I l.ike Logitech and have had other Logitech Harmonys. They are not very easy to program & could be a little more intuitive. We always have to hire someone to do the programming of the device so we can use it. Then learning all the different ways to do things with the Harmony is a slow process- we always just find out things gradually as we use.

I have had another Harmony remote, and I like them. I bought this one to integrate with Amazon Echo, and it works very well. Easy to setup.

This remote was very comfortable to hold and very ergonomic. it didn't quite work with my setup as I have a very particular set up with multiple TVs in one room. I think I could have possibly worked around it with a bunch of additional programming to the remote but didn't want to take the time.

Works alright with my Samsung TV. Biggest issue is that it doesn't work well with the apps built into the Samsung Smart TV. Also the setup can be confusing. Overall decent remote, definitely not worth the hefty price tag.

great delivery, arrived by mail at our house less than 24 hours after order; set up our remote through our iphone app but took over an hour to do so, now able to control multiple devices with the option to add others; the set up was a bit complicated but at least in the end the remote works great and doesn't eat up batteries like crazy like our old remote, good to have the ability to use the phone as the remote too.

Well, I'm not in love with the design, but I bought it to work with Alexa to control my entertainment center. This is the only thing that Alexa can't seem to stay attached to. I need to open up the Harmony app on my phone, and then it'll connect. That's kind of a pain. I've had my old Harmony remote for years, and this just ... I mean, it's okay. But it's harder to use. I went online and programed the extra buttons and the whole long/short thing. But my old Harmony remote made it pretty easy to know what button was what. This one is much less intuitive. I'm doing okay with it now after a few weeks, but the old ball and chain barely started using my last Harmony remote without complaining. Right now, he's just going to use the 5 different remotes and try to coax Alexa into doing what he wants. So, I'm a fan of the IDEA of this remote and how everything is connected through the hub, but not so much in its execution. Maybe I should've gotten the next model up.

We have a connected home, with tons of devices and lights, but were having a challenge getting our home entertainment system to work with at all. The Harmony Hub, along with IFTTT, synced with the Amazon Echo to make this a more seamless integration. The overall remote is fine, though I'm not in love with Logitech's UI for programming the remote.

Bought it with $50 recycle credit for an old harmony remote. It's been working flawlessly since. Very pleased with the quality/price ratio.

If you're adding this to your home automation system (e.g., Amazon Echo/Alexa) it is definitely worth the effort. Having voice-control over all your (remote-control-based) devices is particularly awesome while you've got your hands full with other things (like cooking dinner, for example). But it is NOT a 10 minute setup. You'll need lots of time, and just as many trial and error attempts. Go online to get advanced help....you'll be glad you did. And remember that when you've finished, its going to be super super cool.

This product eliminated all of my device remotes into one and also integrated into my home automation.
