. Only controls Lurton casita light dimmers with Lurton hub (I have Wink hub 2) . Also only controls one light zone. Lame! Buy the smart remote without home control for half the price.
