i have had many universal remotes but none would acually work all the components correctly, this one does. to me several tries but once i was on track it was easy

Easy to set up using my iPhone 8 Plus. Set up activities for A/V receiver, sub-woofer, Apple TV 4K, PlayStation 3, and cable box/DVR. Works like a charm!

This is the second Logitech Harmony control purchased for my home use. Set-up was simple, straightforward and effective. This one does require battery replacement while the other one uses a rechargeable unit with a charging base. Also there is no screen on this remote as with the other unit. However, cost was considerably less for this unit. The part I like best about both of these is that it enables me to place the amplifier and DVD player in another adjoining room, out of sight of the TV, making for a much neater installation.

Awesome, but needs to be backlit. I however have gotten used to using my phone 99.9% of the time so it's not too big of deal

I got this remote mainly to declutter my stand. But it is a remote that can do everything including lights. It works well with xbox and audio recievers

The Harmony control is a great idea but can be quite temperamental at times. The setup is quite a process as the Logitech software is quite outdated. When your finally up and running the control doesn't respond to the commands at times as it seems to freeze when activating commands. Hoping the next update will fix these bugs.

App could use so assistance but otherwise I love the remote

The Harmony Home Companion system was easy to install, connecting 4 different devices. Love the feature that can be used on my smartphone as well. A definite plus.

I don’t know what I would do without my harmony remotes. Been using them for years and it’s way better than having to use 5 different remotes.

I bought this at first to control my home theater system and Amazon Firestick. Since buying it, I've realized it's true power. I highly recommend this product.

I have it linked to smartthings and smarthings with alexa and google, it work great, it control the devices very well but you need to teach them how to follow the path, it need you invest some time on it to make it work properlly, the only bad part is it doesnt work for AC, that is why I dont give it 5 stars. on the rest of the devices it work great.

I like it and how I can set the lights with my hue with it.

Great remote the ability to put components in a cabinet and operate them with doors closed is great. Definitely recommend to others

I use this for my xbox-one, tv, soundbar, and smartthings. With this I can also use the amazon echo dot to turn things off and on or any activity I want to use with it.

Depending on your level of expertise you may need Geek Squad help on this one if you are planning on more than just basic on/off functions. Our system involves 3 units. On and Off functions were relatively easy but more detailed functions are proving to be a challenge in coordinating with the Amazon Echo.

Purchased hub and remote to control my tv and Amazon Alexa and it works great. It is a little confusing to set up. But once you do it works great.

My husband had a hard time using tv remote. Now he uses the harmony and the Alexa echo. To verbally turn tv off-on. Change stations and more

Overall satisfactory performance. However needs more work in ensuring reliability.
