the Logitech remote control is super-easy to use and we use it with many of our clients to avoid clutter & simplify their lives!

After spending several hours trying to get the registration code off my new 4K TV (Samsung rep didn't know what I was talking about) I called and emailed Logitech's customer service for tech support. No response after second try on day 2...that's it for me. I returned it. If customer service is lousy, I return the product.

if you don't mind having another hub, this is a great way to control multimedia devices (e.g. smart TV, speakers, etc.) via Google or Alexa

Geek squad showed up at the house and first off explained that I had an overkill remote for my needs and so I was able to purchase a one from them out of the supply stash in the geek wagon and then they (2) went to work on organizing my home entertainment equipment and tuned everything in and the wife is very happy and we will definitely be having security camera’s installed shortly here and I do recommend this service Best Buy offers and it’s my first time in a Best Buy

I've used Harmony products for years. The remote is solid and is easy to hold in your hand. Never run into a product it didn't recognize.

Easy to set up and it works. Have pretty simple config. Needed to control receiver and BluRay player behind closed cabinet doors. It works as advertised.

Eliminates the use of multiple controllers and convoluted approach to operating my TV and audio. Would definitely recommend this product. It is the 2nd one I have purchased.

It works fine turning on and off my multiple devices, but the remote itself isn't the best design. Most of the buttons are the same size, so it's sometimes easy to hit the wrong one (esp. when there are 3 in a row the same size. Ex: "go back" "skip" and "stop"). The whole thing is black with small white symbols, so it's not as easy to see in low light as my previous Verizon remote. Different sizes/shapes would help.

Works pretty good with my Samsung TV. I plan to use with my other smart home devices but haven’t set up yet. So far so good.

I have had this remote for about a month and have totally enjoyed it. It takes some time getting to understand all it's capabilities but once you do it opens up a world of control.

Decent price for what you get. I find I use the companion remote over the app most of the time.

Wanted to control my entertainment system with Alexa. Workes great, but the remote is lacking.

By far the BEST UNIVERSAL REMOTE I have ever used, including the two previous generations of LOGITECH remotes it has replaces!

Works as expected. Control several things from tv, Blu-ray, Audio amp, DVR, etc.. with the click of a button. Easy to use and program.

Awesome, but needs to be backlit. I however have gotten used to using my phone 99.9% of the time so it's not too big of deal

We have been very happy with this remote. Controls all the things we needed it to. The only thing is it doesn’t turn on the PlayStation, but that’s a Sony thing.

My best universal remote yet! I purchased this to work in conjunction with my Amazon Echo.

This is the second Logitech Harmony control purchased for my home use. Set-up was simple, straightforward and effective. This one does require battery replacement while the other one uses a rechargeable unit with a charging base. Also there is no screen on this remote as with the other unit. However, cost was considerably less for this unit. The part I like best about both of these is that it enables me to place the amplifier and DVD player in another adjoining room, out of sight of the TV, making for a much neater installation.
